I have a P30 , andriod OS ver 10, cant get the phone to pick up the device, how can i get the devices syned? I have installed and uninstalled the app multiple times, reset Bluetooth on and off, reset the watch, multiple permutations of the above. Still no luck. Watch means nothing. Cant set time or date, or pick up any personal data. The add showed andriod compatibility, not phone specific. I tried on diff device, it works. Useless on my phone.
Using a Z7 watch, I'm able to pair it to my old (retired) Samsung Galaxy 3 (Android 4.4.2) but I cannot get it to pair with my LG G7 (Android 8.0.0), which is my daily phone, so I was able to set the correct time but I'm unable to use any functions between phone and watch. I'd be happy to run beta/debug software to help get this fixed; feel free to contact me!
I have a cheaper but better health watch witch does not disconnect as this one does. Bluetooth always disconnects and is always difficult to connect to the phone app. Using Sony experia Z7. And it's not the phone it's Definitely the app and watch Bluetooth system.
Oppo cph1831. App can't find the band. It has been found by the phone once but never by the app. Finally gave up in frustration. Useless product. Luckily it was given to me as part of a promotion...now I know why they were giving them away.
App does not sync with watch. I used it last year with no issues but now the time is not correct and I can't fix it because it won't sync to the app.
I cannot sync my watch with my phone. Every time it says find your smart band, i see nothing and i cant find anything else that works. Not even wearOS. Please help me with this problem. Im not the only one. Having this problem
We received these at work as a staff. Does not sync with my phone or anyone elses that is an android. Ridiculous. If I could give 0 I would.
Downloaded the app and doesn't want to stay open, closes by itself. How do I fix this.
I don't know why my android phone can't communicate with my watch they both have the same number but when pressing pairing it always comes back can't communicate with xx xxxx can anyone help please thanks Doug
my Samsung A6 plus cannot connect to the Z6 wristband. my older Samsung A5 (2016) can however connect. not sure why...
App is not compatible with Huawei P20 or P10 lite. But finally worked on P9 lite. So far so good.

Won't connect to the device. Cant even pick it up on the scan page. Just a blank screen every time. Can pick up the device via bluetooth with my phone so the issue is definitely the ap. Also everytime I closed it it came up with an error report that it had closed unexpectedly. This ap is a total waste of time.
