I noticed that there was an update on July 10th. I don't know what this update was supposed to accomplish, but my phone no longer has access to my camera. And every time I turn on my phone to look at something, I get this very annoying message that says, "Unfortunately, Black Label Cam has stopped." This update has rendered my camera absolutely useless!
Overall for the price of the camera this is pretty good setup. Sometimes updates are a bit flakey (As of July 2019 can't access video logs anymore). I also once had my service provider suspend my internet services because the camera had been hijacked by some kind of bot. But that seems to have gone away.
horrible it does not respond to comands it glitches out 90% of the time. Lately when trying to view recorded security footage it forcloses on me and tries to restart the app. On top of it all this app is draining my battery because it constantly runs in the background. waste of money waste of time garbage
Everytime I try to play back a clup from the sd card, the camera freezes and goes offline. I haven't got it to be able to play a clip back once.
This app works great on my Galaxy S9+, S6, and Stardust. This app initially had trouble working on the S9 but a quick update from the responsive developer and all is good. Thanks!!
please fix the video log in the app. use to be able to view video log but this hasn't been working in about a month. app still records video but can not view video with the app. Please! fix. thanks.
it's really about time to update this app it's constantly crashing, doesn't show the video hardly at all.. it's really annoying.
ok, I've tried to contact these guys in many different ways but can't find a phone number or working website. I've sent them several emails/tickets but have not heard from them in weeks. they sold their cameras, took the money and ran.
The app on the S9 is trash. I have the app on my old Iphone which works without a single issue. Luckily I kept it since it wont work on android.
what is going on with this app. I have 4 of these cameras and I cant access them at all. this new update is horrible. I've emailed the company and no response at all. now how the heack am I supposed to get my money back for the cameras if I had them for so long🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
Android App! How about you fix your app so your cameras work?!? To this day still cannot review footage from app. Constant crashes and boots you off. That'd be great!
after the last update it wont allow us to login. gets worse with each update! 🙄 8/1/19 did the update now can open but app closes before you can watch the video! Time for better cameras!
Install was easy enough. Kept losing connections with phone. Cannot view pictures because of unknown format.
can't get access via email, nor can i redo registration. Wont let me access account or create account on pixel 3 Phone. It use to work with my Samsung phone. Now the camera is a worthless piece of plastic that cannot do anything.
Open once works okay exit out of it go to open it again always says connecting never shows picture seems like it works when it wants to work
it stop working , logged me out and now I have to create a third email because the two previous ones don't work and you can't reset them... the worst ever!!
this camera was very good when u first got it now 2 years later the app will not let you view video from your sim card that's been recorded.
app giving me error, no internet connection, eben on wifi, always pop up error message, and can't login.
latest update Aug 1st 2019 has deleted my ability to access my camera from my smart phone. The camera now is useless to me!
App crashes A LOT! Hope you don't plan on relying on this app for security purposes.
Still cannot watch stored video from cameras on phone this did not fix the update problems from earlier in July 2019
Crashed and keeps saying much email is not bound...I cannot use my camera (3) now. Can't locate a human to help from the company
I can't look at what the camera has recorded. The app crashes everytime
motion detection no longer gives alerts. I only had this camera for 2 months
does not support 5g. just updated to altice 1 and can't use them any more. very disappointed really loked them

ever since the update on July 10 2019, I get numerous messages all day long that "Black Label Cam has stopped". Until I "x" close out the message, I can't do anything else on my phone. I don't know what bugs you 'fixed', but clearly you've added a new one. I've had to go in to my settings and force the app to stop and not use it right now. I can't be interrupted 100 times a day by the same dang message. Please fix this!
