I'd highly discourage anyone from using their service. I'm unable to get my account verified 5 times, due to "poor photo quality" when submitting photos of my document. Yes, I've ensured that the documents are perfectly legible. At this point, I can only speculate that they're rejecting my verification on purpose. And the profiling questions they asked are inappropriately invasive. To add insult to injury, their customer support is almost nonexistent.
Login is the worst. It doesn't work if your default browser is Firefox, so I end up switching default browsers just to log in. Also sessions expire reaaally quickly. If I just want to check the balance on my Spectrocoin card, I need to change default browser, login with password, and enter the code from SMS message. That's very inconvenient.
Many times trying to upload ID for verification and every time app switch off when ID scan window opens. Online also NOT possible to do verification even with Windows, cos QR code not working, etc,... Useless. Do not waste your time
Scam app. Why? Registration to actually use your money only returns auto messages that they are ON IT. One month into using it i get no news except for email returned again and again after i provided literally all govt issued papers. Live support will only tell u that they are working on fixing your issued. Never fixes, just a scam to take your money into a account that doesnt let u use it. I used this service years ago and it was great, now after 3-4 years they are on exit scam.
Nicely laid out, simple to use wallet. The most important thing though is the serious view of user verification. All the compliance efforts, while a bit hindering for the user, tells me this is an EU compliant, regulated business, not some backyard operation ready to steal my coins. The recent feature allowing one to order a real Visa card to use my coins in regular shops - well that's a nice bonus.
A waste of time on this Spectrocoin ...! I have already registered my account and after 20 days of registration my account is still on approval pending ... I never had this kind of delay in the registration process... I contacted many times the operator Tom and same story 😖 no solution at all ! Sorry , I have to say the truth!!!
Very bad. Verify like more than 6 times but rejected. Its seems they not allowing me to purposely. Tried frm so many different devices with good quality images. Damn bad
Shouldn't be given a star at all... Fix the bugs please I can't even login even when I try on a different browser when I tap on the login button it just redirects me back to homepage... Please work on it and I'll make sure I give a better review
Non professional services avoid it immediately they verified my account before months I never used until I tried to deposit from my bank account as normal suddenly they asked be to verify account again and again and again each time I got new email your account is verified every day also it is illegal to be born in 2 country not your original total non professional support and platform they locked my account without any reason avoid this platform if you want to save your funds
The most usless application for crypto or anything else, app dosent work propely, website dosent work proprely, rude and usless support and after more than 1 month Iv been finally get verified they have a problem to issuing the card and they keep telling me that is a en error wich will be fixed soon and it passed another 2 weeks. Just a waste of time and they will have or your information witch pictures and id and bill and everything for nothing
very very bad application very high fee transaction I never seen such app before again am very disappointed. no one should use this app it's secure but they need to bring down the transaction fee This app is to make people poor i received 48.76euro and I was only be able to withdraw 28euro this is very bad inadmissible..
Can't login anymore. Used to be quite ok with fingerprint authentication, now you have to put username password and fingerprint every time and even that stopped working today.
useless pile of shitte! puts me on a freaking frozen screen whether if i want them to send me news and offers....... complete waste of time and effort! lucky i still havent out any coins into the app's wallet!!!
In veryfing process, App is not responding when getting photos in veryfing process. Try to many times. But it doesn't work.
This app is not opening in my phone 😡, it's giving me one annoying error message (unexpected error occurred, contact support). Pls you guys have to look into the bug that's making it to misbehave
Can't log in because of two stage authorisation and as soon you want to check email the app closed so you have to have log in again...with new authorisation code. At this point app is totally useless.
Worst app...ever... don't download(waste of time) Its been a month I wasted my time on this app .i was non stop applying all my documents....I had summited everything I had...but it doesn't get verified.at all
Your customer help is so poor spectro coin. A simple verification process can go up to 2 weeks. I give up and deleted the app. Wasted half of my month trying to verify my account and bank card. Not worth it really.
Worst verification process ever. I was rejected 10times for verification. Everytime they ask something new. They don't want do business, they don't care people who want to make profit for them. It's no more than just wasting time with them.
It mostly works, I preferred using their website though. They never ripped me off. My only issue is that they don't have cash out options for US customers anymore.
The app says 3 days to verify documents its been more than that and support is blank. Transactions i did is hanging or maybe gone by now since i have to be verified so it to be processed.
My account is still unaccessible. I wrote an email because I activated Google Authenticator from my old phone. They don't response. Very bad!
App has bugs, support confirms app doesn't work. Operations team blocks transactions for no reason and their response time is unacceptable. Made me lose money due to their app not working and their ops team blocking mh transfer.
SCAM, i tried contacting. But non of my emails are being replied to nor my account is released. It even has credit. Its been over 8 months.
NOTICE! Be careful 'very' to let your money in the hands of them. They will not give you the money back. Your money. They will just keep it (...) if you don't accept to lose completely your privacy. They will put you in the condition to renounce completely to your privacy if you want your money back, I repeat Your money! I didn't accept to renounce completely to my privacy so they decide to KEEP my money forever. One star is too much for you you, believe me.
The app is very basic, reminds me of year 2011 😅 No clear links to withdraw €. Cryptos I have are not on top of list, so I always have to scroll down to find it 🐛 If you trying to withdraw crypto, have to enter 6 digits number delivered by email, which never works 😠 Company's responses on here very generic, instead of reading our feedback and fixing problems, so I won't bother to contact customer support because of what already had to be fixed ages ago 😑 2* feedback is far too good tbh 🤔
