Terrible application. Frequently freezes, locks up or crashes. There is no search functionality when out of data range which makes it useless for our job role. Worst product transition our business made ever. I might as well use paper documents.
Fails to update documents for offline use, extremely slow to open pdf files, only useful if you are connected to internet. Beware, won't work properly unless you have Android 8 or later as advised by my companies tech support but doesn't mention android requirements in playstore. cannot recommend this product. 1/8/19 - still has 71 documents to download. taken 5 weeks and no progress. rubbish app, rubbish support, slower than a turtle. no feedback from Blackberry, just lay the blame on Android. $
Blackberry no longer supports their equipment or updates, so I've cut off all things Blackberry related.
On SGNote9 = Complete garbage and utter waste of time. Should be removed from the store catalog.

Powerful tool for carrying around confidential corporate files. Benefit that you can send files and later on edit the share permissions.

Can't use it, and cant uninstall it neither. Useless to most users who do not have a BlackBerry Enterprise account.

You buy a blackberry for personal security also and all they make sure is that only enterprises get the security, c'mon seriously !!! Why not offer the goodies also for the common humans. Reminds me all revolves around money.

Im forced to use this due to my company, We often need to be outside of phone signal range and the apps search function is useless at the best of times, plainly it Doesn't work, freezes all the time, no support, no offline access, search function is useless, and doesn't look like they are going to make it any better anything soon, very disappointing and frustrating
