A very poor app. Crashes on launch most of the time. Asks for permissions which it clearly doesn't need (such as always-on location) and refuses to work without those permissions. Doesn't actually logout when I got the logout button in app, resulting in me having to call customer service many times to manually trigger a logout. If I don't call customer service, I am unable to login from the website or the app. Recently, the app has crashed 100% on launch and is completely unusable for me.
Unable to save receipt in pdf, everytime i have to screenshot d transaction or open with web to print it out. Such a nuisance if we in hurry position. Compared to other banking apps, one transaction here will take not less than 10 minutes per trax. While with other bank, in 1 minute we settle everything. Not a user friendly apps. Pls improve.
Your push notification is not working, every time i login and wait for the push notifications to pop out on my phone but it didnt, i tried several times and it still. Please ask your technician team to fix it asap, this is really annoying. Tq
Latest update requires user to change default handphone keyboard to continue. It is very troublesome. Please help to solve this problem for a better experience like the previous version. Thanks
Not a biz friendly app, created issue of login-lockout's, now forcing all users to allow ABBM constant location monitoring. Super big PRIVACY issue to monitor your users current location 24/7, even when app is closed! A BIG NO-NO.

Poor apps. It sent sms to my phone to proceed registration. I sent the code back as instructed and then the apps said my phone is not verified. This happened twice. And yes i hv uninstalled and install it back as adviced by customer service. Still a useless apps.

Push notification does not seem to be working anymore, as experienced by almost everyone else using your services here. It is a massive inconvenience that befits the purpose of online banking. Please rectify this issue ASAP.
Recently cannot login with msg "Error, cannot connect to server. This can be caused by poor connectivity of the device. Pls try again..." But where i m out of office, it works! No wifi in my office? But i can serve internet and watch YouTube in the office! Recent update problem?? Pls helppp..
It was all good until the recent update. Now there seems to be a problem reading my SIM Card. Tried re-installing but it wasn't successful. So frustrating. Please fix it.
Previously was perfect. Recently after the latest update, it stated that my sim card id change. What the hell is this as I'm a business account and its so important to online payment for staff at this moment since its mco and we are not allowed to go out. Come on and rectify the problem fast will you.

The App is not responsive and can't log in at all and need to inform the bank for uninstalling and reinstalling. Very troublesome.

OS updated recently...and now saying sim card changed/os updated...requested OTC, and received. Key in the code sim card required..WHATTTT!!! PLEASE RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM.
After update android version 11 can't log in , keep need me to verify my contact number . When I get the tag , then came out error sim card I'd is required . Please soft this problem ASAP.
The app is functioning pretty well and is able to address by daily needs. Quite impressive for me to be honest.
Latest update disallow me to use. It says unauthorised keyboard. Pls fix as I can't approve transfers and the other device is missing.

absolutely rubbish! first they banned third party keyboard, then remove TAC, now became push notification. hello Alliance!!!! what the hell are you doing??? banking apps suppposed to ease the people, not adding more trouble!!!

Keyboard issue, Bizsmart but not really smart, even i switch to other keyboard while this app not in use, the error still pop out from google chrome, i alway has to delete and download back when need to use.
