I'd greatly recommend choosing a different service. Orders seldom arrive on time, let alone warm. And at least in my case, multiple times orders arrived upwards of an hour late or not at all. They don't refund your order, just credit your account, which would be fine, if the next time I try to order it actually showed up. Overall not a great experience.

Most of the time it comes in cold the driver doesn't always even knocked let you know that there so has time you have to watch your phone until it actually gets there otherwise your food will be sitting outside for who-knows-how-long. Customer service is absolutely useless and does not actually help with anything. It's just a bunch of Auto responses that don't actually help. Especially with my LAST AND FINAL order I've completely given up hope that this app is good in any capacity.

The restaurant canceled the order but they did not communicate with me and I'm sitting here. I was a new customer and created an account but the account didn't find my order or there's no way to search for it by email address. Maybe if you set it up and use it it might be a good app but many other reviews say no.

Can't login and can't reset password due to an "unknown error." How the developers can't get this most basic feature correct is beyond me, but they won't be getting any more off my money. There are far too many other food delivery apps that actually work to bother with contacting technical support.

I go to login and it won't let me (and no I didn't forget my password), I try to reset my password and it gives me an error message, I try to sign up and it says an account already exists for this email. So I can't login, reset my password, or create a new account so I guess the app is literally unusable, but hey at least you still send me push notifications every day telling me to order something....wish I could...

The drivers are not trained , I have gotten consecutive orders that were incorrect and without receipts. Simply takes a quick check to make sure the order is correct. Ive been a customer for over 2 years as well as an employee and I had way too many problems for both. I have switched completely to ubereats , where the service feels more professional.

I had a minor issue, food missing, and tried contacting the restaurant. They said they couldn't help us that it was on bitesquad, understandable. I tried contacting bitesquad customer support for help either replacing the item or giving me a refund. The app wouldn't connect to the customer service team until the next day and as soon as I explain the issue Daisy B canceled my chat and wouldn't respond. This app is now off my phone and I am unsibcribed! I wish I had more space to express my upset!

Bitesquad has taken a serious nose dive. Other delivery platforms are much better. Restaurants are more responsive elsewhere or bitesquad is so laggy it takes forever to even get an order confirm back. They seem to have less drivers, or their estimate algorithms are off. Other delivery platforms do it better. Go with doordash or grubhub over bitesquad. Not sure why bitesquad has more restaurant options, but this is the last time I go back to them thinking they are a competitor.

Meh. It's a bit too pricy. But I would still be okay with all of that. It's the issues with the app that I hate. Like if my order is cancelled, LMK. Don't make me wait hours for my food and then have to check to see you cancelled it. Also, don't take my money til you're certain the order can be made without cancellation. But the WORST is that it says "Comments" for any specific details for the food order, and I can't type on it. I'm typing on my keyboard but it's not going into the order. 🤬

Somehow this app has gotten even worse. It never updated the delivery time even though there were delays, and the app wouldn't let me and my driver contact each other. My food was twenty minutes late because she had to spend fifteen minutes driving around my complex to find my place. Just use DoorDash or Postmates.

Reviewed saying that the app doesn't update expected arrival times and that in some cases the arrival time will be 230 and I'll get a call at 300 saying the restaurant never confirmed or something stupid. Developers replied saying to update ro the newest version. I'm on the newest version your app is messed up. Edit: don't delete the review this time thanks 🥰

My app is always messing up. It got stuck with one order in my cart for a while and I couldn't go to the cart to empty it or change it and now it says there isn't a connection and I can't log in at all even though all my other apps work so it's clearly not my connection

Punctual, easy to navigate app, friendly delivery drivers, good selection of restaurants to choose from in my town (still new, hopefully more will be added soon!), great app! My only problem is they sometimes don't pay attention at the restaurants and mess up my order (leave out my dressing or sauce, forget a drink, or a side, which is very frustrating! Other than that...it's a 9 out of 10.

They initially have me a year of free delivery, which was great. Unfortunately, they auto renewed that service without any sort of warning (I even checked my spam folder, no warning at all). Their customer service took no accountability at all. I thought I'd give them one more chance, but my order had multiple problems. I've been going to this restaurant for years & have never had an issue, so I know it's not the restaurants fault. Save yourself the time & use a different app

There was no cancel option for a mistake made on a purchase. The purchase was on a pixel 3 phone where the purchase button was in the bottom of the screen by the Android back button, and so when I tried to back out of an order, it did the opposite and bought something (a $10 item with a $13 delivery fee!!!!) that couldn't be canceled. The customer service took 5-10 minutes to become available, and when they finally were available, they couldn't even do anything because the order was already in.

The app is good in that we don't have much else like it in the area I live. It's nice to be able to order food from local restaurants. However there are certainly annoyances in the app. It doesn't save order history which is inconvenient because you could use this to remember what restaurants you've tried and what food you've liked/disliked. I'd also like the ability to rate drivers and restaurants - I see they have ratings, but if you can't rate in app, where do they come from? Where is the quality control if I cannot rate my experience on individual orders? What if I get a driver who didn't check my food? That's money lost on my end. App really needs to let us rate drivers and restaurants.

Of all delivery apps I've used, bitesquad is the best. It's perfectly streamlined and the menus most closely resemble the actual restaurant. Other apps include a lot of jumbled unorganized riff Raff that doesn't match the actual menu. Fees easy to understand. Premium service is simple free delivery across the board. The only negative I would say is "biteclub". It gives discount codes for ordering a lot. It's hard to find and not included in the app. Instead, its a sporadic email chain?weird.

I like the option to have a flat monthly fee for deliveries, instead of paying per order. However, Bitesquad takes twice as long or longer compared to other apps, if your order is ever accepted. It usually takes over an hour to have a meal delivered from a restaurant about 10 minutes away. When ordering from the same restaurant through another app, it only takes about 30-40 min. Also, they regularly deliver to other people on the way, so my food is cold.

I've had occasional issues but I don't believe they were the drivers fault, and any time there is an issue customer service is very responsive. The drivers in my experience are always very friendly. Food normally gets to me before the time estimated but they have a text feature that let's you know when the driver is close. Definitely the best food delivery service available.

not always options to pick sides, sauces, bread choice or make any changes like you would be able to at the restaurant. other apps have these options. I feel like since the new update, I have less options. we should be able to customize our order without having to put it all in the notes. also, a lot of items on the menu are missing from some of the restaurants so I have to use another delivery app to get what I want. I used to use this app several times a week but I use it a lot less now.

I was a long time customer of Doordash, spending an average of $80 a day. They recently dropped 3 orders in a row, they were over an hour and half late, so I cancelled and got refunds. I then began my search for a different delivery service. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. No mandatory tips! It had never made sense to tip BEFORE you get good service. The app also had the restaurant's logos, which is a nice touch. The app is super easy to use and everyone seems generally happier, me too!
