Simple app and very easy to use! Just the pertinent information I'm looking for and not all the "jazz" added to other apps. The suggestions/feedback button in the app keeps saying error when I try to use it. And I'd love to see the app track hydration based on fluid intake and the BMI stats that it already has as well. This would be helpful to me both personally and as a nurse using this app with my older patients who don't feel thirsty so don't remember to hydrate. A quick look can remind them

Very informative. If you haven't ever (or haven't recently) tracked your food you can learn a lot very quickly from this app. It will tell you what macros you've eaten, and will help you figure out how many calories to aim for in a day. There's also something very visceral to seeing what you actually eat and whether it's healthy or not. 😱 plus there's no extra bells and whistles, no need to make an account, etc

Great idea! Missing on a few key pieces. First, the app is great, the idea is great and the image recognition AI has been right more than wrong. However, all food is not made the same and the barcode scanner feature of this app is awful. I haven't had one single code exist in the database yet. For approximately calculating, this is great. For accuracy I would give it a pass

Best food tracker app in the whole Play store! I enjoy the app because it is simple to use. Recording of the food can be done by having the app take a picture or putting in the name of the food. The amount of food eaten is easily adjusted by a on screen slide chart. All of the information is in a easy to see size. Yes, it is totally free! Nutritional information is provided and it is easily tailored to what you want to see. Carbs, protein and fat count is nicely displayed as well.

Their food barcode library is practically non-existent. :( I really like the simplicity of the UI but as many others have stated, it's just severely lacking in the food catalog and it doesn't pick up any barcodes. I would definitely come back if that issue was fixed. There are many other apps that have access to the nutrition data available through government websites.

Update or something caused app to no longer work. Had to reinstall but lost everything, over a year's worth of meals and data ☹️. Connecting to your Google account apparently is not a backup. I was on beta channel and switched back to public now. The prior meal suggestions could be more helpful and a longer list of options. Bar scan is hit and miss. I've lost 130 pounds with this app so I will continue using it but watch out for bugs.

Makes meal recording super easy! Just take a pic, and it recognizes everything I threw at it. And once you enter things, it keeps past meals, so if you have repeats to leftovers, it is even easier. Only nitpick could be is a small loss of accuracy due to not entering the nutritional info from specific brands, but it seems quite close and far less tedious.

Wow I am so impressed. This app actually helped me stay well under my target calorie intake to lose 2 pounds a week. Super easy to use and it keeps pictures of your meals to show you what you have had to eat. If you want to play it safe and repeat a meal it is saved for you to duplicate. If you are eating a healthy snack in a wrapper simply scan the bar code. Love it!

I have been using this app for a week and it hasnt recognized even one food that i ate. But i love being able to see what i eat so its fine and i enter it in manually. Also i would love if there was an option to track how much water im drinking. Overall its a great app with easy to navigate features.

Simple and easy way to track food habits. I love that you can take a picture and it gives you suggestions of what it thinks the food is. You also can just skip this and simply log photos. This app also allows you to change your preferred calories and macros.

So far so Good 😊 I really like using this. Suggestions: NEED- The ability to log blood glucose levels would make this a one-stop app for me. It would be more convenient and require less space to log my glucose readings in this app with my meals & just toggle between entries to discover my metabolic patterns. WANT- I really like the bright colors on this app. The colors used create a pleasant "mood", but I'd love the ability to customize the look with color choices.

I was so excited and wanted to love this but my very first time using it the app constantly locks up after taking a photo or scanning and I have to start over. I just spent 20 minutes trying to get past it and now I totally frustrated and disillusioned. ☹️ Not a time saver at this point and certainly not a stress reducer. I'm using a Samsung 21 Ultra 5G with current updates.

Love the concept because I hate entering data. Taking a picture and moving on is fabulous. Unfortunately there isnt enough data built in for accurate logging. Basically every entry needs to be manually entered. The photo detection algorithm does pretty well and the suggestions are sufficient. It's just the nutritional information isn't accurate. If this app could merge with the database of MFP it would be a match made in heaven. After a week of usage I'm going to have to uninstall.

Really useful app for someone like me who wants to just track what I eat without inputting a lot of things. If you miss a meal, you can set a reminder to input it later and then change the time that it says you ate it. Scans barcodes, too! Didn't scan my Hot Pocket but I just looked up "hot pocket" and it let me just pick the exact type. Very easy to use!

Quick, simple, efficient, and very customizable in terms of food measurements and portion sizes. You don't have to take photos for it to be an enjoyable app. The customization of calories is quite accurate as well. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling to find a tracking app that is high-quality but without all the additional fluff (no adding back exercise calories, for instance).

I like having a visual of what I've eaten. The screen populates with suggested foods to choose from. You can easily any food not already in the database. It tracks calories consumed, as well as how many remain for the day. It also tracks weight, goals, and figures out the number of calories you should eat to reach that goal. I wish it tracked hydration, too, but overall it's a great app!

Ben. W. Sep 16, 2020

Pretty happy with it so far. It's a lot easier than any other food tracking app I've tried, and it's the first time I feel like I can stick to it! There are some usability things that I think could use some work though (there's no inertia scrolling on some screens, and sometimes navigating is a little unintuitive). Thanks for the great app! :)

I've had it for a day and it's already my favorite calorie counter I've ever used. It's easy to use and you have a picture log of all your meals, which is fun and is a visual reminder to keep you accountable. It's nice not to have to type in everything and so far it guesses what's on my plate pretty well. I wish it synced with FitBit but it's not a huge deal for me to keep my calories in and out tracked in separate apps.

