On my first transaction I sent it said it was sending the correct amount and then changed its amount as took the fee out of the payment I wanted to send. This meant that I under sent my first payment and had to top up the payment with another transaction, they definitely did this so I had to pay the transaction fee twice, I lost about 1/3 of my money with a small payment on the fees alone . Do not recommend.

This app is terrible. Can't open a wallet in the app that will work, can't link my coinbase... only help I got when I was trying to ask was copy and pasted. And when I do get to a point where I can enter a wallet address, the text bar doesn't let me. Can't do anything with it

I just downloaded your app, and every time i try to purchase it says the verification will be I'm 60 sec, and every time I proceed the app asked me again for my Photo ID and the selfie, and go back repeat the purchase it asks again and again hmmmmm ......really disappointed because someone referring me to download your app.

Am happy about almost evrything about the app been at it for like 3 months now it does what is suppose to keep my money and makes transaction fast and easy if I had one more thing to ask for or would like to see on the app is being able to save and grow whatever stash i have please consider adding this feature on the next update try and calculate how all parties can benefit from the interests. Apart from that good work looking foward to whats next.

THE APP IS A SCAM, I tried selling my crypto, they took it and then cancelled the transaction and I havent got my crypto back. Its been 2 full weeks and got nada, no, I will not change my review until I receive back the money that I withdrew.

I really can not rate this website because I've been trying to get my issues resolved, and the support team is not responding back. I purchased a btc on March 18th with my android, and they are talking about how I have multiple wallets when I have confirmation from moonpay the Hash number. Wallet and order number and still cannot get credit for my funds. They done verification of my bank statement It's pretty ridiculous. I just want help to get my money moved to the address I was given

very comfortable to use, but they should fix the server, sometime it says I should connect to the internet when I'm connected, also after the last update, the app keeps closing by itself, i dont know why, maybe its a bug or so, please can you tell me what might be wrong

I have used this App/ Wallet in the past My experience was good any issue's I would contact customer support live chat sent screenshot's and issue was resolved Yes there are fees Every crypto Exchange has fees I didn't think the fees weren't high I must have done 20 or more transfers in and out my wallet Never any problems this is a good crypto-currency Exchange The Exchange actually pays out Good better then many other Exchanges out there 5 ⭐ Thumbs 👍

It's a great app.. I've been using it for almost a year now.. I had a problem by the way ..My flexusd asset is not showing when I'm swapping..why's that? Update: My problem was attended a while ago...will try again tomorrow. kuddos to your support ..very responsive.😊

Well tried it not what everybody made it seem it would be not a bad app informative and would be even better if it would actually let me buy something but it seems it always unavailable buys when I try to or take for ever to load. (AI)

This is the first time of using the app after many months of having the app on my phone, a friend of mind send a btc to my wallet for the past 8hrs now, it has not reflected on my app. Pls find solution

When you can't keep the features stable, why do you bring in the features and then take away the features.. I had BCH which I exchanged to USDt, now you took away that features, what should one understand, it's clear isn't it, by anymeans, you're taking away all the money... So very straight and clear, you have started to cheat and scam people..

Please stop using this app to buy crypto it's a fraudulent comp. operating under Moonpay who hacked into my personal banking data and social media account. Fees presented when buying don't reflect those on transactions. They took all my money and now I'm trying to explain to my bank what happened. Headache!

May 2021 There is no option on my app to sell. I've lost a fortune trying to sell three weeks ago! April 2021 Not connecting to the internet for days. I've been unable to sell.

Very good app. Lost my wallet by error deleting. Now am lost and don't know how to get my wallet code or phrase back cos I left it auto sign in and never thought of crashes or deleting. Please how do I restore my wallet. I only recalled my email I used to register .. please help.. I want to use it now
