This application is designed to help you identify the cause of symptoms that your BlackBerry device may exhibit or display. You will be guided through a series of hardware tests to produce a test results summary.The BlackBerry Virtual Expert is customized for your BlackBerry smartphone’s model features, and includes a series of tests for:

Used this a few times to fine issues and works every time. Great app
please, update the app for every blackberry device like in bb10 OS!. this is suitable only for blackberry priv!. not for other blackberry devices!.

This app seems to be broken. Whenever I try to use it, I get the message "Unfortunately BlackBerry Virtual Expert has stopped."
This is the app to have for a dtek or Priv phone. The information it gathers and presents in an understandable format keeps my phone fast and lag free.
Great functionality, but the UI is not exactly polished. Seems like an internal tool that have been made externally available. But thumbs up for the functionality.

The best app to let you know your phone status. Great, I use it in all my blackberrys, its on my main page. Just one look, tells you everything.
