There is a limit of one free trial per Android device. To enforce this the app sends the unique AndroidID of your device, however we only store a SHA-256 hash of your AndroidID in our database to protect your privacy.

It doesn't connect, when I enter my email to start 3 days trial, the app says it couldn't connect to the server, try again later, so if you don't want to give people free trial simply remove this option from your app, else if it is a bug then you will not compete with other vpns out there. I don't recommend it.
After entering my email for trying free trial , I face with a message from your app which says it didn't connected to the servers , try later !! Well as my view the main reason of developing vpn apps is helping people in restricted countries such as iran where I'm giving this feedback from . ( the score I gave to this app , will be changed if you answer me here )
Good while it lasted (2020s). Their website is still up in 2021 AND allows ppl to send payments (paypal, btc...) but it does not update the account. This app should be removed from the play store.
"Cannot Connect To The Server - Try Again Later" - this is the message i constantly receive upon signing up for the 3 day free trial. DO NOT INSTALL!!
Terrible..lost money on it, they are still accepting payment, but the app doesn't work.

Love the premium VPN service, but how do I avoid that the app still pops up on top after every reconnect? When you use it on a bit unstable WLAN, the app auto reconnects (great!), but also jumps to front despite of what you're doing. Is it possible to switch off that behaviour?
Black VPN is the best VPN service that I've used. It is also available to use on desktops. The only issue with the Android is that there should be an option to disable the app opening on reconnect. The VPN could reconnect in the background and send a notification the the phone about the reconnect instead.

Free trial? LOL... Can't even connect to your servers to get me started. "No connection to the server. Try later". Dont know if it works on other devices, but definitely not for android.
Very nice! Speeds are good and "always on VPN" works well. In-app purchases make decisions much easier :) think about it...

Love this app. Great support and really fast VPN connections around the world. Super easy to setup. Thanks Black VPN it's the best VPN out there.
No error messages, no logs, just doesn't connect. I click the button and it goes from not connected to connecting to not connected again. Please at least add error messages of some kind.
Not sure about this one... I tried to install for the free trial. Had to put in my email address and then It said I already had installed and tried to get me to purchase... Sounds fishy to me. Except for the fact that I never got any user name or password. You just tried to get me to purchase your paid service without trying... Anyway I found another VPN. Thanks but no thanks
Great service, mediocre app. BlackVPN is a phenomenal VPN service that I wholeheartedly recommend. I've usually set it up manually but decided to try out the app this time, and was very disappointed. The UI is HORRIBLE, copy&pasting login details from password manager is impossible as the text fields get cleared when you switch apps etc. There's no way to just login on first launch, you instead have to wait for the app tho check that you have an account before it let's you log in. The VPN service works great, but I think I'll stick to manual OpenVPN setup in the future.
When it works it's probably the most secure VPN I've ever used. The trouble is, it's also the most unreliable by far. I've never been able to connect to all the servers but slowly but surely I've been able to connect to fewer and fewer until I am now no longer to connect to any. None. Nada. Same for the desktop app. Will not be renewing my annual paid account when it expires and am thoroughly disappointed. Update: Now being told my user name and PW are invalid
