Does not always correspond to what's being served each day according to our printed menu (often only one of two desserts is listed.) Also, none of the weekly Bistro specials are listed, so it can be difficult to choose between a dining room meal and a bistro meal when looking at avoiding additives like sugar (carbs) and sodium. For the benefit of other Springmoor residents, I produce and distribute a daily summary of lunch/dinner items with all the additives shown, so comparisons can be made.

Loads are extremely slow, it's a pain to use for payment you will be sitting waiting on the cash register looking like an idiot and slowing everyone down. Would advise to never use it.

Everytime I open the app it says it's currently updating or states there is no internet connection. My coworker who has an iPhone has zero issues using the app.

I've literally never written a review for an app before but holy cow this one takes the take. It's absolutely terrible in almost every single aspect and I'm not even exaggerating at all. Random error messages popping up EVERY TIME I use the app as well as randomly crashing when I put more than two items in one order. When you click on a button it may take a minute or more for the "loading" screen to go away. I have no idea how they made something this bad, I really don't.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It's just completely unusable! It freezes anytime you try to click on any option, sometimes just crashing. If you are patient enough to work with the app to order something, the UI is completely unintuitive as well.

This has got to be the worst app. Use biometrics. Choose day and time at the end not beginning of ordering.

It's not great. It works I guess. This service would better serviced by a website. It's crawling with "news" which are basically ads and it defaults to showing that before menus and can't be changed the best I can tell. Literally put the menus up on a website and the problem would be solved. I reckon this is almost certainly a cash grab.

A recent update to the ui makes the app entirely unusable. The "menus" button at the bottom of the screen doesn't work at all. I've even enabled developer mode and "show layout bounds" to see if the button was clickable. It was, but every attempt at clicking on it results in nothing. What's the point of an app designed to show you a menu that can't show menus?

The user experience of this app is pretty terrible. No one is installing this app for the articles, it should default to the menus. We also should not have to scroll through every single menu item for each meal, it would be helpful to collapse at least every meal section (ie click to expand to see breakfast or lunch rather than having to scroll past everything for breakfast to see lunch).

It works fine for me... My school only uses the menu functionality and it takes too many clicks to get to & is confusing to read but it tells you what's for dinner... My biggest concern is that this app takes up 120MB on my phone which is absolutely insane! I can't fathom how they managed to even do that!

The app is functional, but nothing more. There really should be a way to "highlight" different foods on the menu, and get notified when they ae serving that. It is a pain to search through every day's food to see what day they are offering a particular item.

Better than it was in previous negative reviews. This app shows lunch and dinner and all the stuff on each menu which is super helpful when the caf at NMC is so far away from campus buildings this year due to the west hall renovation. Previewing what's on the menu is super helpful for me before I make the walk across a freezing campus to go there lol.

It constantly says I have no internet connection even though I do. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and still the same issue. It's been like this for a little over 2 weeks now it seems. Side note, When it did work it was great.

Whole app is now unusable. Went to use it for the first time in a while, it needs an update. That's fine, I update it & open the app, tells me it's time for an update to fix a bug before proceeding. Only button is to go to the app store. But the app is now up to date? There is no further update in the app store. Restarting the app does the same thing, I even uninstalled it & installed it again. It is 100% unusable.

Navigating the menu and selecting options is extremely slow. Almost passed out from starvation but was saved by some 15 year old hard tack candy discovered in the office supplies cabinet. I uninstalled the application and now visit the lunch ladies in person everyday. Recommend you do the same.

Actually useless. Trying to create an account it had errors multiple times. Tried to go in as guest and the menus are horribly laid out, nothing is clear, meal times and availability is not listed. This is what happens when you dont plan out an app properly.

The Simply To Go (STG) menu was totally separate. Our cafeteria added STG to the daily menu and listed items from all sites across campus. Why? The STG items are the same for all satellite dining. Going through the entire list to get to what's for lunch is a pain. Also, mindful meals are listed for Rutledge Tower but apparently it is not an option due to COVID. Needs to be fixed

App hasn't worked in 2 weeks. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. It lets me view the menu and access all the articles. When I click to order, it says no internet connection. Nice...

Will update review later. Could not create account through app; ended up going to website on laptop. App did recognize new user and let me login. Menu had good sort option for types and highlights for certain allergies though not mine, which are unusual.

Now it keeps telling me I don't have an internet connection, even though I'm connected and an able to use all my other apps that need a connection. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and an still getting the same issue.

As a university student I find this app far more helpful than previous attempts at making the menu accessible. Using this made checking if I wanted to go to the cafeteria quick and easy.

Never Accurate! I use this app to plan whether or not I'm going in person to the dining commons, but often what's listed on the menu on the app and what the school is actually serving is completely different. What's the point of this app then?
