Bitcoin Wallet & Ethereum Ripple Tron EOS

Has been working fairly well. Sometimes coin balances are not updated until you go to the transactions page, then back to the main page. The transactions page can sometimes take two or three minutes to update. Also, I had this wallet uninstalled for several months and when reinstalled, never used a seed phrase to get the wallet back. Are you storing something on the phone? Would rather use the seed phrase. Doesn't seem safe.

Use only if you want to pay an extremely high network fee when using their exchange, or send option. Possibly more - - withdrawing. Honestly I do not see a benefit to using Atomic. Unfortunately, I didn't familiarize myself enough with how they operate, even after reading through reddit plus. Figured, "how bad could it be?" welp, I found out. My account is strictly for mining and have since moved onto yet another app or service provider.

Atomic Wallet itself is great, supports a large amount of coins and the exchange system is one of the best ones I've ever seen, I mainly use the PC version and it's pretty good (very minor bugs) but the Android app is a disaster, it takes forever to actually load into the wallet for some reason, and no matter how many times I press refresh some of my coins (LUNA for example) are still at 0 balance even tho they shouldn't be, it shows the wrong number of staked Solana, the history is not updated.

Good wallet that supports a lot of coins. More control over staking than some other well known wallets. UI is simplistic but it works. Exchanging/swapping is one of the cheapest I've seen so far. Can import wallets from any other Bip39 wallet (exodus/trust). It would be nice if tokens were organized similarly to Guarda instead of like coins but this isn't a deal breaker. One of the big issues is the lack of custom nodes causes currencies to become unusable until atomic nodes are repaired.

This is the most user friendly wallet that I have come across. The review should be 5 stars, however their third party, simplex for purchasing is a complete disaster. Its literally impossible to buy anything. If you could actually use the wallet to get on board, it can actually be classified as a wallet. It's too bad. Time to move on to something better.

I absolutely love this app! It's so easy to use and my favorite feature is the ability to convert other Cryptos to each other. One time SOL was having issues and I wasn't able to send to another wallet for over a week but that is really my only complaint.

Atomic swap, in my humble opinion, has the best and most affordable swap function on any wallet app, and is trusted and true. Also Atomic has been true to xrp and has the simplest and safest access to the token for acquiring and storage all in one push of a button. You can exchange almost any token and acquie xrp. And when so many exchanges delisting, this means Atomic has been true to the token as a digital currency. And the Atomic team has the best customer care I have ever encountered.

I was not able to see my staking rewards( it was a glitch). I contacted the support team. I couldn't believe in what happened next. Within an hour of my contact with support; I was communicated with three support members. They addressed my questions/concerns professionally! This is unusual in crypto space! Great customer service! Excellent team!

It is the worst wallet I ever experienced. 1. The balance in mobile app doesn't sync with PC applications. 2. Every I unstake my coin it doesn't work in real time meaning that after I click unstake my coin balance in stake still in the same amount..I come a week later it still the same. When I want to transfer my coin it didn't allow me to do so because I need to unstake first but once I click unstake it doesn't work at all. What a confusing and worst wallet. Not recommended.

Going through the support system my issues were somewhat addressed, however I cannot give more than 3 stars right now as these issues were ongoing since the start and was constantly told is was due to updates incoming, having now relinked my wallet it doesn't seem this was the case showing that support doesn't seem to be great That said, it is an ok wallet, it does the job and staking is possible at standard rates. If I didn't suffer the issues I'd likely rate 4 MAYBE 5

A nice wallet to use, friendly user interface, and a smart exchange platform improve on the slow loading of the app. takes too much time to load and compute amount.

Wish the Wallet could support staking for more types of popular altcoins (e.g. Polkadot, ETH, Avalanche, LUNA). It would also be great if different wallet address formats could be supported for certain coins (e.g. P2SH, Bech32 for BTC) Would be great if Lightning transactions for BTC is integrated into the wallet too. Faster and cheaper transactions would encourage more users to it👍 Staking on the Atomic Wallet is a breeze. Overall experience still worth at least 4 stars.

Edit: The Zilliqua staking issue seems to be resolved now and shows correctly. Gone from 4 to 5 stars Would get a 5 if Zilliqua staking displayed properly, it does stake correct so you don't lose out, it just shows a zero balance most of the time. Some minor bugs on displaying history of xtz rewards too, but that's minor as the xtz balance shows correctly.

a hell of a lot better than most. I used atomic as my first wallet, and they were very user friendly. pointed you in the right direction with minimal extra bells and whistles, while giving a great experience to learn more.

Incredibly fast and excellent customer support. I had an issue come up (not their fault) and their support team emailed me back in about 30 minutes! They were super-helpful and had an idea that would work for my quite-abnormal issue. If every support team was like this, the world would be a much, much better place. Highly recommend.

It does all the basics and then some. Staking available, with its own ecosystem coin I had an exchange fail between the wallet and the exchange partner. The cool new automated window to resolve it wasn't working, so I contacted customer support. Not only did they get it resolved quickly, but they even followed up when the transactions had completed to make sure everything was resolved for me. I've been in crypto since 2017, I was impressed! Keep it up Atomic Wallet team!

Its very bad، they are for any xchange take so more money from us. Other wallet don't do that So if you want to xchange sand , mana , You will have to pay a high fee again. In the end, they deduct a commission twice for each transaction

Have been using Atomic wallet for 3 years and had good experience with it. I tried support as well. They are responsive and patient.

So basically I'm getting tired off apps like this not being able to connect to your other wallets that should be way easier I can't touch my own money cause this app can't recognize address there's no type of support or help button anywhere I definitely don't recommend for beginners or anyone

Ability to use credit/debit cards to buy within app does not work actually. Tried many times two cards from different banks, requsted to support team - no success, just recommendations to try later. Frustrated :/

fees are stupid high, but its always straight forward and fast. Developer emailed to claim there's nothing they can do about fees, despite the fact that I can transfer crypto between other wallets for less than half the fee price. With Atomic Wallet, you will lose on average £3-£4 on a £20 transaction. Where as, on MetaMask it will only be around £1. Or with coinbase wallet between coinbase apps it's completely free.

No issue other than the lock up of minimum amount of funds. How to get those back I have not found an answer to yet. I like the staking and the number of assets offered. Wish we could transfer our AWC in app. Don't understand the transaction history glitches I guess? Supposed transaction that I didn't make but doesn't effect balance. I like it overall look forward to some upgrades.

Seemed like a lot of stress at first for most of my pals but after updates and consistency on the Atomic team side they're on there finally. Flexibility of network fees and top tier assistance but the rewards could be better 🙂

Lot of bugs. Developers blew me off when I sent in a detailed bug report and asked if they were hiring. After 12 years in the field you can tell when product owners actually care about their product based on how much effort they put into fixing issues and this one does not.

Deposit and withdrawal are accompanied by long delays. Sometimes it will take more than a month. I do not recommend for installation. Is no good...... . While we have deposited our assets in the atomic wallet, they give us the blockchain address to see the relevant assets. It is a shame to steal internationally or to be unable to provide the most basic services. It's been over a month now, where is my XMR?????!!!!!! Beware of solana stealing in the new version.
