Fingerprint login keeps turning off. When I go to turn it back on I'm told I can't. This happens every couple weeks under the most inconvenient circumstances. If I wasn't so happy with the credit union I would leave because of this garbage app.

The app it self is good..shows all the info I need to see...the depositing checks part is horrible...takes to much time...I don't need to look at the pictures more then once..if I had any doubt then put a but for the option...but it shows them to u either way...quit frustrating...a good reference of check deposit app look t Dakotaland Federal credit union...they have a good process 👍

Mostly works. Often forgets my credentials I have saved. This is frustrating when you have a very long password. Mobile check capture has had the same bugs since v1. Always asks me to confirm something is written on the back, but shows me the front.

I love this app and have used it for years without an issue. But wow the new style changes make it very difficult to scroll through past transactions now. It used to look very nice but now everything is bolded and possibly a larger font? It may be they were trying to make it easier for folks with difficulty seeing but I think then perhaps a font-size slider in the settings would have been a better solution.

I do like being able to see my balances and do a certain number of transactions over the phone. I specially like being able to get my account number when I have forgotten it. The mobile check deposit has a very very loud annoying voice that cannot be controlled or turned off to my knowledge. I was trying to deposit a check in a public place and she starts yacking and people turned around.

The security is extremely frustrating. It will kick you out for fingerprint log in if you can't get logged in after a handful of attempts. And then you have to reset the password and and it turns off fingerprint access until you turn it back on manually. Then you have to remember your password again. It's just not fun to use and I try to avoid it.

The App is very easy to use, well organized, and looks great. The functionality is better than other online banking systems.

Gives me full control over my accounts cards loans even able to pay bills can check credit score when I feel like with no worries also has money management to help you budget and even see where your money has gone and it's easy to use

Finally able to use and must say I like that I can deposit my check online. Mobile banking is everything for check cashing and I don't have to go anywhere.

The app is very easy to read and understand. Transferring funds as needed and the ability to view your accounts is strong. My one complaint is that the ability to quick check your balance isn't always functioning. My samsung widget rarely shows my balances even with the setting enabled.

It has treated me right so far except it does not keep finger print turned on. When I turn it on then log off it shuts it off so the next time I log in finger unlock does not work.

The app is super easy to use you can get to everything you need you can change transfer funds to anybody that is with blackhawks federal credit Union you can set it up for outside fun transfers it is absolutely awesome

Terrible app. This is going to be one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used for a banking account. Every single time the app updates it kicks me out of my login which of course it makes you create this hard to remember password. And once you try to reset the password it still won't let you log in it's completely frustrating. Now I remember why I had stop using this account in the first place.

Decent app. Mobile check deposit however is finicky while attempting to capture check photos and the orientation is messed up.

There ALWAYS seems to be an issue with transferring funds from one account to another EVERY TIME my rent is due, or any other bill is due! It doesn't matter what day of the month it is; if I have an urgent need for this feature, it's "temporarily" unavailable! I have had success using it for random situations where it's not urgent. I don't understand why I have this issue.

User friendly! Great, secure app. Love being able to chat with a BHFCU staff member.

Every so often (I think after updates) it completely ignores my password and fingerprint login then ends up locking me out. Sometimes i get locked out for days depending on how many times I try to put in the CORRECT password. How do I know for sure I have the right password? I can login on my computer. Stop with the BS

Don't care to have to get call from bank every time I log in. Customer service is great. Abigail is so nice, as well as the tellers

Well, anytime you need to make a transfer just go to a atm, the service is always down. You want to set up a loan or credit card? Just call them or go in, you'll end up having to call someone eventually through the process. This app is really only good for checking your current balance, you won't even know if you can make a transfer till you are at the very last step and then it probably will say transfer service unavailable. Hope that pending transaction doesn't run through and cause a overdraf

This app helps me do things faster where as I used to have to call Quick teller all the time.Now I just have it at my finger tips, I will still call though when and if I need more assistance if I can't get everything done by app. Ps. I wont ever take for granted interaction with another person on the phone cause not everything can be solved by an app.

This app makes depositing my money so easy! No trips to the bank just to make a deposit. I can transfer funds,deposit checks, see all balances. This makes keeping track of my finances super easy! Love it!

Some transactions still get stuck on retrieving accounts. Can't believe it's been almost a year and that bug is still in the app. It forces you to relog in every transfer you make when it does that.

Never tried to make an appointment thru the app. It is great for keepimg track of balances for making credit card payments and transferring money from one account to another. User friendly too.thank you!!!!!

This app is GREAT! It is secure, fast, reliable and very easy to use, I tell everyone that I know with a bank account with BHFCU to download it. Why wait in lines when your business can be handled wherever you are and right at your fingertips, really awesome and convienent.

It's a good all around banking app, and has just about every feature you need. It's really Black Hills Federal Credit Union that stands out though. They do an amazing job and the fact that they give back so much to the community means the world to me. The only thing I would add is the ability to see further back into transaction history.

The last update you took out the fingerprint login for some insane reason. Not sure who thought this was a good idea. For people that use very complex passwords it basically makes the app unusable if you need a quick check of your account.

Could be improved. Would really like to see the ability to add descriptions to deposits and transfers. Mobile deposit functionality is frustrating. This is the only bank app I have experience with so comparison is compromised.

Multiple issues with IT just not knowing how to run an app or website, and ATM for that matter.

I mean, it works. I prefer in person, but as someone with 2 jobs that keep me until after the bank closes, I am glad I can deposit check through the app on my busy days. It could have more features, but it works just to see statements and track things
