Bitcoin Wallet

On iOS everything works fine. But I can't log in on my Android device. The App tells me, that they send a e-mail to confirm. But I never received one. Once I typed send again, they say 'sending was not possible'. I basically dont understand this kind of behavior. Please Fix It! Otherwise I will switch to another platform / wallet in the long term.

Rubbish. been trying for over a month to make a deposit but keep getting oops messages something went wrong. Wrong password, wrong keys, They were not wrong, got locked out, but they did send a link to restore account which worked. Big Deal! The deposit link does not work, thank god going from what I have read in reviews. I have spent hours trying to get it to work with endless messages to support, following what they say, with no result. Avoid!!!!!î

Unfortunately I had to give it a star to comment that this is the worst thing I have ever tried to use. This site is impossible, and very comparable to a labyrinth. I attempted to use bit coin for several hours and I gave up and never was able to process my payment. It was a waste of time. I wasn't able to get all the money turned back into cash either and what I was able to return into cash is stuck on the app and can't be put back in my bank account for several days. Ill never recommend it.

Do not recommend - 1st transaction and they've been holding it for a week. It's already out of my bank account and even after the pending process ended I'm not allowed to access my own money for another 2-3 weeks. It's been a nightmare! Use CashApp instead. Edit: I've already spoken to support and they can't do anything. Blockchain is making money off of my money while I can do nothing with it. My 1 star rating stands.

So far a complete nightmare. After an initial promising start and 5 successful transactions now the account is unable to process anything. I have been told that a missing middle initial caused the problem. That is in the process of being remedied apparently so we will see. In 30 hours if I haven't had a successful further transaction then the account will be closed. Lots of intrusive ID provided (only missing a blood sample and an inside leg measurement). The app has also crashed many times.

My experience with this app has been a bit frustrating. I've submitted my ID and all, and yet, the verification seems it would take forever. And worst still I can't even resubmit. If the verification is easy, maybe it would've been a better app! It's just so tedious! Up till now I just can't buy BTC

It has been over 6months now,i can't withdraw my funds,I had 5000$ and now not so much because you have taken half of that away! Have left hundreds of mail and your support seem clueless as to resolve the issue.Its terrible.Seem everybody has the same issue and it's questionable that you can't fix it or provide a solution for as long as I can remember this app came to be! You give same response to every issue that has been made known here which can only mean you have zero clue either #3466545

Don't use this app they will steal your money and you can't even move your assets anywhere. Your transactions will pend for days until they put ur crypto back in wallet but they won't put the fee they charge for a transaction they won't complete or verify. So slowly they steal your money. So far they have stolen $50 out of a $100. And I haven't been able to find a support agent that has a intelligent answer to this reoccurring problem.

Zero security. Zero accountability. Most of my coins wiped out. I checked the transaction date but I had not logged in to the app or website on that day. Contacted customer support and they are certain the wallet has been compromised and I have shared my login details with with a third party. I am sure I haven't. Apparently, 2FA and secret recovery phrases can be bypassed by anyone even if you enable it. They have closed the issue without even finding what or who is responsible. Pathetic!

I was verified and now it keep asking me to verify but when I do, it says -oops there's been an error. I've emailed support but they can't tell me whats gone wrong or fix my issue. Good job I didn't have much money in my account. Bad bad bad blockchain. My support ticket number is #3378505. I've been told I may as well set up a new account as no one can help with this issue!! Is anyone looking into my account issue?

Seems to have high fees but are comparable to other exchanges,at ~1.5-2% per swap, sale, and buy, but offer some trading accounts with about half the fees eliminated. 7 day holding time on crypto purchased little aggravating, but they offer 15+ crypto currency s along With storing money as Euros, Dollars or a single other currency while in their account. Nice design, but app fails to load all wallet balances at loadup, although one or 2 reloads always solves the issue.

