Bitcoin Price Checker
Bitcoin Price Checker allows you to quickly check the price of Bitcoin on Coinbase, BitcoinAverage, Blockchain, BTC-E, Bitstamp, LakeBTC, CaVirtEx and Vaultoro.
SUPER LIGHTWEIGHTThis app was designed to be as lean and usable and possible. There are no ads, no bloat, and each price refresh uses under 0.5kb worth of data. That means you can check the price over 2,000 times before using just 1mb of your cell phone data plan. And if you're on WiFi, the app will automatically use it to save even more data.
HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE WIDGETSKeep track of the price of Bitcoin without ever having to open an app. Each widget can be set to a different currency/exchange combination, and refreshes every 30 minutes. Or you can tap it to update manually.
INTERNATIONAL CURRENCIES & EXCHANGESCheck out the settings screen to select your preferred currency! Full list of supported currency/exchange combinations can be found further down in this description.
HIGH / LOW PRICE NOTIFICATIONSYou can set a high and a low on the Settings page, and receive notifications if/when the price of Bitcoin goes above or below these thresholds.

If you select a currency that is not provided by the selected exchange, you will be asked to pick a new currency or exchange. Please contact the exchange about supporting your preferred currency and we will be happy to implement it in the app when they do!

My only annoyance is the pop-up when i lose network connectivity.
This program works quite well. Would it be possible to add some kind of visual indicator when the widget price is being updated (in response to touching it)? Or maybe an optional "x mins ago" type text so I can tell how old the price estimate is and whether a touch-to-update worked?

Nice and clear btc price app. The 2x1 widget would be better with 2 decimal places and an orange background. But still 5 stars.
Nice app! I would like it if more currencies are supported (Singapore Dollar, Korean Won etc.)
I've got the widget on my home-screen. I can now always see what the latest price is in an easy to read font. Simply tap on the icon again to refresh the price, can't get any easier then that!
This app had really improved since it's humble beginning.
Had a few issues with recent release but the developer was fantastic and resolved my problem in short time.
Better UI from previous releases! If you run into the issue with widgets displaying "???" and an error appearing when you tap it, just remove the application and reinstall. It took me less than a minute. Great app!
Does exactly what it needs to do! One suggestion is to allow for multiple widgets each pegged to a different exchange/currency.

Nice app. Well made. Had to reboot my phone before I could add the widgets though. Probably an Android issue. Australian dollars would be useful.

Very simple and elegant.
Right now the program only stores a "high" and "low" price value, without specifying currency. If using multiple widgets (one eur, one usd) this creates continues false alarms as the same value is used once for eur and once for usd. Please fix this, specifying different alarms/thresholds for different currencies tnx
