It's funny but kinda racist I mean I'm black but there can still be some white emoji and Cherrianna shut up case if you are black you not sounding like it You just a hater and mad that you can't make any apps get a life you won't get anywhere. In life Hateing like that talking bout I demand You take it down will I demand you get a life stop hateing and shut up.

For one the developer is trying to get over charging you for every set. I hope it's so they can have funding to turn this into a full blown app so it can be seen and used on your keyboard vs it being sent through a picture each time you use it, If that's not their plans then it's a rip off. Secondly, wtf is wrong with you idiots please enlighten me and any sane person on how this app is racist? No what's racist is the original emoji developer and you can take that to the bank!

If it actually worked as a systemwide app that could be implemented within the scheme of different keyboards and messaging apps, I would use it exclusively, but for now it's just too "clumsy". Perhaps you should develop an entire keyboard. I would suggest to pattern it after Kii Keyboard which is no longer on Google Play. If you did that, you'd probably get downloads by the millions. Don't worry about people saying it's racist. They are ignorant. Black emojis are natural for black people.

Great ideal I think our children need to know the importance of every ethical background as history shows the facts respect is do internationally to all people especially to those who have been the forgotten so long and imposed upon civilization by those who have defaced them in every way. Apparently many users stating it's racist. Actually this IS NOT RACIST in that it depicts typical human face shapes & features which are not that different from other emoji apps regarding artistic styling. The real issue is with the technical difficulties not the imagery although this app, & others as well, could use a more realistic artistic styling that shows a broader spectrum of images reflective of all the varied skin tones within the African-American diaspora. I therefore strongly suggest that the developers consider improving the built-in features of this app. 1)Allowing user to select options (skintone, realistic & varied hairstyles as seen live in person, and more realistic eye/nose/lips/ear shapes). As far as mouth styling (smiles, smirks, frowns, etc) can be as typically seen. Having purveyed a slew of emoji apps I do know that this can be accomplished. So I do hope to see future improvements. Especially in the TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS. My Regards.

Finally something representative of other ethnicities.. It makes me irritated when all u see are white everything! There are other people out here u would think people would make things indicative to that! Thanks guys for making something other than what's out there. (White emojis,white thumbs up,white smilies,white everything!) By the way... My mom Is white and she loves thus app too. This is not only for black people its a great app for those who like to recognize other ethnicities while communicating.

Decent app just needs cross compatibility and more emojis. This app is far from racist. Those who think so seriously need to pick up a book and look up the meaning of the word. The app is nothing but colored faces if you have trouble with that you obviously have some issues with yourself.

I think it's a great gesture yet it needs a lot of work such as: capability of enabling app on any texting keyboard; Instagram, Snapchat, Google search, G+, Chrome and messaging etc., Please make this emoji better user friendly because I have to press a particular emoji numerous times before it's actually selected. Most of the time when I depress an emoji it just skips to the next set of emojies, provide a wider arrangement of emotions and make the black emojies more realistic. Yes, some black ppl straiten their hair but not all. Were into braids, pigtails, Afros and afro puffs and shaved heads, as well. All of this taken into consideration and you've earned 5 stars, in my opinion. But with the demand for black emojies, someone will figure it out just how to be more diverse. Thank you!

This is STEWPID as all get up and go!! I might be wrong but I don't think that Apple users are paying for all of the black emojis. Why does Android users have to pay for all the Black emojis when all the white was are free. Is that a racist undertone saying that blacks can still be purchased? Why are the black emojis in a different messaging app. Are the black emojis are not worthy of being in the regular messaging centers as the white emojis? Come on this doesn't make any sense how this is set up!! Even though there are numerous of ways to look at why the black emojis are in their on messaging board and why they cost, this can be a prolem. Even though j can switch to Apple just got the black emojis, I will stay with Android and not pay for the black emojis. I may even discontinue use of all emojis. Please make this right and update the emoji app to include the black emojis as well as emojis of all other races and ethnicities. Just one emoji app, please.

I think it's b.s. Why do I have to pay for black emojis when I can get 1000s of them that doesn't look like me for free. How bout I point the finger at Android inc. Apple inc. Samsung and any other phone developer that isn't as open minded for my satisfaction as they are for my money.

I love the idea but, am disappointed it doesn't integrate with the Android system. It only sends a grey-ish screenshot with the non-black emojis highlighted... Like some half-assed social media segregation. Thanks anyway.

It kept saying pay Google inter billing service for each set but it won't let me use them

PLEASE READ THIS!!! I am 14 years old and old enough to realize what happened before my time and what is still going on Now. This new idea is not to be racist toward ANYONE!!! Even though the law of the united states is nonsegregated there is still ALOT of racism going on between both whites and blacks. This idea is to bring a greater appreciation for blacks. In defense I think a better idea would be to have the emojis both black and white to show that everyone is in union with each other..

If u want all the emijos u have to pay and its not even a keyboard u have to do some share stuff... Its terrible don't get it

Its a great Idea but its an add on to the original. For me it's not about the cost just the principal that every time there's something done for our Ppl, there's a cost. Now u don't know in the original that the Emojis are white. Expect for the dancing one. Which says a lot about how we're seen by WHITE PPL.. SMH if emojis are free.. My pro one was free.. Then Make these free. Not as an add on for a $1 oops hold on better yet .99$ thnx for the .1$ savings. Or create a pro package that has all nationality's

If this is geared towards black people... why am I paying for a natural hair style? I am black and thats how MY hair looks. Shouldn't it be part of the free line up? I could use the short haired person but then I would look like a man.... which is, in my opinion, even worse. I can understand outfits and jewelry options for a fee... its not worth it if I have to pay for what is natural to my specific ethnic group.

I need to be able to use this just like I use the current emojis on my phone. It needs to integrate into the current keyboard or able to be a stand alone application where it can be used to text and all without the need of attachment. Keep it up!

It does not respond. It invites you to write a text but it doesn't respond. A complete waste of my time.

I heard some said there rastist😕but i wonder how if you look at your emojis on your phone you barely see them maybe 2 or 3 so these smart people come up with black emojis because there barley nun as you can see you see white emojis every where on your keyboard so thats not rasist?¿¿😕 think about it they come up with something we can make it better and fair and thats my opinion as an black american 13 year old and im saying this because i have an voice and respect all racis bye✌

The only thing different about this application is that he added the word black in the title. Keep it real, most designers make peach emojis with straight hair... I don't look like that! Are we against blacks owning black baby dolls too? GTFOH, we exist too even in emojiland... whether you like it or not!

I find it appalling as to how Google play can allow such an app on their store that degrades a race as a whole.

This app is a pure disgrace to African Americans. Then for you to have to purchase these emojis are wrong. Why do African Americans have to purchase this when all other emoji app are free to use and post. Im sick of apps like this. What happened to producing an app that has all races on it, allowing all to use.

You can't use the emojis in a text. Plus you have to purchase them so it's not free either. I definitely don't think it's racist like others do. There's nothing wrong with having black emojis.

This app is horrible B/c people can be racist because people can take it. To far ....also you have to pay for a lot of the emojis so if your reading I suggest not. Get this app.

I don't get How this is racist when all of my emojis are white with no other race, but it's racist when their black. This is What I don't get when it's just all white, people want to say it's Okay but when it a different shade of skin color people say racists and to take it down.
