Tried using this app. First had to create an account which failed multiple times. Eventually it went through and I was able to book a cab. Then I tried to book. It said there was a server error and the booking didn't work. I tried again and same. So I just called them. The auto system said I had already booked a cab. Then I get a call from the driver. I go out and find two cabs. Then I get a call from dispatch saying 6 cabs were coming. App showed 0 bookings. Don't use the app. Just call.
I used the App because phone booking for a taxi was not working properly. It said the taxi was 2 minutes away. I waited over an hour and a half and no taxi. I called and was on hold for 40 minutes before I could get a live agent. Driver #362 decided he was to far away and cancelled the trip. Don't waste your time with this App. You will be left freezing outside like I was by thus company.
Apparently the app cancels your booking after 30 mins waiting. Donesnt matter if the weather is bad, moving up the queue doesnt mean anything if it automatically cancels your booking.
It keeps crashing. Sometimes it will also say "server is not responding". But when it is working fine it's good...., but about half the time I have issues with it.
App is working fine most of the times,yet need bit of updates . Make sure you input proper pickup address,makes very easy for drivers. also I like new clover pos terminal. very fast. :)
Terrible is probably the only word that comes to mind when using this app and service. Be prepared for an hour long wait before you find a cab, and when it is approaching, be prepared to see it pick up other passengers and leave. We need Uber.
Worst app I ever used (tried to use). I booked a cab 2x with specific time and an hour ahead and it never showed. Bad interface, always crashing.
Don't bother with this! Nothing but a waste of time. Scheduled a taxi hours ahead of time, taxi was "booked" but never showed. After 25 minutes of waiting I get a message about a delay (I booked ahead of time thought?!)
Sometimes the drivers get confused by the account or cash booking distinction and get mad when you tell them account means card/debit. Other than that it's a good app, works well for getting around the city.
App keeps displaying 'no server connectivity'. Reinstalled app and set up new account - 'server error'. Nutshell - it would have been faster to call for a cab.
App wouldn't work so I was forced to call in, where I was on hold for nearly an hour. It seems the only way to get a cab is by flagging one down on the street.
Most cabbies will accept your ride but then cancel after. Cabbies always on the phone with friends or family and often have to repeat directions etc. I hate this app and this company.
this is second worst all next ro yellow cab. changing the "detected" address is terrible. you are better off just phoning and hoping for the best.
Terrible. Says it can't connect to server but calls cab anyway and you have no idea. Do not use.
Have to uninstall and reinstall because it keeps telling me "no internet connection" after each login attempt.
This app is terrible. If they don't figure out how to improve the app they will be out of business once uber and lyft arrives in Vancouver.
There were bugs so I couldn't even book a taxi. And when you do book they don't show up
It actually just doesn't work, and warns you that your request might just not go through anyways.
This is up there with the worst app I have ever used. Invest some money into getting a good app. Uber will destroy you
This app has so many glitches its impossible to work with. Can't wait for Lyft.

Rudest operators and drivers I've talked to. Act like this on Uber/Lyft and see what happens to your employment.

I installed the app when I couldn't get through on the phone and have used it twice. The first time I wanted a cab right away, and after some difficulty with the word search for my destination (putting in Granville Island didn't work) obtained a cab within 10 minutes. The next time I booked the day before for a cab to the airport, and the car arrived right on time. The app underestimated the fare for this journey by about $3, or 10%. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
