EDIT: Lost a star due to forcing cloud providers for backups. This is the best mobile wallet you will find with no affiliations or backdoors. But you cannot use words to backup (No HD wallet support). If you care about security and don't mind manual backups this is the right wallet for you. Syncing time depends on the the time since your last backup. DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT THIS IS A PREMIUM FEATURE. Other wallets that don't do this are not p2p. And you are trusting a third party.

I was feeling good with this app....but now i have 40 hours waiting for transactions to be confirmed..they told me it may a problem of Fee, but i can't see the option ton increase fee and i dont know what to do...i sent an email but I took only an automatic response

i have an older version 3.17 on an old phone that had stopped working. Finally got the phone working again and have some btc stored in the btc wallet. Been having issues since, i was able to send btc to the wallet but couldnt send it out because it appeard to hang up when i was moving btc from address to address inside the BTC wallet, so i reset the blockchain info and waited patiently for it to finish. When it finished the app crashed and crashes every time i try to open it now so im not able to report the issue inside the app and it has a few hundred bucks worth btc on it.

I appreciate that it is not too much of a hassle but in my most recent transaction it took as much as 45 minutes for the receiver to receive them, which is way longer than all my previous attempts. And the amount I sent wasn't too much so I don't understand what is going on.

Terrible. I wish I could give this app 0 stars. I have verified my email address 5 times and the app still says my email is not verified. Avoid this app at all costs. There are much easier wallet apps available. Support will not respond to your tickets so I'm starting to believe this app is a scam.

There REALLY needs to be a way to limit bandwidth used when syncing with the blockchain. I bought a new phone, so I transferred my wallet backup from the old phone and started the restore process. It's used 100GB of data so far in the last 24 hours, and there are still three YEARS worth of blockchain to go. I can't find any way to pause the syncing process, and it still appears to be running even after force-closing the app. And it's using as much of my internet bandwidth as it can get its hands on. Oh, and it's giving me an audible notification beep every time it syncs a new block! Until the ability to pause syncing and limit bandwidth are implemented, the wallet restore function of this app is practically unusable.

I have an "Unconfirmed" transaction over 24 hours old. This is not good and this wallet does not appear to have any of the tools needed to assist in fixing this issue. Am I missing something?

Can't find very important information about a send from wallet stating it was insecure site I went onto desktop site it said it was received by payee went to website to not run into this problem again and states delayed for same reason?now desktop site says delay do to insecure transaction type what am I doing wrong and how to fix

I do not understand it, it creates wallets, but I do not see where the public and private keys are... I thought safest way was to have a public and private key to write down or do whatever? Where is the simple public and private key so I can exchange public keys and transfer? You should have an infographic help file to explain ho the blockchain address is generated with public and private keys and where these are so you can store your private key address and erase from internet connected stuf

Didn't work. I tried to transfer btc into this wallet and it has just disappeared. I triple checked the address and made sure that everything was correct before confirming and went ahead with the transaction and it just disappeared, no transaction history or any sign that anything happened. I can't report an issue In the app either because every time I press the option to report it just brings up the typical share menu for Android devices where it recommends apps or people to share with.

Put money in a machine downloaded this app let my balance sit for 2 years now I need help with resetting my pin because I forgot it sadly. Very frustrated! Any suggestions are helpful.

I've used this app for a while and I would recommend it. (Just don't put your life saving in one basket – obviously). In the choppy waters of BTC these guys are decent and straight forward. Its not overly complicated, it doesn't have adds of bugs or whatever.. If one looses money its normally – not always –but often due to the market or some error on my own part. Backup wallet. Be curious, patience, and mindful of obvious risks.

Seems to work fine, though I was somewhat concerned my first transaction said the sender had used an insecure transaction type. Seemed to go through just fine, though. Yes, the first time you use it, it uses a lot of data. Can't believe people don't do the homework and whine about it. It has to do that to get the blockchain. If you don't even bother to learn the basics of blockchain stay away from crypto. Might even be the 1-star reviews are from competitors.

I'll be able to give a detailed review once knowing more. I'm in a struggle just now, I'll be back if find this wallet more simplistic and safe than others I've tried out...

What's going on with this app? I was using it happily for years, and this morning it sucked over 4 gigs of data until my provider cut me off. A pop-up said that 6 peers are connected. Scary! I backed it up, reinstalled it, but haven't been able to restore the backup.

Got a new phone and imported a wallet backup from an old one. The phone then started to 'sync' for the next 7 hours, blowing through my mobile data. Unfortunately there was no button to pause or stop the sync. Also, I hope syncing with all this data won't leave it stored on my phone taking a large amount of space.

Unreliable. It was good in the past but it's a shaky relic now. Payments not being transmitted, connections rarely being established and frequently dropping. Little choice. Can't tweak transaction fees. Stuck transactions are just too frequent to make this worth using often. Moving any coinage I can out.

I can't send coins even tho I have more then enough will change review if this changes but so far I have wasted money becuase I can't use the coins in my wallet

I woke up to discover this app had sucked down 3.8 GB of mobile data overnight, nearly 2 months' worth for me. I'm sure there are settings you can use to prevent this, but I'd rather use a wallet app that doesn't think there are _any_ circumstances where it's okay to use that much data.
