I purchased cryptocurrency did all verification process selfie with id etc... And they still didn't pay my wallet, send 3 email to support team no reply at all. Wish I could give 0 star. You can keep that money if that's what you have decided, will be leaving review on other platforms too.
Beware when you buy a voucher cause you won't be able to redeem it, suddenly you can't login to your voucher tab on your app, but if you use a VPN then you can log in and they say your voucher is invalid, seems like they block your ip on there system so you can't get to redeem your voucher but they are quick to take your money when you pay for it, beware scam
You Guys are Missunderstanding! BITNOVO is awesome. You guys need to understand, we are working with cryptocurrency. Not just paper money. Get you authentication right and read about them a bit more. They are there with great costumer service and over all a awesome service. Remember is cryptocurrency not just paper. Thanks BITNOVO
I asked for money back and they promised me that it will be refunded in a month. On today's date it is almost two months and nothing happened. Very disappointed...

Don't buy on their website or app they use the verification step to cancel your order and scam you the 10€"fee" for canceling an order .
I made a payment on your website and I was expecting my ether as soon as possible and here I received a mail saying I should do a verification on your app ....presently i am far from any of my IDs because of lockdown and I really need my money back .... a refund as soon as possible
I advise no one to install this app or pay anything to bitnovo. If you bought anything here kiss your money goodbye. Over 6month 1020euro is stolen of me and many others. Becareful becareful
after reading the reviews and realize it was nothing more than a garbage application that scams you out of fees I immediately uninstalled it after installing it without ever even opening it and I'm glad I did! Thank you to everybody for leaving your reviews about your nightmare stories of getting ripped off by this cheap disgusting dishonest trash company...

SCAM! I REPEAT SCAM!! If you have already purchased crypto currency from them i am sorry but you will not get your money back, file a dispute with your bank and report this scam to google to get them taken of the web

Why 2 apps...2 websites? You should simplify the product/service, not make it more dificult and confusing for possible users. Blockchain is already confused enough to the mainstream. I would suggest to keeping it simple. Wirex provides more services than you do, and only has 1 app and 1 website. Will update after using the service with some consistency. Keep up the good work!
