BlaBlaCar, Trusted Carpooling

The idea is totally worth it, but the app is really bad and bugs all the time. I couldn't log in, tried changing my password and it would log in; I had to register with a new email address. Also, if you already published a ride, you can't change the time or anything else. The features are really bad. To be improved strongly.

All is perfectly organized. Except for one thing that got me in trouble many times. Sometimes when I book a carpool, the driver doesnt get a notification unless they go into the app (their words). And sometimes they cant because they're already on the road and think there's no booking since theres no external notification . It would be great if the driver gets notified on their screen when there's a booking or a message. This would be reeeally helpful

the application is very convenient. but I had difficulty to add up the documents because format of the file is not specified or the size of the picture is too big. when you search for a trip you get even the one which are already full. I wished I could filtered them out.

Impossible to publish a new journey. There are always errors happening and you have to start from scratch everytime until you get lucky. Not perfect but it made carpooling very practical. The bad thing is that they take a huge fee absolutely not justified by their explanations.

Very difficult to subscribe when you are an expad (someone who lives in a foreign country) once you choose your country you cannot change the language. You cannot have two mailadresses and one phone number and I seriously doubt that I can have the app in English or Dutch and have a Portuguese bank account number. Clumsy programming!!!!

The App has a lot of users, which is why i use it (more car rides available). However, there is a few things that I'd change: 1. If the person that offers a ride cancels the ride last minute, there is no possibility to review them. I made a lot of unpleasent experiences, that could've been prevented by being able to see ALL the reviews a person gets, not only from those that made it successfully into their car. 2. The last minute cancellation should be free for everyone.

Excellent app, but there should be a cancelation fee! At least two passengers didn't show up without any explanation, the bad things is that I (the driver) need to go after them (by calling of sending text messages); would be cool if I could rate those cases!

Quick, easy, and an excellent replacement for busses in between cities. There are a few very small bugs, e.g. when I gave a review for a driver it didn't send me to another part of the app (like nothing happened), it took a long time to load my profile picture, and the dot with the number of messages doesn't dissappear for quite a while. All in all it is a good app!

My first experience is rather poor. I've got a notification that someone wants to make a reservation after the reservation already expired, so clicking the notification got me nowhere in the app. Messages have been also delivered hour(s) later, so I left someone waiting for me, because by the time their message popped on my phone I was already tens of km away...

This app is superb. It is doing a great work in saving money for a lot of people. Be it passenger or driver. There is just one problem. There are genuine people who list their cars and super punctual but at the same time there are some taxi drivers as well. There is no problem even if taxi drivers would use these apps. The only problem is with timings. Taxi drivers are not at all punctual and sometime asks more money than what is shown in app.

Excellent app. Easy interface. Fabulous recommendations. Easy to use. Good references, drives, people. This app made the travelling more fun with safety. And providing an extra income while travelling makes the driver more useful. App has no issues at all. There are lot of cars registered and we get many options, according to time or car or ratings.

It has been a great experience with blabla community. It has brought the revolution to the travel experience. Great to travel with like minded people at an ease, comfort & convenience. Also adding contribution to protect the environment by reducing emission .. Awesome!!

Overall very good ideea. I use this app quite a lot. However, I think as times change, adjustments should be made. IE while the fuel price skyrocketed, bla bla fixed prices remained the same. Also it's very inconvenient that you can only contact the other party through chat, unless you reserve a seat, as sometimes there are details that should be settled before you reserve the seat.

The app is good,but there are some bugs that need to be fixed because it makes difficult to use it. For example I can't update my profile picture anymore or I can't verify my phone because I don't get the code message. Now,I'm not even be able to acces my account with the correct email and password. So,I wish all of this to be fixed. FOR NOW it will be only 2 stars. If you fix these issues I will reconsider my review.

Overall extremely happy and facilitate us a good company of people during rides. only issue is that last minute cancellation of booking by the passengers , which will lead to loss. Some control to be implemented in the app.

Carpooling can never be better than bla... app is very friendly.. one issue i had several time was Taxi guys putting rides for a low prices then asking for double prices on the phone.. please make sure it remains a carpooling platform rather than a taxi booking .. bla bla is great.. its people who use it to their own commercial business...

This app was great before but recently payment system became kind of scammy🤬!before,in order to reserve,you press reserve button and that's it,then you pay cash when you meet the driver.But now they changed it so you have to pay an amount to be allowed to reserve,and this increased the scamming actions so some people make nonexistent trips and they disappear when you pay but the big issue is that your bank card infos aren't secured so they can use your card and that's what happened with me.🤬

The app is very helpful. I would suggests new users to read the driver details which car they are driving, and an overall background understanding. Then only.book a cab that will be comfortable according to your need.

App is good. The only con of this app which I felt is it doesn't allow user to edit timing of ride after publication. If anyone needs to delay the ride time ( with the consent of passengers) by half an hour then it doesn't allow the same...

The app is easy to use. There are many ride options. However, a few people cancel the ride at last the minute. There should be some penalty for last minute cancellations to avoid this.

Absolutely terrible experience! When bla bla bus came I was asked to only pay via the app, but the app didn't show the ride for the date I was supposed to pay for so the crew wouldn't let me in to get a ride! They told me not to worry that the flix bus will arrive shortly and I can take it instead. But guess what, the flix bus also never came! Due to this ridiculous stuff I missed my flight!

It does it's work, but the interface is not always very clear, especially for trip planning. Messaging is annoying because new messages don't appear directly on the chat, but you always need to exit and open it again to see them.

It's a very good concept but from last few months i have noticed that may cab drivers or travel agents entered into this app and spoiling the value. they don't understand the value of time, made excuse of coming late, rude behaviour, skipping road tolls by taking any village route and rash driving. Background verification of driver and vehicle is really required.

The most garbage app i ever used in my life. First of all, its FILLED with scammers, of course being safe helps, but the issue here is that you cant tell that its a scam until the agreed upon time nears and they systt asking for payment from external links. Drivers take thier sweet time accepting/declining requests so don't use this if you want to arrive at a certain time, cause chances are drivers wont accept your request, and you wouldn't know until last minute. Flixbus is much better.

I'd give it 5stars when it weeds out the people that think and treat this app as a taxi service. Otherwise besides small hiccups iv had only pleasant experience. I'd suggest you chat n get to know your passenger to experience the best this has to offer. Unfortunately radio cabs haave found this as a means to fill their cars on otherwise fully paid return journeys. it works only over short distances.

For the car owners the app is very good, and for the passengers, it's really tough to identify which user is taxi driver and which one is genuine user. So somehow the things are also depends upon you (users). Just pay the amount on the bla bla application only, if you have doubt on that person, so if they'll cancel the ride, it'll surely refundable to you.

The app is fine to locate trips, I have use it for years. Still, how is that I can not choose the language I want to use the app? I use it in Germany but sepak no German, it is so difficult to write a review or search for a new ride like this. A language settings option would make the app better.
