Black Spirit 200 Remote

I've used the app for the iPad and it worked good until my iPad crashed, I have a droid phone and this doesn't seem to work for long before it changes the presets, or won't connect, it say transfer failed when I try to load from the library. I bought a new droid tablet and it does the same on it. Not sure if it's the app or a problem with my amp. It only works for less than an hour so I've managed to transfer a set from the library and wrote down the presets Let's how it does with no app

I'm sure this app would be great if I could actually get it to work. It won't connect to my amp no matter what I do. The way it functions after the Jan 2 update is definitely an upgrade, as before it would just crash when trying to open. Now it opens but I can't get it to connect. Amp is connected to my device just fine via bluetooth (I'm using a chromebook). I'm assuming it's something wrong with the app... I've tried everything. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

They need a YouTube video detailing the app process. I programmed several presets by chance. A week later all presets were gone. This shouldn't be that hard, they already have videos on the amp it self, just detail the app. Especially how to program and save properly. The amp is great. The app needs a manual or tutorials.

Very nice, but I can't find how to import presets I have sent on my android tablet by email ? The only options seems to be copy or create new. I tried the Share logo and then selected a Black Spirit Import icon, but no way to choose a file to import... Disappointed because I don't want to input the 128 labels by hand :( I would have given a 5 stars if this have been working or explained somewhere. OK, after the answer below, (thanks) I just discovered that the problem was in my import file, generated empty by the 'non official and buggy' windows version, So I raise to 4 stars, the last one would need that H&K share a common file format between its versions (I am not sure that the Android export file format is compatible with the Apple one ? )

Disappointed, still not working, everytime I try and open the app it's telling me that unfortunately black spirit 200 remote stopped working and I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times already, and I know I downloaded the right app for the black spirit 200 amp head that I purchased and one if the reasons I bought this model because if the remote feature, great sounding amp though, just wish the App would work

I've purchased Black Spirit 200 Floor and installed relative App from Play Store on my Google PixelBook. It takes way too long to connect PixelBook to the Amp (3-5 minutes). When I switch off the Amp it never reconnects to the PixelBook again, even if I click "Connect" on Black Spirit 200 F f615 in the list of paired devices. In order to get the pair working, I have to remove Black Spirit 200 F f615 from the list of paired devices and connect it again (3-5 minutes) . Irritating...

Edit: developer input was useful! App works as designed. There is still room for improvement in aspect ratio scaling for different size device displays.

I can't get it to download to my Kindle Fire HD10 which is Android 5.0 based. Did the suggestions you made in the previous review and still won't download. Downloaded to my phone but it doesn't see the amp during BT search. Is this a common issue?

I previously had a Bluetooth problem. With some dev help. I manged to fix it! It works well and as intended

I can't get it to connect. Is this a bug? I will rate higher when this fix is made. Perhaps something on my end?

After a phone upgrade this app links perfectly. This is an amazing machine

I finally got the app and BT to connect. So far app is working great
