I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but it won't let me delete emails from the tab. It shows the trash icon and I can click it, but it just makes the tab retract. I checked permissions- it seems all that can be overwritten, is. I gave 4 stars because that would increase the functionality massively!
This app is horrible it has never worked correctly on the Key2 it interfears with every app, mail, messenger, etc preventing any data entered from being stored or sent. It constantly prompts to have its permissions to draw over other apps turned on despite being told no. Force stop does notthing and the option to disable the app is greyed out. I don't even rember installing this app as it appears to have been pushed in an update. I have given it several updates to fix, but no fixes. Uninstalled.
I've had the tab installed on my KeyOne since I bought it a year ago but only recently started to use it and can't believe it took me this long! It's very useful. If I could make a suggestion, under the hub tab, if you can make the trash can logo and mark read a bit bigger so I don't have to tap it more then once.
It keeps disappearing on me, have to check it on a lot! Also, I don't know if the calendar is related or where I might even report the sub-par experience I'm having with it... i have so many entries from last 2 decades that i absolutely did not care about and family birthdays have not transferred between phones, I'm so disappointed
Love the productivity tab. Perfect for quickly checking calendar events, making calendar appointments, checking email, and accessing my frequently used contacts. I use this daily and am amazed at how well designed the tab is. There are many customization options too in terms of what information you want to access within the tab so this could work for anyone.
Mostly annoying. I turned it off immediately. I wish it had BlackBerry10 behaviour - it was a hit there (i.e. it was well integrated with the system and apps). On Android the physical keyboard shortcuts are the substitute to navigate quickly.
NEVER WORKS. IF you can figure out how to get it on your homescreen it is always randomly disappearing. Since Blackberry decided to remove these things as a basic function of the phone and turned everything into an app it's just a hunk of junk powered by Google.
Post the latest update there has been a limit in functionality. In the favourites tab, the call history is available no more and the direct calling option has been taken away as well. Wish to have this functionality back again. Cheers!
BlackBerry products are functional and slick. A nice interface but I turn mine off because of the screen sensitivity on this device. Overall it's a useful feature for those that need it.
After few days of use, productivity tab would distort all widgets held in it. then i have to either restart the phone or toggle the switch to on again to have all in place.. please fix. this issue is around on blackberry key one and key 2 both.
It's ok. I want to be able to see more than 48hrs worth of events ahead- I want to be able to view a week or two's worth of events coming up. Also Slightly buggy animation when sliding the tab into full view.
This app for me is just a duplication of BB Hub, I don't get the necessity of such app, it just complicates my interface. I never use it so I disbled it on both K1 & K2. I would like to uninstall it, but not allowed. I would prefere BB team to improve BB Hub, instead of devoting energy to such app. Thank you!
Comes in very handy and helps me be super productive! Blackberry does not have a very good update policy though. They always say that they are making bug fixes and improvements but never specify what they are actually doing.
deleted and reinstalled twice and it finally looks like it worked. havent had any problems with the app for about a week. hopefully this lasts, hard to be without the productivity tab.
I find extremely handy. I use all the time for checking schedule and access calendar & contacts. Only minor complaint i have is the tab sometimes gets held and moved if i am doing web page stuff and my finger sits on it when i am not paying attention.
This is a great app. Please either release a new all-touch BlackBerry or make this app available on non-BlackBerry devices. I am willing to pay to have access to this and the BlackBerry keyboard app.
It keeps disappearing from time to time and it's frustrating! I have to go to setting to enable it many times!
productivity tab missing on a keyone with android8. app is installed, shows on play store. but doesnt show up on screen.
It vanished and I could never find it again. It eveb led me to drop the phone as a result from muscle memory and coordination.
Dear developer, i'm sorry. But it always stopped working every time I turned on the phone. Please fix this, I've reported many times, but there is no update for it. Thanks.
Is good if you use the icons used, good that you can personalise what goes on it. Emails as an icon dont update which is a downfall.
Love it! Fast and convenient way to see today's appointments and messages in one swipe.
Works very well, but could use a few tweeks, but I am using the Key 2 phone so I would need to get the newer version before I could evaluate it properly...✌️
Nothing beat the bb10 Hub but this app is not a bad idea espcially for quick check message, event and task.
Makes no sense for BlackBerry to push an app that helps with Android 9.1 but allow KeyOne users only yo have Android 8.1.
It would be better if the productivity tab does not appear on every print screen.
Disappeared off my screen and can't get it back, trying the display settings does nothing!
I would recommend this app but don't think it has all of the hub features in a quick side tab. I used the Blackberry Z10 and absolutely loved the builtin HUB. I had hoped the productivity tab was basically a HUB replacement since it's always quick to open and slides right back to the side of the screen. It has almost all the features of the HUB app except one very important one, absolutely no call information. It would have been so sweet to have all communication in this one tab but no dice. There is a HUB app that does have the call information too but you have to open the app and it runs just like any other app. You can minimize it but it's not as convenient as the Productivity Tab. UPDATE: OK, I was wrong. In order to get the call information you have to add the "Contacts" tab to the Active tab list.
