It used to be great - but after the last updat I am not longer able to add a new Google email account. I did a factory reset (24.05.2022), installed all updates and now I get continuous authentication errors. The advice from internet (including blackberry website) - to create a Google account first and then set BB Hub+ Services and Inbox does not work. (..) UPDATE: found a way: after FR, install updt: Hub+ Serv but no Inbox. Do not disable Chrome. Set G acc, then updt Inbox and disable Chrome.

I pay for ($1.08 per month) and have been using Blackberry Hub+ on my on Google Pixel 3a XL phone for about 2.5 years. I like it. But, it has always had one problem. And that is this: Under Manage Views, there is an Unread Email view. Several times each week, in the Filter section for this view, the checkbox for Unread becomes unchecked. I have to manually check it to make the View show only unread email.

Always liked the Hub but like many others it just keeps breaking now since last update. Emails keep jumping to the bottom mid type, the app itself just hangs if you delete too many or open and close emails a lot and then you have to close the app or wait for it. Sort it out please before I cancel my subscription and switch to something else, this is now unworkable

Changing my rating up from a 1 star as the lastest update seems to have fixed everything. My work outlook / office365 email works again as does my personal gmail account. The only thing that still bothers me is I didnt know "notes" was apart of the hub so when i uninstalled and reinstalled I lost all my saved "notes" which I had a lot of. Still upset by that.

The new update is terrible!!! I have read your replies about the text message issue and I have checked the setting for allowing text messages, but new messages are not showing up... When I switched to Android I loved that BB had a HUB app, didn't mind paying for it either. But it has lost its usefulness. Might be time to drop the subscription. Its too bad.

Since Blackberry "knew" that we were all going to lose access to SMS and Call logs in this update, we should have been explicitly advised of this before upgrading. Keep in mind "the previous version worked". We could have chosen to avoid the upgrade. My Android version didn't change. So this loss of functionality is a result of BB software changes. Paying the same for reduced functionality makes no sense. I'm exploring how to revert to the previous version.

Edit 14-Oct: app keeps crashing when searching emails on server. You guys are losing its charm. as a paid subscriber, I was happy until a week ago... after this update, my mailboxes stopped working. and when I tried to update the password (just in case), it generates an error "the server is busy and your account can't be activated. Please try again later". Pls fix this damn app. One of the best app has lost all its value overnight. Until then, I'll rate it 1 star !!

I wish I could disable auto-correct, especially when I write in French. As well as when I write in English. Unfortunately, unless I pore fastidiously over what I just wrote, I end up forwarding some real doozies! So much so that, sometimes I have to put some words between quotation marks, otherwise, I have to recurrent several times. yes! Auto-correct is definitely helpful but can sometimes lead to embarrassing situations.

No good after March update. My favorite thing on my Key2LE was the old Hub which showed me emails, texts, and call log all in one place. Now I can't see texts at all unless I use the Verizon messages± app. Google messages and Textra do not show up in Hub. And no more call log there either. So very disappointed. Regretting my decision to switch back to Blackberry. In response to the Developer's reply, I do have notifications enabled and still can't see the call logs.

Garbage that you have to force update to use the app, nor is it with the amount of lag it has between received emails on a computer to it showing up on the hub. I'm pretty sure sometimes it would be more efficient to have an email printed, and then sent via FedEx. Not to mention the costs are outrageous too. TL;DR don't waste your time or money on this app. Use google's instead.

I was heartbroken to give up my Blackberry. While not the same, this does a lot of what BB10 did, which is great. I have knocked off one star because the tech support experience is atrocious. The app says to send an email. The reply email says to go to a website and fill out a form. The form requires the subscription ID which I can't find in the app and my Google account does store that info, apparently. It's almost like they don't want to hear from users.

BB hub seems to be regressing in some of its attractive functional features. Was a BB 10 OS user and the hub was "the phone". With this lastest version of hub on android I can no longer do the following from a highlighted phone no / msg; create new contact, send text reply a msg , etc Now, have to go to individual app to carry out functions and copy and paste information between apps. Hub services is now just a gateway rather the full comprehensive functional app it used to be.

