The app has been functioning appropriately. Helps me keep up to date with game news/events. Central Market app works like a charm. Guild chat is quick to update and is responsive. The only issue keeping it from 5 stars is that when clicking on a character model design from the main page, the app does not allow going to that page, says its blocked, then pushes me to the gallery.
4 stars for the time zone issue in chat. It shows me as GMT+1 (or +2) when I'm GMT -4. My guild is international (NA, EU, OCE time zones), so having that corrected would help a lot. Aside from the time stamp issue in chat, I love it! My officers and I use it all the time! As for the central market, cleaning the UI up so it automatically brings sold items to the top would make everything so much easier.
Every single time you open the app, you're logged out. This is an app for a video game, not a bank account. Please give me a feature to stay logged in or at least enable the biometric login. No one has access to my phone other than me, and in the event my password protected phone is stolen, my video game account is the least of my concerns.
App is good but wish I could do more like manage workers, maybe World/Field Boss notifications on the last server you were on. Other ideas would be the ability to shop the pearl store, use maids/butlers to move items.
Absolutely terrible app. Constant crashes, try to guild chat and it lags and sends multiple messages. Even when submitting an inquiry it just lags to the point the app crashes. If I could give it negative stars I would! Save yourself hassle and don't bother.
Unable to use Central Market, asks me to login and when I enter my info it just clears the data bars and does nothing.
Great app never had any issues with it, speeds up a few things saves you having to log in for cm related stuff, got updates at my fingertips, Good stuff Pearl abyss
It won't let me get my account so I can add all these new codes ...... Everytime I log i. It says "please check my connection but there isn't anything WRONG!!!! HELP ME GAMING GOD PLEASE 😭😭😭
In the past month your app has been unbearable. - Central Market won't load - Keeps signing me out of Steam so I have to reenter my user/pw each time
I was only able to really use the app features ONCE! That was when I made my account. Now that I try to log back in, it tells me that I put the wrong password. I can log in with no problem in the browser using the same exact password and email, but not in this app. FIX IT!!! EDIT: They managed to fix the log in issue. I've only used the app to check the game's Central Market and Redeem Coupons. These functions work perfect and I have not encountered problems so far. The UI could be better.
Love everything about the app aside from 2 things 1. It doesnt have a boss timer section (if it does i cant find it) but it does give you notifications for when they spawn (doesnt help when your half the map away as you couldnt plan) 2. I seem to have to re-link/log out & back in every single time i open and close the app, very frustrating Edit, down to 2 stars now as I can't even log in now with the correct details 😒
Its a handy app. The initial login process and setup is complicated only because of the complexity needed on the password. (good luck trying to use one of your already memorized passwords) But after setup is complete, it provides a lot of useful tools to assist in game, so the struggles with the login and connection to your in game account are worth the trouble.
The biggest issue right now is that every time I try to use the central market it repeats the message that forwards me to the link page. Even though I am already linked to my account. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but that doesn't work either. Other than that the coupon redemption is also blocked with the same thing. Making the app only useful for updating me about whether or not someone purchased an item I have listed off of the central market.
Not good. Downloaded the apps, can't even login...non-stop loading at the loading screen

Was working great, now this morning I tried to open it and it says please update to the latest version to continue, but there is no update. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still having the same issue.
When I went to open it said there was an update, no option to update, uninstalled and reinstalled and still says there's an update.

very useful app, but i cant login my account. Maybe is my smartphone compatible problem? model: oneplus 8 after updated android 12 become cannot login.
Its overall pretty useful but there are several issues. Items linked in game guild chat can't be seen. The explicit word filter is way too agressive and can't be turned off. For example words like knight, class, and karanda are cencored. The time zone for chat can't be changed. Trying to scroll down almost anywhere will frequently refresh the page instead. Only scrolling up fixes this. Those have to be fixed to make the app better. Something I'd like to see are other chats like groups.

Very handy. Few improvements could take it all the way. Being able to select home page (ie Central Market by default) would be good; Community lacks mobile compatible features (eg can't select to cut/copy text, it's all or nothing); Home page is hard to navigate for new events/announcements compared to via web, again seems a direct translate but cuts out native nav function of mobile browsers; needs long-press to open in browser (web page events, items in CM, etc.).