Ticket number #3398787. After all that my new account I can't log into. I know the password the 2fa login I can not find I ask for it to be sms to me and it doesn't come every time I try to login it doesn't remember isp acts like a new device is trying to log in I have to do the email device confirmation. The it will let me login online. It not in app. Haven't been able to get in to the new wallet at all

Its very easy app to work with. I used the app for few days, I Deposited it took 3 days to be loaded. Swapping is easy. Selling is easy. Sendinv bitcoing is a problem. Its taking hours to be verified. What can be done to speed up the proccess? Other wise its user friendly app.

I ordered 287$ crypto to order something online because they had a cryptocurrency promotion. They charged me immediately then put a hold on my money. I put a support ticket in explaining that they had no services to offer me because of the hold period and I only wanted to make the one transaction. They told me I could still buy more if I wanted but couldn't use it for 3 days. 3 days later I can't send the exact amount because they round up and dont let me send the proper amount.

I've been hacked and nothing yet has been done , I've tried all the best I could still yet nothing... I was unable to login, then I tried to uninstall and install the app, only for me not to recover my wallet , it keep saying my trading account has been linked to a wallet address , and It couldn't load my balance , and I went to my address only to find my money there but it's locked 🔐 in my Private key wallet . Then all of a sudden I received a message that my request to upgrade to Gold is on

The updated BC app is messed up. For one week, I can't send out crypto for no reason. I regret why I updated from the old one I was comfortably using to this current app. Sighs! By the way, I'd be glad if I can get the link to download the older version of the Blockchain app.

I am still unable to complete the verification process. (it does not accept my address). So I can not upgrade to Silver and then Gold. All assistance will be greatly appreciated. Update 13 Mar 2022. It has been over 7 days now. Still no response. Still unable to verify my address. No recommendation.

Unreliable, and support is slacking. I can't access my wallet ballance for several months, and the support still has not solved my issue despite multiple attempts to request help, all I got was "update the mobile app" which was up to date already anyway. If you are looking for a cryptocurrency wallet, better look elsewhere.

😠Emails(for authentication) are no longer being received. This means I'm locked out. Checked junk-mail. Whitelisted the both 'notify' addresses. 😠Support Portal wants me to log into my email through their interface . Not gonna happen.

The holding period for ach are 14 business days that's crazy. Then randomly the card you have been using will just fail for no reason and they will blame it on the bank. Customer service does absolutely nothing to assist in any way put to put in support tickets. Who know how long it will take to get my account fixed. Hands down worst experience with any exchange I have ever used!

The app doesn't let me make virtually anything. I'm unable to add any ways of purchasing nor I could sign up via browser. The connection is terrible, so my first experience is frustrating

Tic# 3435759 I had to write another one because there is no edit review. Support said will get back shortly. That was at 4:45a. It"s now 11:45am. The bottom line is this app has many glitches and the retail investor will pay for all the loss. All my transactions says failed but then 3k is taken from my bank account. but Blockchain acct doesnt show it. then only 500 shows pending last 3 days & while messaging support live. app crashes or says no server connection. 5x then makes u log back in.

So I just opened an account and purchased crypto currency. Every time I try to login it says "check your email for verification". I never get the emails which means I don't have access to my own account because I'm not able to verify. I tried to use the app and the browser, none of them work! I need access to my account because I'm withdrawing my money. Can customer support help me with this?

This app is presently annoying me, I have just updated my blockchain app but couldn't access my account any more, kept rolling and saying verifying identity for over 2hrs now,this is very disheartening, I have an important transactions to make via My blockchain Acc. Pls fix it.

Been a while I login to my Blockchain,it's shocking my email is working perfectly but I can't login, mainwhile my password is saved and backup to cloud and Blockchain keeps telling Me it's incorrect, isn't that ridiculous? I tried forgot password and it was asking me for recovery phrase, eww who does that , I'm not aware of any phrase and besides while can't I recover my account via my email address, please attend to this as soon as possible.