Super easy and effective way to track what I eat and what the nutrition values are. The first 2 days were a bit more time consuming because I wanted to input details quite exactly, but the AI is fantastic at identifying what's on each picture. You can also update details more exactly later, which was nice. I've never been one to fitness or food track, but I was curious about portion sizes, eating more protein, and reducing added sugars. The app does the hard work for me! I started with the 7 day challenge to stay motivated! Thanks for making this app ;) Edit one week later.... Still love it but I need to switch phones and the foods that I entered I'll have to move manually by the looks of things. I wish there were a way to export and import them, or have it learn your personal barcodes, both preferable to storing more personal info via online options.

Rob. S. -. P. Feb 29, 2020

I had the app for two days now and I enjoy using it. It takes a little bit to learn, but not too difficult. It would be great if it could also print out a report or be able to export to a spreadsheet. I like the layout in building your own database of foods, or to take a photo of a UPC label, or take a photo and let the app suggest a match. I haven't figured out if it is possible to edit the nutrition for the homemade item that I take a photo of and use a suggested match. For example, I find the values may not be exactly accurate, especially if I prepared something salt free and the match shows more sodium than what it should. However, I really love this app and am finding it can be very useful for changing my lifestyle eating habits. I recommend anyone to at least give it a try.

This app has made my dieting more accurate than ever in my life. I initially downloaded 5-6 different calorie trackers and tested each to find which one I'd actually use consistently. This one proved to be simple and has enough bells and whistles that I don't need to go paying for something that claims to be better. You can take a picture of your plate and it will try to identify what it is and give you suggestions. If it guesses incorrectly, it's easy to search the large database for it.

Love it!! It let's me take pictures of my food then enter what it was later, after I am done eating it. It tells you all the nutrition facts pretty well, gives you options to see more or less info. And it will give you reminders to log your meals, if you need them. A couple days into use here and so far I haven't been bothered by any ads! Love it!!!

HS. K. Nov 24, 2019

I really like this app, but it's not for everyone. There's a lot of room for improvement, like the fact that serving portions aren't very editable (it gives it in certain intervals that don't work). Also, there aren't many brand foods or restaurant foods like MFP has. There is no way to input your own recipes, so I hope they add this feature one day. It doesn't sound very good from how I'm describing it, but I like the interface and UI a lot.

Loving it so far. I've been looking for a meal tracking app like this (picture based) for so long. I love that it displays vitamins/minerals (unlike MyFitnessPal). One really big negative though: there is no social aspect to the app. There is no community to talk to, I can't add friends, can't share progress with friends, can't do challenges together with friends. It's the one thing that makes the app feel a bit lacking/incomplete. Will there be a social aspect in the future?

Love this app!! I can't believe it's free. I've been using for 1.5 years and have lost 12 pounds gradually. It makes it easier to understand what I'm putting into my body. It also makes calories counting/approximation fun because I'm scrolling through a timeline of pictures. It pushed me to ensure that my food plate has a lot of colors and veggies on it.

Jac. M. Apr 9, 2020

I love this app. It's simple, useful, no ads. Take a picture and input the amount of food. It calculates calories for you, and even keeps track of your height and weight. I love a light app without bells and whistles or flashy graphics. Ways to improve: option to store to cloud or SD card. Add more diverse foods from other countries

Sav. M. Jul 24, 2021

I really like this app because it takes more of an awareness approach. It's more about seeing, understanding, and appreciating the food you eat rather than strictly relying on numbers. I have an issue with not eating enough and I often get distracted during the day. Now all I have to do is take a quick photo and I can see at a glance if I've had enough to eat or not (and whether it was healthy/junk). Highly recommend no matter what your food goals are!

What I've been looking for because I want my nutritionist to get a visual of the portions I eat and make it easy to log food. I thoughts there's gotta be an app for that! Pros Easy logging is easy. Cons custom foods or foods not in the database, adding was manual and tedious, but I did read the nutrition label and add everything. However, when I wanted to scan a food in with a bar code, there was really no option to just add it to the database (I wasn't consuming it as a meal) or as my personal food and have all the nutrition facts scan with it, then adding a pic. A meal from the day before popped up in today's meal and attached itself to my actual dinner. I clicked on the pic and deleted that meal, that and my actual dinner deleted! Which of course I can't retrieve because I'd eaten it. Am I missing something? Also, a picture of meal from the day before will suddenly link itself to a meal on another day and you can't desperate leave separate the two, throwing off not only your daily calorie count, but making what you've eaten from day to day inaccurate. Keep up the good work, but fix this!

The food recognition could use work compared to similar apps, but this one has the massive benefit of being simple and clean. I don't have to pay exorbitant subscription fees for recipes or training tips or community connections or to remove ads. I don't even have to deal with an account. It just tells me if I'm getting enough protein or too much calcium, and I get a nice graph to track the month. This one was the only one to make the cut out of 11 other apps.

I just wanted something to track my carbs, cholesterol, and a few other things. Works great for my purposes! Being a visual person, I love that I can take pictures of my meals and easily scroll to see what I ate that day. The metrics diagrams are pretty easy to read and understand. Also not bombarded by a bunch of ads like other apps!
