Using the BJS - Community Connect app, Jain's across the globe can come on a single platform, where they can get to know all about BJS services and offerings in different sectors.
App has different sections e.g.
1. Home - This is the place where all the latest happening in different BJS Programmes are published.
2. Matrimonial Meets - This is the Jain Community Matrimonial service provided by BJS. All the matrimonial meets organized in India can be accessed from here. Jain community members can create their matrimonial profile and register in the meet through this section. Members can also view other members profile and express interest.

Very bad experience. Customer care doesn't pick up the call and I have filled the money but still from few months my account is deactivated.
my experience was great, everything was guided & organised helpfully. thanks for helping us in our partner search. keep it up.
1.Add option to reject profile after accepting as well. 2. Keep the current city /hometown visible, so that other person would accept or reject the request accordingly 3. Now you can accept the request but after looking at location, what if you want to cancel the request because your not comfortable with it. This problem leads to get unwanted calls which u want to reject because of location problem 4. Add more filters to the search option 5. Keep slide/list option to check requests in one go

Making profile is not working properly
I have registered my profile and later I have logout from app. Again I am unable to login using mobile number and also I am not receiving OTP to login into app and check my profile. Even I have paid necessary charges for registration of my profile but no use of it. Since it is not working properly. I
Always hanging n app getting closed.. No filters.. I'm unable to know if people are accepting or declining my interest sent.. Also When I call call or mail for clarification there is no proper response
The app does not verify my phone no. Doesn't send the OTP, have tried many times. Kindly look into the matter.
Doesn't provide User Experience Tools to filter the expected profiles, Bad Customer Experience with Ur App, Kindly refund back my money as it seems to be waste of efforts in lokking each profile even though not required to do so. If U feel to know more, contact me.
I have paid the amount and yet I didn't get any access to see any profile. It's been from last two days I was continue trying to connect through call but no response has come from thier.
Thanks for the updated version. It has solved my privacy concerns now. Although, some filters are yet to be added. I hope your team is working on that too.
Very bad app..developer should have added a save option while creating profile..everytime it asks from beginning even if it gets cancelled at last step.. Worst app ive ever used
App has Many issue only live picture has to been capture going back again and again only save pic can be uploaded. Great initiative Make success rate high of Marriage. Plz show by this initiative how much u have done the marriages
no option to reject after accepting. if the list is long then app gets crash. rest things are good.
Pathetic app. Created profile for matrimonial and they asked upfront payment of Rs 500. after payment when I am trying to access my profile nothing is visible and message comes that something went wrong please try again. No tdchoxal support in app. Called to a tech staff number but no support is provided. Do not waste your money on this app. They are just looting people in the name of jain community.

No matter how long you wait after sending interest request it's never responded.
This app is so pathetic and it's major major threat to your privacy. I rejected a guy's profile and i hv no idea how my number was available to him even after rejecting his profile. He must hv called me 10times today and then whatspped me just to harrass mentally. Girls , please be aware before putting your details out here bcz this app is surely not safe.

To create business profile only handful states have been allowed. Other states are not allowed to create profiles. Team look into this
I had continue try from one week . And now i am too much tired from bjs app. I totaly unable to update my profile and profile photo .
I opened this for my brother. And they have locked the editing option for gender. Mistakely it choose wrong gender which we can edit. Waste of money for us. Tried contacting the response address but no response.
Bug problems are a lot. App does not work properly at all.
An organized app with simple and effective UI. Good initiative from the BJS team.

Hi, your app is really good. But the problem with my I'd is that when I upload aadhar image or marksheet of latest examination the app crashes instantly and the app gets closed. I Tried solving the problem from my end but all my efforts were in vein. Please let me know how to fix the problem?
