The interface is good, very easy to navigate.. looking forward for the dark mode and also when I back read the messages, it tends to go back from the start.. wish they could fix it, looking forward for the next update!
It's been nearly two months since authentication with a google account does not work. I can not log in with my google account to my bitrix24!!!!!!!
Like the app, some things you have to figure out on your own though, not fully clear in the app. Sometimes lagging too much, reopens chats from before, sometimes restarts on its own.
Great for mobile. But chat delayed, and no notification shown even i turn on the notification. That's important thing but you missed it guys.. please fix it.. Updated : notification is back.. thanks
Very poor support team. Give wrong answers, delay too much in responding, fail to solve most issues...!!
It is a really nice platform for online businesses. I am satisified with its services.
Lack of options on cell phone. taking time while opening. cell phone slow down while using it. Taking resources as compared to other applications
Not nearly as good as the full browser version for searching and sorting leads or deals. Not usable for someone looking to make follow-up calls. Good enough for referencing your database in a pinch. Hopefully they iterate as quickly as they do on webapp so I can revise this review. Tech is much better than previous version, just need more features.
HORRIBLE app and crm tool! The app is different from the desktop version, so you cannot keep up with work on the go. After the update, the calendar does not work AT ALL. In general this whole system has too much options that you have to adjust BY HAND in each section! It does NOT update your settings across all different sections! So, all you are doing is constantly battling with the software! Don't recommend this to your employer. You'll regret it!
This app needs a lot more love thrown at it. Compared to the desktop version, this lacks way behind. My main issue is around tasks and projects. These do not synchronise accurately. In fact, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, so that the project information comes through cleanly. If I make a new change on the desktop within projects, it doesn't get updated in Android. Get that right for starters and we might have a decent app.
This app has many features similar to that of a major CRM. It even has some very cool, new features that would be great - only if the bloody thing worked! It took us over a year of trying back and forth, up and down, in and out just to get the thing to not only work for us but to understand the process of onboarding. Unfortunately it wasted a huge amount of our time. We contacted support so many times, the app is just not well designed this has been confirmed by over a hundred people. Good luck
I love more than what I dislike about Bitrix. I wish there was 2 way sms in the CRM contact. Also, as others mention,the app could be better but I am glad they even have an app that is front facing of the web version. Would I recommend it, yes but be a bit tech savvy and have time to set everything up. After you have stuff set up the way you want, it's great, fantastic even.
The filter options are poor and comment option is not available.
I like this app good for management but what I HATE about it is that you don't get help from anybody when you are on a free plan. My company wants to upgrade but we need clarity on certain features before we upgrade. How to we upgrade to a plan we have no idea about? Tried to get help it says help only available for commercial users. What the hell!! Also, there is a particular task which keeps popping up EVERYDAY even though it was already deleted. Bug needs fixing. Yet no support. Very bad help
This app is really easy to access & learnful, I personally recommend to you that don't be hesitate to install it.
Great for only chats and feed. Everything else is difficult to use. You can't work off your android device with this app. You still have to use your computer.
It works well. I would ratebit 5 stars if Bitrix24 could allow repeat calendar like "Monthly, Every 1st Wednesday". Otherwise the App is great
Needs Kanban boards or at least ability to set status for Kanbans and filter by status. Please improve it. I Love the web interface.. But the mobile one is way too slow (has to reload each time you click in and out of a task/lead etc) and way too limited in functionality.. ( can't view comments on leads/deals etc..) Needs integration with device's calls and contacts and reminders to call back.. Also, take notes when making calls.
this is a review of the app ONLY. bitrix24 itself is a great, full featured, well priced CRM. it is a shame the workflows have been removed to only the paid version but overall it's well worth sticking with. The app though is SLOW to load pages , often unresponsive, completely lacking in features. a mobile version of the web page would be better than this amateurish attempt. cannot believe it is from the same people that made the web app and makes me wonder if they will continue development
Still the same problem. What's wrong with the app???? I can't log in with my email !!¿??? It tells me unkown server error
Very buggy and unreliable, and the chat function is plain stupid. it doesn't save the formatting of your text, and you can't notify others, like team, slack or any other group chat systems do.

Ever since the last update nothing works anymore. Activity stream doesn't load, if it does, comments don't load, you can't open any files and basically the app is rendered useless right now, except for the messenger. Which is a pity, because before it was a useful tool.
This is excellent app , you can learn about their company and gain more expirience, it's fun and easy .
This app is very useful and powerful indeed. Yes it is very overwhelming at first because of its plethora of features. But when you're adapted in it, your working life will become easier than before. Been using the on-premise edition for 2 years and I'm satisfied customer. There are still a lot of features we can use of in the future but the important thing is that we are able to apply it to our business successfully.
For an app, has good functionality. Still a few key functions missing that the desktop version offers, most notably attachments to Contacts and Deals aren't visible. A few filtering limitations as well. But all in all, very nice
The desktop version is much better than this app. Many times I don't receive notifications. The major issues I am facing is it doesn't update the chat properly. When I open the chat window, it doesn't show the recent chat messages.
The app is dated looking and klunky. It's very hard to see new activity on deals and leads or even find it in the menus. Could use a LOT of work to make the interface easier to use or at least custimize the menu bar.
