So far the easiest & convenient one but will be easier if we could re-arrange the favourite by hold & drag rather than removing them all then re-arrange(again!) 🙄 But it's kind of frustrating when I always accidentally remove it from Favourite list too. Thank you in advance for reconsidering my request.

English version is clear and fluent. Compared to other exchange apps it's far easier and lower fees. New version is more convenient and improved layout. One clear advantage to others is the extensive buy/sell history search and comprehensive token listing. Login Biometrics would also be a nice addition! 1 neg critique: Service asks non-essential questions and then advises delete and redownload. That should be 1st. They update the UI recently, its more minimalistic look now, i like it. And the price change is real time now. They change the news notification to once a day. Keep it up

customer service could not solve the problem. wallet transfer failed even though the wallet address was correct. expensive fees. system repair too often. very disappointed with this app. Plus very slow response

Very simple trading apps! The only drawback that it has to load technical charts into landscape view. However, its not very concerning.

IndoDax provides a sense of security for trading.. I have been around for about four years as long as I joined maybe once or twice I complained and the customer's support response was fast and good.. Hopefully indoDax will be more advanced, successful and always up to date.. 👍❤️

the application is easy to use, quite a lot of types of coins. only a few times had errors and had to be made easier in buying and selling transactions.

I can't open the app, after I enter the pin, it looks back to the pin input. FYI, I always update the app, but still it doesn't work

Update at 2022 March 18 ruined the UI for me. I really liked the highest and lowest in the last 24h before tapping em. Not only my previous review dont seem to be put into consideration regarding able to set sell at 2 different points using all coins at 1 coin name for a good stop loos function now they make worse UI as an update instead... this is very sad and disappointing..

Awesome app. I am satisfied as a trader transacting using Indodax. Having many options for making deposits, it is easier to use e-wallet now. Has very helpful features such as order books, advance charts and chat features so that I can interact with other users. Cant wait to have another feature release soon such as adding touch ID for security. Cheers!

Indodax is the best crypto mobile trading app for me. Because its features are very easy and friendly to use. There is even a notification feature if there is a change in the desired price. And the most interesting thing that is different from other trading app is 0% fee transaction. Also many coins on this app. I hope the development of this platform is even better. Where should I start; first beware of the rate as it is higher than other app, second the minimum amount to withdrawal to other wallets higher than from other app, and lastly the UI/UX is not friendly to beginners. Yes, it is easier because u can use local bank

With the newest update, I can't access the market. It keep saying unable to process the request. I tried to clear the cache and the app data, but I still can't access the market. I'm using android 12.

Dear Indodax, Just a suggestion, can the chat room application be moved to the main page or Placed beside to the account? Because it's very inconvenient when you want to go to a chat room, you have to choose coins first and then you can enter.

always makes my camera error, once it launch by indodax to verify account my camera always in use.. I uninstall it, after restart my phone 3times to try verify account... thats it, I leave.. Indonesian always hire an amateur and cheap programmer..

The best crypto marketplace I ever use, I use many crypto marketplace but this app is the easiest and user-friendly. Buy and selling crypto so easy to executed and the withdrawal so fast. In the future I hope add more features like staking and farm yielding into these app.

Changing password requires customer to send signed letter with stamp. What a joke. Other exchanges are more convenient and way cheaper than indodax.

@lauramercy First time using mobile Indodax app certainly have some issues, however not long until the developers fixed the problems, then my experiences in using Indodax are better and effortless. What I like the most is the simple interface and how easy it is to use for a novice trader such like me. One favorite feature is definitely where we can set alarm for the sudden change of prices of the cryptos. There is definitely no change for me in using Mobile Indodax in the future. #8TahunIndodax

Need better server power, you literally can't access the market when there's a rush but somehow the price still moves. Other than that Indodax is quite good for trading. Please add more financial features like staking and earn when holding coins. Thank you.
