Sistemet e Operimit të telefonave celularë, të cilët suportojnë aplikacionin BKT Smart janë iOS dhe Android.
Sistemi i Software-it 4.0 është ai që suporton paketën e plotë të këtij aplikacioni. Në versionet e Software-ve më të ulta se 4.0, BKT nuk mund t’ju garantojë një shërbim të plotë të aplikacionit.
Aksesi në BKT Smart bëhet i mundur nëpërmjet një lidhjeje interneti, i ofruar nga çdo operator telefonik ose Wi-Fi.
Që të hysh në BKT Smart duhet të jesh fillimisht i regjistruar në Degën Internet për individë të BKT-së. Duke ndjekur hapat e regjistrimit dhe pas hyrjes së parë në Degën Internet, bëhet e mundur dhe hyrja në BKT Smart duke përdorur të njëjtin fjalëkalim të krijuar për Degën Internet .
BKT Smart ofron informacion mbi vendndodhjen e ATM-ve apo degës më të afërt të BKT-së pa patur nevojë të hysh në sistem.
Shërbimi ofrohet në dy gjuhë, shqip dhe anglisht.
Nëpërmjet BKT Smart mund informohesh për llogaritë, kartat e kreditit apo depozitat e tua. Mund të kryesh pagesa të kartave të kreditit, faturave dhe rimbushjeve elektronike, transferosh para midis llogarive të tua, drejt llogarive brenda BKT dhe drejt bankave të tjera të nivelit të dytë që operojnë në Shqipëri. Mund të hapësh llogari të reja dhe të kryesh këmbime valutore.

BKT Smart provides fast and secure banking services for retail customers anywhere, anytime on your Smartphone, needless to go to BKT branches and have a computer.
BKT Smart application is supported by iOS or Android operating systems. Software System 4.0 is the system which supports the complete package of this application. In case of software versions earlier than 4.0, BKT cannot offer you a complete access to the application.
BKT Smart access is possible through an internet connection, offered by any mobile operator or Wi-Fi.
To enter to BKT Smart you should first be registered in BKT Internet Branch. Following the registration steps and after the first login in the Internet Branch, access to BKT Smart can be done by using the same password created in the Internet Branch.
BKT Smart provides the search for the location of ATMs or the nearest BKT branch without having to login to the system.
Services are provided in two languages, Albanian and English.
By using BKT Smart, you can be informed about your accounts, credit cards or your utility bills. You can make payments of credit cards, utility bills and electronic top up. You can transfer money between your accounts, toward BKT accounts, or toward accounts in other banks operating in Albania. You can open new accounts and perform currency exchange.

Why does this app has to access the network list, see what connection I'm using or read my Google services configuration? Or retrieve the list of my running apps for that matter? Or have access to my camera when the app doesn't use it as far as I've seen? About connection, the app should just check if there is an active stable connection and not read the full network list, including the ones that I've been connected in the past. It's unacceptable. It gets the job done but too many permissions.
I can not log in with my card number so in overall I would say horrible app,many times is out of service
Outdated and inconsistent UI, cant login with card, the operators when calling from app never answer
Good experience and easy to use. Still has some bugs in login. Can't make international transfers in the app.
They somehow enabled the fingerprint Access and made it easier to log in to the app
Overall it feels smooth usage of this app. However after recent update I see two things missing. 1- I can't see my account's transactions 2- I can't go back to home page after moving to another page.
This is useless, everytime I try to log in, it doesn't work. Also the log in requirements are useless, it's always a problem with the: "server side". Please fix it!!
Very useful application and very secure, developers must add more function and more payment systems such as tirana parking. Also when recharge the mobile there must be an option about the desired amount.
The worst experience I have encountered as a customer of a bank. I have a week trying to Log in and I can not. Whatsapp customer service only works on the basis of some automated responses that do not offer practical help. I am very sorry that as a business I have opened an account in this bank. I am totally disappointed.
It gets the job done. Needs a better user interface. App crashes every time i use Auto Rotate
Useless. Nothing works. You can't even log jnto your account. What is the point of the app anyway? It's been like this since day one, and after all this time, there's still no fix

Best App,you dont have to visit branches anymore...Smart is all you need as a retail or business customer! It even gets you a number for the queqe when you have to visit branches! Thank You BKT for giving us Smart!
Doesn't work if you live abroad. No OTP one time password will be delivered so you may access the app.

Fingerprint works successfully. Now is easier and safer to log in.

In overall is good but the support team sometimes takes too much to fix bugs. I reported a bug to the support team in WhatsApp exactly 30 days ago. The bug is related to "Pagese Takse", it logs you out every time you do a payment. I wrote to the support team again after 30 days since i encountered it. I had to login four times in order to pay three invoices. The support team suggested me to not use anymore the app but try the web version.
