Bitstamp – Buy & Sell Bitcoin at Crypto Exchange

I like them, I didn't have any issues with the system, and in general they have good and straight forward fees. Only thing I didn't like was a ~$20 (0.0005) BTC to BTC withdrawal fee, when normallly it costs around $0.20 now. But I can live with that.

2FA code doesn't send to email after signup trying to sign in and then get error code if you click "skip this step." Literally can't even sign in to do anything.

My thumb muscle is zero much sexier after having to literally press the date of birth button ~600 times to get to the correct birthdate. Sweet dual functionality. Bravo.😐

Basically a scam. Happy to take your money but won't let you withdraw it again. No response from customer support and still unable to withdraw my funds after weeks of waiting and trying to contact. Do not use this app.

Overall works as expected. Would recommend. Only quirk is the screen timeout is annoying when switching from app to app (I live on my phone) so continuously re-entering the passcode is tedious.

Closed my account and they kept my $18.85. One of the worst logins I ever encountered. Their 2 step authentication is very choppy. Will be taking my business and Satoshis elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, I do not recommend this exchange platform since they terminate your account without notice and consent. Additionally they sell your coins when it is conveniently low for them. They closed mine and said that due to their policies they cannot provide a reason for it. Scammers!

This app is not working well. Since I started the verification phase, I realized that it failed, as it does not recognize countries such Saudi Arabia to send the code.. Why you add it in the list if you didn't recognize it 🤔. Secondly, there is no box to search for the currency in the main list, as you must go through all the currency list and choose what you looking for. Third, the main menu is complicated and does not fit with new devices.. And many others. Not recommend for new!!

Generally quite a nice app. Have always had problems with charts not updating correctly when switching pairs though, which appears to be a common problem. Have just recently started experiencing two new issues: first the app keeps deactivating and needs setting up again. Secondly, I can no longer pinch to zoom in or out on the charts. Have tried clearing cache, updating and reinstalling with no luck. Have raised with support.

This ap just keeps getting worse now it has removed the option of purchasing crypto using a debit card. This is the only ap that womt let u purchase with a debit card

Overall it's a great crypto app. I would give it 5 stars, but there's a bug to where when I first start the application none of my balance shows. I have to close the app and after I open it the 2nd time it shows everything as it should. Not to mention, you have to verify your identity to remove a credit/debit card for security purposes??? How is that a security feature? I should be able to remove a credit/debit card whenever I want with no extra verification process.

So frustrating trying to set up account, when supposed to take a photo of your ID document it doesn't work, nor uploading, clicking on the icons simply doesn't do anything. Tried it multiple times, after 45min simply trying to verify the account it got so frustrating that it put me in a bad mood. If those basic things don't work, how are they looking after your information, protecting your account and essentially your money???

it is a great step forward in helping your customers to trade cryptocurrencies. Apps are the easiest way one can use to do anything. I have been waiting for a long time for an application like this. The app is flexible and highly user-friendly. There are minute glitches which you can fix very easily. Kudos to the whole developer team for your efforts.

I recommend it! So far the best crypto excange app, and I've tried others, and had some problems and inconveniences. Bitstamp is most transparent, all fees are visible, so there is no unpleasant surprises like with some other excanges, and is user friendly. I haven't had any problems with it yet. It would be great to have more coin selection, I hope that will change

Used Bitstamp since 2017 had no issues. I didn't use Bitstamp much to trade or transfer.. I use Bitstamp mostly to store my crypto as I believe Bitstamp is very safe. No bad experiences. I did remember calling for any customer support since created the account.

I tried 3 time for verification with my Aadhar & pan card. But I unable to verification. what I do for this issue.

Overall it's okay, but the UI is a bit tough to navigate. Also please make it so the back button takes you to the last screen you were on instead of closing the app. I've had to reopen it so countless times just because of that. If I wanted to close the whole thing I would've used the home button.

This application is very good, definitely an improvement over the previous version. The interface is simple, yet functional and contains all features that can be reasonably expected. On the logon screen, one can see the prices of all supported coins in USD and EUR. The logon via fingerprint scan is neat, faster and more comfortable than using a PIN. By horizontal swiping, one can easily switch between main account and sub-accounts. The transactions are then right underneath. The Prices tab contains current prices with 24h charts. A detailed Tradeview can be opened by simply tapping the currency of interest. Market, Limit, Stop and Instant type orders are available. The developers obviously paid attention to usability and I'm glad that I can give full 5 start rating.

Log in problems. My app login and password says it's wrong but when I reset it it's still wrong. The same login and password works fine for the website version. Not sure what's going on might not be worth the trouble. Edited: It is definitely not a problem entering the password. Waiting to hear back from bitstamp support.

Good to check on the go & pair with online version for a bigger screen for charts

The most foolish app in the whole world..... it's not a user friendly and a time wasting app.... it's not recommendable

Good customer service and easy to use app.

Impossible to use and set up due to a bug with 2 factor authentication setup. Authentication requests a code from Duo or Google authenticator, but when switching back to bitstamp to input the code, the app "bugs out" takes me back to the start of verification setup with a new key. This makes the old key obsolete, and the process just repeats itself (with either authentication app). Will likely just uninstall and go with another app.

this is a scam I have 175$ in my account that I haven't been able to withdraw for over 2 weeks and it's says I can't withdraw because my bank hasn't confirmed the payments and they did confirm them they did a long time ago if I could add pics here I would DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Good app over all. But, please! Add withdrawal to Paypal and credit card. You can skyrocket your customer database with those features.

It says that verification an account it only takes 5 minutes😩. But after I completed the steps and submitted the requirements until now almost 1 day my account still not verified. VERY UNHAPPY😫😖😣😞😠☹️👹😥😢😓😪😰😣😞😓😣😩😫🤤😲😮😦😧😟😤. Nevermind im no longer interested in this app just uninstalled. I WILL ONLY USE BINANCE

I've had this app long enough to sign up and add photos but they want you to download the 2-factor authenticator app...that ALWAYS has problems. Worse, I can't login on the actual app though I know for a fact that I have the correct credentials. Once I click on the green button for 2FA, it takes me to the app...that won't take my login credentials. 8 minutes and I'm already annoyed.

Would be nice to have weekly and monthly time frames
