Bitstamp mobile

The existing functionality is good and works stable. But it lacks of very important features to use the app only for the trading. First of all, it would be great to receive notifications when the limit or stop order is getting executed. And the second one is the possibility to set up stop orders. Nevertheless thank you for your job!

I placed an order, but the app displayed an http error and nothing happened. I did it second time with same result. After closing app, clearing cache, and reopening i noticed the order was placed twice (judging from reduced available funds). As the app doesn't show open orders anymore, but only a loading page, i cannot cancel the order...

Decent app, but buggy and missing some critical features. For example, placing an order might result in a cryptic http error, and open orders will simply never load and display your open orders. You can't place trailing stops through the app either.

Unable to log in. Keeps prompting me to enable 2 factor authentication. But when I log into computer, it is already enabled. So my account is stuck. I have tried uninstalling and trying again. No luck

Half the time trades don't add to the order book. Completely unreliable and unsuitable as a trading app.

Open orders loading for ever and nothing displayed ! You can't cancel already opened orders, be careful you can loose your money if mistaked your order. Better do it on your computer.

I can't see any open orders. It's constantly "loading...". Useless for trading without working basic features.

Im expiriencing a problem, where when I click on the open order tabs it keeps loading, but it doesn't show the orders. Help please

Will not show open orders, charts are frozen to same timeline. Inconsistent app.

doesn't work. only get to a pin entry screen, or one that asks me to scan a QR code which i don't have.

Doesn't show open orders.. So you can't edit them once you set them. Useless.

There is no new updates and in last version doesn't work open trades for me (loading forever)

bitstamp is not a company one should stand behind. the functionality of their apps echoes their discombobulated website. anyone leaving a review saying something like "don't pay attention to the reviews" or "this works fine everyone else is dumb" is a developer. avoid this app and bitstamp altogether.

Can't see my current/live bids anymore.... You should check why this is happening.

Does not work properly

If you cannot see your open orders this app is just useless.

It's good for trading on the go but it's terrible as a trading tool. You'll still need the desktop website version. No charting tools. Most importantly the chart defaults to 1hr bars and stays there regardless of choosing 4 hours 1 day etc. Before I discovered that bug, made multiple poor decisions on it. YMMV

Noticed lots of quirks using it for a short time. 1) doesn't save your last currency pair when reopening. Minor annoyance. 2) Often times when changing the chart time scale, it just doesn't change. Have to reopen, which brings me back to issue #1. I have faith they will improve it though, but far from polished in the current state.

I never review apps, but reading the ridiculous reviews below inspired me. This app works great for open orders, limit orders, trading, graphs and everything else. Just because you can't get verified doesn't mean you should 1 star review their app, thats rather pathetic. Other bad reviews just seem to come from people tgat don't understand what they are doing.

This app works well.. You'd have to be an idiot not to be able to operate this simple app!! But then again society is becoming stupidised thus the countless bad reviews about this app. Click on the "mobile access" within the bitstamp desktop and scan the QR code with your Bitstamp phone app.. Simple..

Started an account.. user ID and password sent to my email. I tried to log in using EXACTLY the assigned user Id and password and it declined me.. now im locked out. When this is fixed i will adjust my rating/review.

It does what it should but it would be nice to make it remember which btc/euro, xrp/usd etc. i was watching when i closed the app. Also, when you say buy ALL it calculates wrong and comes up with a price that you arent able to pay and have to put in the numbers yourself...Charts are slow too or not updating at all.
