Buying and selling is very easy however the app itself appears to be in a half broken state. A lot of the time the button options don't work so you have to navigate in another way to complete an action. Like moving my BTC into savings, the option came up, tried to press the buttons to accept, wouldn't work, so had to find a workaround to move it into savings.

Never receive OTP from Luno, guessing there's a system bug. Other apps are fine to receive OTP, this is only happening to Luno. Internet connection has no issue. Please resolve the bug. Update: Now email verification also not working, screen freezing after typing in...🤦🏻‍♀️

Woah!!! For the very first time I'm going to write a review about an app on Google play store. Luno really got me this time. I almost missed a great opportunity but you guys came to my rescue 😊. I'm not really the crypto guy but really, I can't wait to start with luno. The service support service is super amazing. I just feel super excited today. Please if you guys have a system that train novice on how to go about the world of crypto, I'm 100% ready to opt it. Thank you guys❤️❤️❤️

Terrible app. Absolutely frustrating. Honestly regret installing this app and creating an account. Especially since there are so many other exchanges out there which are far better than this one. I can't withdraw my funds and I can't send any of my crypto. What kind of an 'exchange' makes it difficult to withdraw or send your own money... Absolutely terrible app I want my money back!!

Overall, this exchange has been great. Purchasing is quick with decent fees. The only thing i had an issue with was when i had to activate the send feature and i was made to wait 2 weeks until Luno released the feature. As far as im concerned, a wallet is useless to me if i am unable to send. Nos that my send feature is working i dont see any reason not to use this app for all things crypto.

I had some initial problems with withdrawal but customer services were prompt and had my issues solved. I wrote a review earlier but I'm editing it because I feel credit is due where it is deserved. Thank you for proving me wrong. As advised by customer service, I just used my PC browser, and the withdrawal issue was settled. Worthy app.

Great first wallet that's got lots of safety features for beginners. You can get the lowest fees buy placing orders on the 'Exchange' page which you can find by clicking on the 3 dots at top right, and switching to Exchange from the Standard view.

Everytime I open the app, the 'Home, Explore, Wallets...' dock at the bottom is missing. I have to close the app and reopen for it to show. Happening on two phones with latest updates. Really Not Good. Price updates also very slow!

I love this app easy to use updates happen frequently, and I have managed to make some money in the process. The only issue I have is I can't get the price alerts to make a notification sound if I could get some assistance with that it would be great. Otherwise fantastic app you guys have outdone yourselves by making trading easy for layman. I thank you.

The app is good and easy to navigate. Nice interface and not too stuffy. I give kudos to the fact that they've maintained a standard of updates and interface for years now. Don't be pressured by the reviews into something worse. Take the criticism, learn from it, be idealistic but also realistic. You can become bigger than binance or Coinbase.

Great app... I'll give them 5 stars once they launch more coins/tokens - like ADA or MATIC or something more relevant. Also, there is no order book for BCH/ZAR... Set aside the low amount of coins/tokens, it's a lot easier to use than Binance. Edit: I'm impressed with how you deal with suggestions... Keep up the good work guys!!! I promised 5 stars...👍🏻

Simple, clean design. Easy colours which are nice. I like how easy the instructions are to follow. Happy that the team adds more features as the app becomes more popular.

No support for hardware security keys. Terms of service are unclear, which may result in unpleasant surprises: Receiving BTC is free* *An "equivalent fee" will be charged for amounts less than 0.0001BTC I sent BTC to my friends' luno addresses from my hardware wallet and paid fees in full. Luno charged my friends 100% fee on top and straight up stole the full amount. Also, if you pay for expedited withdrawal and your bank is offline the tx will fail but you'll still be charged the fee.

Easy to buy & sell,no need to deal with a seller/buyer.Fully automated. Updated : After using this apps for a few months and compared it to another Crypto Exchange Apps like Huobi and ByBit,I found out that Luno is way too poor. The chart is dull, no live chart by Android instead of windows os,and they are not sync from any Tradingview data. The only good thing about this apps is the light-speed time taken to deposit or withdrawal.

Honestly one of the most well designed apps i have ever used. Smart, intuitive layout, customisable & easy to use. The only things that works make it better is buy with card & profit/loss per asset in wallet

I underpaid for a deposit since the 11th of April. Till today (25th) I'm still getting the same messages of 'we are waiting to hear from our payment provider' which is Afrivoucher. I'm beginning to believe that I'm not going to get my deposit back. I hope no one else is in this situation because it is horrible. I cannot possibly invite anybody to join this new luno when they haven't gotten things like this in fast check, or even any kind of check. My lawyer has been updated anyway.

The menu below keep disappearing Everytime, it was fixed the previous update and now this new update has brought back the same issue. I can't check my wallet coz the menu is not showing, neither go to settings. Please fix this

I had a very terrible experience with the app, and I mail them to reactivate my withdrawal button but they will not. I can get my money back since the withdrawal button is not working on my wallet. Have sent mails regarding that but no response.

Best App and Site!!! I got a pop up AD on Luno. I was skeptical & afraid but gave it a trial. Hi there , my experience is that i wasn't told before hand that ill need to pay an extra amount in order for me to get my withdrawal. That took me by surprise , but what else one can do as I'm still looking for the balance of cost of transfer(COT) or signal fee as they describe it.

This is a good App indeed but I'm not very happy about the situation I'm in , I first encountered Error Domain reset which I needed to pay for , after I made the payment ( I even provided proof of payment)the company says they didn't receive my payment because there was a maintenance in the Address which I was never informed about I'm very concerned about this matter

Nice App, easy to use interface. I see the two new cryptos on my home tab, but they are not part of my markets in the exchange tab and they are not given as options to create new wallets.

I am new in the game but tends to enjoy the experience, the app is great and simple. I wanted to buy crypto since forever but was scared to trust anyone. Then I saw the billboard in town and check Luno out. Happy Chappy, I always pop in checking on my wins and losses. Fees are low and transacting for buying is easy. Please read: i have noticed that when the value of your various crypto goes down across all markets, luno is very quick to update the value of your wallet. When price across all markets increases there is quite a huge delay in value of your wallet. Guess this is also where they make money. GG

A bugs,when i want to buy btc,a pop up appear asking for update profile,when click it its just flash the screen,nothing happen...and my profile already updated before that...

There's is only a handful of different crypto that you can trade. EFT deposits and withdrawals takes very long to reflect even tho I'm using a bank from the same country. Customer support takes 5 days to respond to queries and there withdrawal fees are too high.. compared to other platforms that can do all the above quiker and more efficient with more trading options and lower fees.

wow! Am really excited to found such a app (LUNO). Because it very easy for me to operate it in order to buy and sell any crypto coin of my choice, but, i finally realize that there's my favorite coin that is not they which is USDT. I think this app maintenance should do something 🙏 about it.
