It works .. can only add hard copy receipts .. it would be a huge improvement to have the option to add screenshots

This app is perfect for small business, individuals, personal finance, and freelancers. It is intuitive flexible enough that you can actually start capturing information immediately. It is flexible enough that you can build and modify your chart of accounts on the fly. Unlike the high-end commercial bookkeeping software, it does not require you to learn lots of irrelevant details and settings to conform to a complicated API. Batch importing and exporting is straightforward and if you take just a few minutes to review the concise tutorials, it will save you even more time, as well. The pricing and subscription model is perfect for individuals and freelancers. The tech support is unbelievably responsive. I made a stupid error that caused a major problem, and the software team responded to my email and solved the problem within minutes. I was astounded. Seriously. I am not given to raving about the software I use. But this is a fantastic product with fantastic support, that integrates perfectly with Google sheets. If you just want to get to work and don't want to deal with complex proprietary software and data formats, this is the bookkeeping software you need.

I downloaded the app as I'm using the web version as well and thought would be convenient to take pictures/note down transactions as they go. Unfortunately, the camera option hasn't got enough resolution to take pictures from a short distance making it completely useless for capturing receipts... Mind you my phone camera is working fine!
I can set mine and all my employees accounts and record transactions on the go. Love it.

How come its not like the web app that is if we could see the previous transaction it would really help a lot plus the accounts too that is the new accounts open page

Bkper is an excellent solution for financial records. In fact it's the best I can find for my purposes as a general contractor due to its simplicity and easy access to reporting via the app. It's bare bones, lacking many features that would make this incredibly more useful but it has a solid foundation.
