First, I needed the app to bring the drill to work: ridiculous. Second, the connection was not possible with my BLU phone. I had to use my Samsung tablet. Finally, the app asks for localisation otherwise it would not install, so the drill would not work. I am now wondering if I should return the whole thing.
Controlls are good, but you almost need them to get the vacuum back to the docking station. Has driven passed the charge station multiple times, as well as driven over it.
I named mine "zippy" and enjoy the convenience of using an app to control it. The one major con (dis-like) about my robot is the noise. I would like for Black +Decker to come up with a quieter version. Other than that "Zippy" does an amazing job keeping my floors free of dog hair.
Love this app & cleaner. it's perfect for cleaning up pet hair. It's very well made too! I live in a log house with a loft. It has gone over the edge and down the stairs and it still works perfectly!
Works as expected. Connects to my smartech 20v Max battery quickly and maintains it connection well as long as you're within the normal range for a Bluetooth connection
App works as it should & I like it very much. The B&D robot works good too but 2 large area rugs that I have are too high for it to vac. It always gets stuck and has the equivalent to a robot nervous-breakdown. Yes it bugs me but I can't change rugs to make the robot happy.
Black and decker makes the worst robo vacuum. It always thinks the main brush is jammed. Check and clean it. Still thinks it's stuck.
I like that you can control the vacuum with the app. it also shows you how much battery is left. overall, I'd say it's a successful app.
works great. I only recommend only getting this if you have an open floor plan though. I have to many things it has to find it's way around. still a great product.
I just love the ease of using this app with my Black and Decker vacuum. it makes spot cleaning easy and quick . it's so user friendly that my 5 year old grandson can operate it.
The device and app both need work, the device doesnt charge and gets lost in other rooms then runs out of charge. The app doesnt always connect
Had some issues with connections in the beginning. The app is finally working properly and has been a good experience.
So far so good. Only second day with the product. Robot vacuum hasn't driven down the stairs and has the cats hiding behind the couch, I like it.
Product will not work without bluetooth and can't get the bluetooth to work, very cheaply made product also. What happened Black and Decker I use to like your products.
my pets dont like the robot vacuum but it is the best thing ever until it finds a poop and makes a huge mess but it is easy to take apart and clean so there's that
It's helps out but it ain't that strong of a vacuum don't get as much dirt as I would like but it does help keep it down though
So helpful, I wasn't sure at first. But, it has been handy to know battery status while I am trimming the bushes.
Everything works fine, but it's a pitty , that there is no option for manual virtual walls, generally app doing great
It work fine on my chromebook but when i got the battery and there was a quick connect manual and it said that it has a gps locater but in the app i doesent do that.
Works well the odd time it doesn't connect but if you restart the app it's fine not a big problem but it's there love it

The steering function is a bit clumsy and the scheduling feature does not work.

This is one of the best black and decker out there and every one that have this product should try it u want be disappointed .
Sometimes loses connection to vacuum. Have to close and re-open app.
Totally awesome dudes. Never lose my drill again I hope. Now the problem is keeping up with my phone.
Connects to my vacuum, shows me battery level and status but... Thats about it. Vacuum is unresponsive to anything in the app, i have to start the vacuum manually. Scheduling doesnt work (even if it did, it doesnt unless your phone is connected to it so no away from home cleaning...).
