On my Android phone, which is brand new. The app only opens for 2 seconds and then it closes. Then a box comes up and says the app has stopped working. What the heck?

Hard to cancel service. If you decide you use them and stop, it's very hard they will not cancel even though they said they would over phone. Had to call credit card company and block them. Terrible customer service.
Crashes most times when you update it
Read the reviews, most of the low ratings are due to the dealer restrictions. This app is for wholesale prices for dealers and it works great for that. It is not for consumers.
Software was updated and now Black Book app does not work
Unable to use ,had a Verizon update, has not worked since
Purchased the app yrs ago now they require a login. Horrible when I purchased from them to then be locked out yrs later, and now they provide a free download but must pay for subscription.

Error menu reads "Unfortunately, Black Book has stopped" Tech support is challenged to remedy this problem
I would like to give a review of Black Book free edition however it requires a username and password that is never given and a 1-800 number to call to get your password so ability to utilize the service I cannot read it so far my experience is unsatisfied
This app is easy to use and a very helpful tool for dealers. The customer service is great.

Love it..very accurate.
I work for a very large used car dealership and many of my peers use this app on iPhone without a login. My company pays for a subscription, but has integrated this data into our systems in a way that requires no login. Because the Android app requires a login, but the iPhone app doesn't, I'm left in the dark.
It's crap that only dealers can access it. This should be available to the public. Bullsh*t

You have to be a dealer to use it or pay $50 a month
Before you install look at the permissions it wants on your phone it gets a lot more from you than you get from it pure junk
Let everyone access and utilize this app.
Won't let individuals use the app without a login you can't seem to register for.
I cant get the app to stay open in my android for more than ten seconds. Very frustrating. I'm subscribed to BB so that I can use it at auctions but its no good if the app doesnt work.
