support not very user friendly but effective... within one week the issue was fixed... lack of communication...app working better... it would be great if it kept the chart drawings and indicators...
Doesn't connect anymore - displays connection error message. Slow, expensive exchange. There are better alternatives.
Trusted and quick. Good to check balances, valuations and make transactions. I find it more intuitive than the BitBay website!
they require you to input all your info + verification pics of id + selfie. then they say they aren't setup for US. try flipping the steps, like where is restricted and ask for info if there no restriction
After installing the application, giving all my data and importing necessary documents they want QR code when loging but it's not explained how to get it and what for. Annoying app

I just registered and had a horrible experience already. Turns out, the system can't tell I'm at least 18-years-old with my birth year being 1986. I do not recommend this app, especially since it cannot verify birthdates. If you can't even trust a system to verify your birthdate, then why in the hell would you trust the system with your private information? Uninstalled and will not be back.
