Caution.. wont allow you to sign up to App. You can select to agree to the terms of service but its a dead end from there. Looks intentional.. so the must be experiencing issues. Not allowing new users to sign up!! ?? Even the customer service Web portal dosent work at all. Soooo bad

I am struggling with email confirmation. It keeps on saying my 'account is not confirmed, please check your inbox for confirmation and click the link' and I have been doing that but it's not working. I even tried to file for ticket it keeps on saying ' FAILED TO CREATE TICKET' I am not happy at all

Chart is much faster since last update and the whole app looks a ton better! Great app!

A very raw app yet. hope they will update it and fix bugs. For example - red and green circle buttons 'calculate sell/buy everything' doesn't work. the same for trading and funding. App is lagging, sometimes keyboard doesn't open and I can not even create an order. Notifications works randomly and very rare. etc., etc.... but in general UI of this app looks much better than the old one. hope for update. then will change my review.

The new version is absolutely terrible. You can't even look at charts without huge lags, or even use different analysis tools provided by TradingView on mobile. I wish I kept the previous version and never updated, ever. Honestly, what were you guys thinking. New UI is decent but there are a lot if problems, especially not being able to use the TV tools.

UI is nice and gives lots of information but I feel that old UI was better for mobile devices. If there could be option between old and new UI that would really help users choose based on their preference. Also, missing buy all and sell all option. Edit: 4 -> 2 Seriously, there are lots of bug in this app. First, its super slow as compare to old app. Second, Chart are so inaccurate. When I select week range it shows graph for 1 year.. Third, scrollable view is not convincing.

It works, but terribly unstable. Sometimes i can login without PIN-code, sometimes it randomly forces me to re-login. The app is slow, it's worth mentioning: really slow. For some strange reason I get 2 notifications for every event. And the worst thing about alerts: when the price is dancing around chosen level I'm getting tens of notifications UP DOWN UP DOWN . And don't forget - it doubles alerts...

App is okay, but needs lots of attention to detail and aesthetics to look cleaner. I don't like having to scroll sideways to see more information on the trading screen, it's not very intuitive at all. It would be more appealing to have it all at a glance, including volume and high/low price. On the part where you make the orders, there should be a more clear option to buy/sell all or a certain percentage of the currency I own, such as 25% or 50% or 100%, because right now it seems difficult.

App is ok, a little different since it uses its own user APIs to setup the app, unlike other exchange apps. The worst thing I can't stand are the full page ads and banner ads. They pop up every single time regardless if you've said you're not interested. There's a reason other exchanges don't do this. If Bitfinex was a guy, he's the one that thinks no means yes. Repulsively annoying.

Great App! But after the last update the colours Red and Green are missing for me. Everything is grey and it's hard to tell if the courses are rising or dropping. Please fix that Problem and I'll give the app 5 Stars. Unfortunately, when im trying to change the saturathions in the Therme Tab, the app is crashing. The only fix I could fing was resetting the theme to default but that still doesn't fix the crashing when changing saturation.

Very happy with the new 5.5.0 update!!! I asked Bitfinex to add a pie chart to the app to visualize the diversity of my portfolio, and they delivered! Thank you Bitfinex!!!

It's incredible that you have broken push notifications and it takes so much time to fix it. For now this app is unusable because of that.

Bad, really bad, can't even log in because of the 2FA code, tried everything and there something wrong with my OTP, from the very first login. Ridiculous

Used to be okey. After the latest update the app is so slow it is unusable. Will add a star when this issue fixed. Update: Thank you for the response. Marginally better performance. Graph still takes forever to load. Rating remains at 2 stars. Update: Back to being really really unresponsive. Come on Bitfinex! Your web interface is great to work with. Your app really spoils the good experience.

Absolutely useless you can't be competing in the crypto market with this type of app. Your security procedure on desktop is shocking. Not easy to use or set up.

Really a large downgrade from the previous app, seems like an alpha or beta. No charting yet, interface response changed so you need to slide pages left and right if you want to view the prices of your orders instead of just the type. Its like they are focusing on pretty and not functional. Im really disappointed. It takes much LONGER TO ENTER AND EXIT TRADES due to this interface. Your not thunking about traders at all, or you have a novice programmer.

The most confusing software ever! I've loaded cash. I go to trade page balance is zero. The Money is on the app, but not the trade page. If you do not have a computer science degree and 10 years exchange trading experience, Do no put money here! There are many much more user friendly platforms out there. This sort of thing is what makes Coinbase the go to. Bitfinex sort you platform out. We are losing money jumping through these ridiculous hoops. Don't know if I'll ever get my money back. Sigh!!

Just remove the vibrate on keypress and ill give 5 stars. It can drain battery fast you know...

KYC is completely broken. If you're lucky, and only if, it might save your 40th or 50th picture. Been trying for several days now and have made at least 200 photos without getting even halfway through.

There is an issue with push notifications not showing on Samsung galaxy S21. Had no issues on previous Huawei phone but can confirm I receive no notifications on S21 and also a friend who has an S21 confirms no push notifications with the finex app. Can you please look into this

I can't complete 2FA with Google Authenticator as token is not correct. The user journey is broken which is really frustrating. I don't think will back to this exchange in near time due to such unprofessional behaviour. I don't want to risk my money with so unprofessional team

Wanted to use this exchange for LNBTC withdrawals. They don't work and exchange is quite complicated to use. Very unfriendly UI.

i found the wallets usd value... excellent... still... would be nice to have a tracking of the usd cost of the wallets... combining history data and history value to keep track... (the cost value would reset when the wallet go back to zero... ) also.. the calculate max tool is missing in the trading page... :( it would be nice as well to have a wallet view in the trading page... just under the charts, so we don't have to swap back fwt to the wallet tab....

One of the best crypto trading apps I've used so far! It's packed with essential functionalities for easy trading while away from the laptop. It's also intuitive, so I don't need to read a how to use guideline article to use it. Most importantly, it's very stable in crucial times. I've never missed the dip with Bitfinex app. Love what the team is doing! Kudos!

I like the app because of it's extensive feature but I think the is still huge room for improvements. For example, the chart should be opened in fullscreen, technical indicators should be there as an option, and lastly it dosen't seem to update in real-time.

Edit: After reinstalling the app and after creating new API, the app is working fine. App is not working for the last 2 days. It says "Connecting..." and nothing happens. I tried to connect using both Wifi or Data but no change. Still stuck on "Connecting..." part.

Really poor user experience. text input repeats previous text entered in every time you press a key (eg writing Ada will result aadaadda). Scrolling panel aren't scrollable (the whole window/app scrolls instead) , the provider they use to buy by card (Mercuryo) doesnt work (I never received any confirmation code). this app used to be ok. now its just plain unusable,very disappointing.1 good thing though is you generate your Api keys for the mobile app. it makes it more secure/managable than most

Two years ago I was using this app to trade and it was ok. I am back to trading again only to meet a degraded version as an upgrade. Chart will not open, the return arrow button not working; you must close and reopen app to access the tickers page after visiting chart page. Cannot even open a trade! What a disaster...

The new version of the app have trouble working on the older devices like Galaxy S4...cant log in with APPI key it is just stuck on log in button not responding. But working on newer devices like Galaxy S8... My dislike is that I dont see my trades on chart, and worst of all is that I cant add INDICATORS on chart, how can I trade without the indicators ??? You should fix that Immediately

The new version is terribly slow!!! All graphs takes eternity to load and transactions is not viable to create using the app... I was obligated to access using web browser to make the orders. The app was very good in some past versions. Please resolve it.... I have a Pixel XL...
