Bkool Toolkit

I'm unable to find my BKool Smart Pro with the app. Can connect with the Simulator app but no option to update firmware through it and my computer is too low spec to run the Windows version. Would like to be able to update Firmware to be able to connect to other apps and enjoy a better experience.

I've downloaded this application to check my BKool smart pro firmware but the app does not detect anything even with an Ant+ extension right next to the unit. Not able to update the firmware either and BKool support is non responsive/existing. No indication on the website on how to upgrade the unit either... poor very poor

Does not update the PRO to v3.25, leaving it on 3.16 and useless for Zwift or any other cycling apps. No good contacting support - noone answers. Should be a pretty easy fix, yes? Please post details on how to do this. EDIT: Bkool support got in touch next day and provided a firmware flash update file that worked first time. My trainer is now working as before. It should really be on Bkool website support pages though! Would have saved me hrs of trial and error.

App does not update Bkool Pro firmware. Reads that it sees my trainer but will not update. For months now the trainer has been almost impossible to use huge power drops.

I have two Connect Sport trainers (one black the other the white version) and the app can't find either. Consequently I can't upgrade the firmware to make the trainers work with Zwift. Bkool, can you help please?

Fails at its 1 job. After claiming to update my trainer, the firmware is still on the old version, and my trainer still refuses to communicate with Zwift or anything other than Bkool Cycling over ANT+. Useless app to go with a useless trainer.

Finds that my trainer has firmware 3.10, but says I have the latest version when I need 3.25 to be controllable with Zwift. Hard to like it. Spent 6 hours already trying to solve it.

Updated my smart go no probs. It was putting much lower watt output on zwift and with update it seems to be more accurate. Thanks

Installed it, bkool pro2 was recognised immediately and the firmware update worked without any issues. Phone used Galaxy S7

I'm trying to connect Zwift to my trainer and I came across something that said I needed to download this app, but the app does not detect my bkool trainer, its a bkool smart pro.

A bit of software that doesn't even connect to the trainer. Utterly useless.

Will not update past 3.10, has stopped connecting to zwift, this app does nothing. Waste of time

The app doesn't update my firmware which is still v3.10. Says it already has the latest version.

Useless, how can you release an app for your own Bkool pro 2 and not be able to connect it?

Worked flawlessly for me. Found and updated my smart go on the first try.
