Net fare for chauffeur driver is far worse than a local mincab fare for business class Jobs and the app may give jobs with unrealistic ETA for pickup and when drivers cancel it Blacklane will penalise with fines and take most of the money earned, I earned £351 and lost £210 on fines in 3 cancellations, I won't recommend anyone to work with this company, period.
Im not getting any notifications from this app i checked all the settings even uninstalled it and installed it back but its same . Please fix ASAP!
Its always good in the beginning and I love it in good times but where is more drivers there is bigger appetite for jobs and every body will bid job at its lowest which is 55% off the original price. Just imagine how much money they making because you are afraid to not do any jobs at all and you decide to take anything. Its perfect for people on top of chain. They are cheaper than local taxis but for customer they are in High end. People with brain of the monkey will work for them.Modern slavery

London slavery.first 3 months u c good money then it plumits and d useless head of affiliates in London Miraslav Stevanovic will den say its supply and demand..how do u put a exec job on ure portal from lhr to w1 18miles for £38-40 and dis includes 1hr waiting carpark,water,tissue 4 dat amount. I asked Miroslav with my 12% bonus why do i c this amount now after 3 months but wen I joined I was getting £70-80 for same trip with no bonus(he blocked my account)

If you want to be frustrated at how they treat you as a driver then go ahead and sign up but from my experience is a horrible company to work for

It is a great oppertunity for every one
I see all negative comments about this company, its true they pay once in a month but they based in Germany thats their system. Getting low fares its all up to you they dont force you take that jobs it will rice by time all black car jobs well paid even more than other companies pays. If you professional chauffeur and know basic prices after all expenses you can make good 10k/month (from my experience in NYC)
Should open up your registration to individuals with specified vehicle criteria and licenses instead of companies with fleet of cars.
You'll make more money as a taxi. They take about 60% of the normal full rate. Then short you another 10% on payment. Not to mention most likely a very elaborate identity theft ring. Stay far away unless you dig masochism.
Once I got approved to drive with them, I never heard from them again. Website looks legit but again there is no communication. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls yet nobody from that office has courtesy to communicate...makes me feel nervous after sending all my documents without proper communication. The person who posted earlier is right...They will ignore you, i recommended this app to a few drivers in the business and they all are having the same problems....not worth the hassle.
Stay away from them dnt sign up with them they dnt pay you.. always just stories but no money in your account they will ignore your phone calls & text do not waist your time
They hustle you as a driver starting with low completely unacceptable prices in a given city. You gotta wait up until price goes up to its highest limit which is still lower than a cab rates. All in all it is a garbage.
Notification don't work., it has a lag in comparison with other partners., by the time I get to see the job is long gone., it might be the way my account is set up., all I get to see are the jobs Noone wants