Not as great as before. Been a loyal BB user for 10+ years. I love it for the physical qwerty keyboard. Been using BB Priv for the last 5 yrs. I no longer use the Hub for emails or calendar anymore. I just use my Gmail/Outlook apps separately, and then the Hub for grouping all my social media messages together (SMS, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, etc.) The Hub syncing time is just way too slow and doesnt catch up. Why lag behind? Now I have all my work + personal emails in one place using Gmail app.

I am a big fan of the BB Hub + Services. Would give 5 star review. However, you are missing one key component that would make this software suit complete, the BB Keyboard. I think it's time BB realizes that not everyone wants a physical keyboard. I love my all screen device. The last phone I had was a DETEK60. Really liked that phone during the time I had it. Unfortunately, it's just too darn old now, so I was forced to switch to a different brand. Plz release BB Keyboard to ALL Android phones.

You screwed up a great app Google Play. The Blackberry Hub was the best feature of the Android OS for Blackberry phones like my KeyOne. Since your last update the Hub no longer functions as it was intended, as a consolidation hub for all incoming and outgoing messages. ( email, text, calls, FB, Twitter, BBM, Whatsapp etc. ). Way to go, now it only functions as an out box and serves no purpose at all. Nice work screwing up the best part of Android OS for Blackberry phones

I am very disappointed with the update. I am no longer able to see text messages or phone calls in the hub as this was one of my favorite things about Blackberry hub. I have been using Blackberry hub for years and after I switch to a Samsung 8 a few years ago I continue to use Blackberry hub. However due to this app basically being an email app I don't think I'll continue to use it or recommend it to anyone anymore unless there is a way to see text messages and phone calls.

I don't care for this app. I don't use it but can't open my calendar unless I update it. I can't open most apps unless it's updated. I am tired of phones that can't make efficient phone calls. I am tired of phones that need to be updated everyday and then change everything on you after the update. I want a phone that just leaves well enough alone until I am ready to make changes. The calendar and other "basic" functions should work regardless of app updates.

I transferred to non-Blackberry device, but kept the HUB as it is good unified messaging aggregator. I don't mind the subscription model, but BB should be putting some effort if they take your money. The application has not been updated since year(s?) and some annoying problems like freezing when opening longer threads still remain no matter the device(I had it on Key1 & Key2). It is hardly confidence inspiring in BB quality and support standards.

Being suddenly locked out of my entire contact base, without any warning, is not okay. Being unable to update this App in order to get that base back is DEFINITELY NOT OKAY. Please fix this App! I cannot even get it updated; all I'm getting is "Update Pending". I want to support BlackBerry, but this... this is awful. Edit: this app locks you out of things you need unless your phone is updated, including the calender. This is ridiculous. Fix it.

I've had it on my S10+ since I got the phone. The BB keyboard also works on it which is why I was ok to finally switch. Now I have a great phone and it feels like a BB. The only issue is that recently the app started bugging out in my emails when searching or replying. It happens intermittently but more frequently than I would like. Still, glad to have the Hub...

"Your account can't be authenticated. Update your account setting and try again." You're the only email that seems to have issues with my Exchange Server so I guess I'll just be doing a chargeback and going with an email client that can handle something as simple as an Exchange server that is the industry standard. Edit: Changed to 3 stars, works very well when it wants to work. Needed to remove cache and completely re-add the account. Very annoying.

To anybody reading this, whatever you do, avoid turning on setting "Help receive emails quicker... This might use more power" I had second thoughts after doing so, but it won't turn off. Trying to do so leads to Disbale or Force Stop screen. Force Stop does nothing and Disable goes through to uninstall. That lost all my settings, all my email, everything. Extremely unhappy about this buggy rubbish. Hub was better before, and not just because I actually had my emails then!!

Love app but can't get aol mail to work. Loyal bb user since the beginning and hub is a must have for productivity but really need aol mail since it's email I use for business for over 20 years. Please help with this. Finally gmail starting working in Hub thanks for that.

I was loving this app when it was working. November 13th it stopped rendering everything except BBM messages then the emails came back so I checked all the settings to make sure text messages should render. Multi Messages will render but single messages will not. I've tried to get support from the developer with no luck. If I could have gotten support I would have given this app 5 stars. I will continue updating my rating per quality of support or lack of support. 12-19-18 still no support.
