They make you jump through a bunch of hoops to do basic things, and charge you for each hoop they add. Firstly, to load any money, they automatically take $10 of it. Then if you want anything in USDT, you have to purchase something else first, convert it, then convert again to what you want. Each time they charge a fee, so by the time you actually get what you want, they've taken a good portion of it. There are far better options out there...

This an unstable app and can close unexpectedly. Most often when trying to view charts. It works, the app does what is needed, but its utility is limited because it keeps closing

Worst app ever, after depositing funds in it,it then logged me out,tried to login again but it kept on showing me invalid username,i then kept on trying,it then showed me my account has been locked,i should try again in the next 2 hours,after waiting it still denied to log me in,

App doesn't work for pixel 6 pro and I've been going back and forth with their inept customer service for a week and a half. Not worth the trouble anymore

This is my first crypto wallet, very easy to use and operates nicely. It's really secured and safe. Don't need much verification before you can start using it. Rating this 5 star!🌟

My man lost alot of money using this platform. He couldn't get into his account because he lost his phone and therefore the phone number acquainted with his account which had 2step verification on. But he had all his information including his list of backup words. When he couldnt troubleshoot it he sent bitrue ALL his personal info to PROVE his identity but instead of verify his identity and simply UPDATE HIS PHONE# they told him they couldn't help him. They used his info and took his money.

I had an issue getting a verification SMS with from their app. I was able to contact their customer service and was responded to very politelty under an hour. But before I could find them I had to search literally everywhere; I searched Twitter, here on Playstore, and finally telegram, I found their contact in their Telegram group. They need to make their contact openly available to the public! It will go a long way. Nice app by the way, even though I honestly feel it still needs alot of work.

Trigger order for stop loss didn't work this morning.... was like it was never there, then showed back up after in trigger orders to late....

Whenever I try to withdraw there's this error that says. Sms or email verification incorrect or expired, when obviously I put the correct verification code and certainly not expired! And i'm getting so annoyed right now! For real!

This is a scam exchange. I deposited $1300 worth of token but never received it in my bitrue wallet, only for them to tell me the address is correct but the contract address on blockchain is different from the one in their system so my token is lost. Avoid this exchange like a plague!!!

I hold 551.6 btr worth of 117 usdt (now 107 and continued I lose money), since yesterday I trying to exchange with XRP or USDT. I got the error: Failed to place an order. The same error I get when I am using the WEB site. I have opened a support ticket and their answer was: the order must at least worth $10. Please retry your transaction with minimum $10 to make it successful. DONT TRUST THEM THEY WILL CATCH YOUR MONEY AND TRAP YOU

One of the worst apps I have utilized and totally worthless! I too am getting the server error at login. I transferred some USDT & when I try to exchange it for coins, I get a message indicating that I don't have enough funds. I'm not trying to purchase more than I have available. In order to transfer my money back to my wallet, I have to add more funds to get to the minimum transfer amount! Don't waste your time or money on a worthless app!!!

I cannot withdraw my LTC. Keep says wrong address, i used that address to withdraw LTC without any problem before. Please fix this issues.

Horrible app. 0 out of 5 Stars. Created an account. Tried to log in, and got a message saying my username or password is incorrect. Thought maybe I did something wrong, so I "forgot password" and created a new one. Still can't log in. I can't even login via PC, so there's definitely something going on on their end. If they can't even sort out login problems, I'm certainly not trusting these people with my baking information. Get your act together.

Support team/ customer service are the worst. On twitter they never answer and by email if they can't find a solution they stop responding.

Easy to navigate.. automatically saves previously searched/used trading pairs. Has XRP and many other hard to get ahold of coins.

All brother and sister, I have used binance,bitmart,hotbibit, wazirix, all exchange is good working till now, but bitrue exchange is VERY VERY VERY WORST exchange, I'm using buy and sell, deposit and withdraw, deposit fees is high, withdraw fees high ,compare to other exchange, withdraw fees saying one thing is doing one thing. download the app 1/02/2022, and uninstall 2/02/2022. Can't login. No matter how many times i successfully reset my password. The app tells me incorrect username and password. Useless app

Almost 1year after my first review, same thing is still happening. This is the kind of stupid stuffs that doesn't happen on BINANCE. Why can't bitrue fulfil the limit order I set when it gets to it ?? I still don't get it

Prices are not accurate. Moreover, my RFOX tokens transfer from Metamask to Bitrue was successful but I never received my tokens and Bitrue won't send them back to me even after contacting their support team.
