BK Lebanon - Order Online

Can't use the application. the SMS verification is sent really late and by the time I receive it, the application will not honor it; therefore, I have to repeat the process. Same thing happened with my friends and we all end up calling the branch or ordering online from a different restaurant.

I'm sorry to inform you that you are became the most unprofessional place in Lebanon, I've always been a fan and loyal customer of you guys but I haven't had an order with no issues since idk when. Each order for past year had a mistake, and me being a loyal customer I ordered again but never anymore. I thought it was the branch at first but apparently all branches have the same problem. You are so unprofessional. I even memorized you Whatsapp complain number because of the number. Never again

Worst delivery app i have ever used. It needs a manual to get through your order. If you use a coupon you cannot choose another order. After 2 mins or scrolling i decided to use another app for another competitor. Friendlier is tastier

The Customer service is amazing! i ordered twice by mistake, they called me to make sure I had the correct order. plus, super friendly! ALWAYS gonna be using this app!!

The worst application for ordering food, It doesn't change your location if you wanted this, in addition, the app is shut down repeatedly.

Can't use app because it won't allow me to register and sign-in after following all required registration steps. Pressing GO at the end of the registration form to receive a confirmation SMS yields NO result! Useless app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

I placed my order and wrote my location, buy the branch operator insisted that i wrote another location! The order was cancelled and couldn't receive it! Does this always happen or it's one of the weird things that come up suddenly in Lebanon?!

I ordered food online and waited for three hours! I received nothing! I contacted them and no answer! I couldn't order any other thing because it was late! Thanks burger king... Never again... Disappointed! McDonald's is better than you! At least they respect the customers

Great food, great customer service but I'll give one star for the delivery policy.. they deliver to bsalim at some point, my house located 1just "ONE" minute after that point so they can't reach it, they're afraid of the food quality will be affected!!! Are you kidding me???

The best of the best app. Would torally recomend its the best to order your food from and the food comes only in 30 mins and it comes hot and all fresh everyone who loves fast good install this app and your life will get so much easyer.

It doesn't log in when i re register it says already exist🙄 when i log in it said wrong credential when i reset the password it doesn't work

Needs lots of improvements. Has bugs on the window where you enter you location details.

Delivery service is veryyy bad, one hour late then scheduled, when we called to ask where is our order, they kept telling us its on its way until we found that still its not even processed, and they even did not act in professional way, i do not recommend, worth less than one star

Order will not clear. There is always something additional in my cart.

Very bad experience never received my order even after 2hours that we called they told us that they haven't started to prepare the order yet

I dont like it because when i order on it and i tell them to call me before they send the order they dont call me and when i chat whith them on the app no one responds😩😩😩😩
