Love the coffee and the message, but this app is, in its present state, frustrating at best and unusable at its worst. Half of the GovX interfaces don't work, and when they do, they lead you to a screen that soft locks the app. I'm looking forward to seeing them improve the experience, but until then, it's a 1 star.

I love BRCC and I've been using their products since 2016, but this app needs a big overhaul. There is no way to keep yourself logged in to the coffee club, so I have to manually log in every time I use the app. The most frustrating thing is trying to update my address. I have changed my address three times since using the app, and every time I do it does not save that info, causing shipments to go to the wrong address. BRCC is a great company, but the app needs an update ASAP.

This app (and their website) are unusable. I love the company and want to support them, but the basic interfaces don't work and make it very frustrating to do so. Pages always load with errors, missing elements, etc. Sometimes I cannot scroll through the entire page, but I can scroll half of it away laterally, leaving me with a white screen of nothingness. I can no longer find the affiliate discount list available to me as a club member. The basic shopping experience is clunky and disorganized.

Love the company, the coffee, the concept I even enjoy their ads! The app not so much love being felt. Unfortunately it's the only way to do business unless you want to call them. I even tried chat after discount codes didn't work. To no avail. Why? It makes me sad.

Love the Coffee, however the app leaves a lot to be desired. The app is very glitchy, there is a problem with buttons and transitions. Click on a blend and it takes you back to the main menu. The app also has a problem showing pictures of the different blends. Click on a roast type and it shows you all the blends not the particular blends in that roast type. 5 stars is for BRCC overall as they are the best company in coffee.

Great coffee, bad app. The Coffee Club portion of the app doesn't work on my Samsung phone. When I click the Coffee cup button at the bottom of the display, the screen goes blank and shows a never-ending yellow swirling circle. Nothing ever loads. BRCC, please make the app functional. I'd be happy to change my rating & review if you get the app to do what it's supposed to.

Great coffee! However, the app is terribly optimized and I need to log in every time I open the app.

Their app doesn't work. After creating an account, I tried to place an order. After making my selections I had to re-enter my shipping address. Then, on trying to enter my credit card info I got a server error. After three tries (and re-entering my shipping data each time) I gave up and deleted the app. Bye-bye.

App is absolutely useless. I am assuming I'm logged in since I see logout as an option. Yet I don't see my subscription info, instead I'm prompted to sign up for subscription. So I can't manage my subscription with the app. I tried to tap the Account link and the app crashes. Still needs some bugs worked out and real testing before I trust using it.

The app barely works in the five minutes I had to use it because this company doesn't have the option to cancel your coffee subscription on the desktop website.

Love the company, products, message, etc... but the app has really taken a turn for the worse and went from just ok to worthless.

I'm a club member. logged in, picked my coffee, told it to ship to a stored address. that's where the relationship with this app ended. it wouldn't populate the stored address and wanted me to enter all the information manually. what's the point of having saved addresses of we can't use them? it's very inconvenient to have to enter all that information manually via phone, so i uninstalled. installing a store app is supposed to save you time, it didn't save me any effort.

App was working fine a week ago and now every time I try to open it, it crashes. I've uninstalled/re-installed the app several times with the same outcome. 11/27/21 Got the update for the app. It opens fine now. Just can't type anything anywhere within the app.

Been a coffee club member for a while and LOVE the coffee. Would really like to spend my $ on your products, but just like almost all the other app reviews, it keeps crashing when i try to checkout. The website is constantly removing my entire cart, the app remembers. Please get the app fixed. Love your products, if you want me to buy them, make them accessable.

Loyal coffee club member here, will be for the foreseeable future. Was excited to learn they came out with an app so that I could more easily adjust my club settings. Unfortunately the coffee club tab on this app is the only one that doesn't work at all. Also, you can't check your loyalty points on the app either. So basically the two things I downloaded the app for don't work yet. Im sure they'll sort it out, but for now it's unusable.

Seems pretty slow, it takes too long to load user content , some features never load

Freezes, crashes, doesnt save customer when you log out and then back in. Love the company. But when you cannot easily adjust cc from order to order its very frustrating. PLEASE FIX!!!!

Coffee is a definite 5 stars but this app needs some work done. Doesnt keep you logged in when you go to check out, doesnt use saved addresses, brings up errors when trying to pay with either method, and the pages will load partially offscreen sometimes. Dont waste your time, just order it on their website instead.

Keeps crashing! What happened to the previous version. Never had issues before. Did an update happen. The last few months this app always crashes. There isn't a login for the coffee club page, just a join now. Please fix. Can't manipulate the app since it crashes every time!

Fantastic company, mediocre app. Cannot purchase anything through the app as the checkout process doesn't work, never has. Not with credit card or paypal. Won't keep me signed in, doesn't auto-populate address, and payment button does nothing. It does let me edit my Coffee Club orders though, so there's that. Still the best coffee (and customer service) in the world, but app needs work.

I have to update my review, because the club section of it stopped working. I need to change my order this month and I get a blank screen everytime I try to open it. Guys, please fix this: apparently I'm not the only one with the issue. Love how easy it is to make changes tomy monthly subscription

You cannot edit your cart. If you want to change anything in it you must log out & then log back in & start over. Also, I like their website a lot better than their app. The content on the website is more informative & laid out better. It is so much more user friendly than their app. And, you can edit your cart.

Horrible app. Great coffee. Horrible app. Spent over 10 minutes trying to pay with both PayPal (No javascript so that is a no go. Again, horrible app) and entering credit card information. Also didn't work. There is no way to pay. So what is the point of the app? I was trying to hand them my money, and it didn't work. How much business do you suppose this has cost BRCC?

Downloaded the app and figured out really quick it was useless. Can't even get to open for my coffee club subscription. Deleted the app and will just continue to use the website. Which honestly ain't the greatest either. Not very user friendly. Very slow. Takes multiple refreshes to open some pages. But hey at least it eventually works compared to the app. Thank goodness their I.T. guy isn't involved with making the coffee LOL.
