The service does not fulfill its obligations and does not send cryptocurrency transactions. Now my transaction has been in Pending status for 11 days. The support is absolutely indifferent, they don't care about anything and they just respond with scripts. I want to believe that they are not scammers and will let me withdraw money.
Do not judge a book by its cover. I was quite skeptical about the app first, but I went deeper into the topic and realized that this app is great! I was looking for something to use to store my finances and pay online/make transfers across the EU. From the one hand, the BCC app is not perfect, but all great apps started like this some day in the past. I wish the BCC all the best and look forward to the improved user experience.
I was waiting for my card for maybe 6 months. Already forgot about it. When I'm trying to log in into the app, it says error. Second time I'm trying to log in, it bans me for 3 hours for "repetitive tries", even it was just "2nd try" and in the first try I didn't even had an option to enter password or OTP (only phone number). What a terrible experience. I will update the rating if everything got fixed.
Their app can't work at all. I never seen so bad and stupid support. I categorically recommend all to keep far from this abomination sructure.

Quite impressed by the quality of the BCC service! Nice design, pretty cat (I'm British and do believe that black cats bring luck), sufficient amount of features to use across the EU. But indeed, I had difficulties with the registration, because the system was telling me that it's impossible to capture my documents. Thanks to the helpful support, I dealt with it. Keep going, guys!
Registration does not even start. Some session errors, really? Very bad user experience. Think twice before trusting your money to such companies.
There was a problem with one of my transactions. I lost some money from my account. I contacted support, and received the same answer for three weeks. It was something like "it is technical maintenance now, try to see your balance tomorrow". And only after three weeks they asked me for additional info and problem was solved. It was first time, when I was unsatisfied with technical support (previously everything was good), but it was a big disappointment. Hope, next experience will be better.
Can't register! you fill in all the details,take photos of id etc.it tells you success and nothing !When you contact the support team they couldn't see my application, please fix it, it's frustrating.Im giving 2 stars not one cause the support team were very gentle but the app has a bug or something please fix
EDIT: Changing my review to 3 star after finally managing to register. Heres some info to help others.When taking picture of ID card make sure the card goes a bit beyond the borders of pic taking software, it will capture it whole anyway and do it on daylight, dont use lamps, if you get error messages just keep trying, it goes thru eventually, their software is VERY SENSITIVE. OLD: Absolutely HORRIBLE picture taking software used inside the app, taking pictures of documents is next to impossible
The ID scanner does not work. No matter how detailed the picture is. Reed about previous one star and the reply from the team: yes it is technically advanced solution but there are a lot of similar verifications and I have never seen such problems (R evolut for example)
This is a joke. The registration is impossible to pass and they take your personal data before displaying different random errors on different devices. The customer support is... Limited at best, probably from the top. I haven't seen worst payment processor try, as I haven't even smelled the service here.
My impressions from using it are fine, everything is OK. Just before you start registration, I advise you to check the required documents and scan them correctly. It took me 2 days to register cause they required one additional document. Plus we both got a welcome bonus of 40 euros.

I had to download the app to contact support to figure out they have an awful conversion margin of 3%. (I couldn't find it on the website) No thanks, there are much better and more open players out there. UPDATE: Thanks Blackcatcard for your comment. I missed that this information was clearly stated under III. 19.9.2.2 in your 19 pages long terms and conditions. Silly me.
Registration process takes ages and the worst part is that at the end of it they ask you to take a photo of your id, but you never can because "blur detected". I never had similar issues with Verse or other apps so all I can recommend is to avoid this pos app at all costs.
Just made my first top up for 850 euro. Guess what? The account is not credited. The support says they are verifying the transaction. Even though I confirmed the charge from my N26 app and send the screenshot to confirm. They have no idea how long the verification will take. This is ridiculous. I was planning to use the card tomorrow for car rental. If my account is not credited by then, I will know this neobank is not reliable at all. What's clear now is that you cannot use it right away.
Pathetic sign up process that is impossible to complete. Really amateurishly done. "Verification" always finds fault with your photo or ID. Never had this level of issues. Email 'support assistance' consists of them sending the same cut and pasted instructions repeatedly. Ukrainian firm, staffed by Russians, based in Malta, so there are language issues. WhatsApp 'support' is a single mobile phone based in Germany. The website doesn't work either, so if they ask you to contact using that...
OMG almost gone crazy while registration! But it occured it was about my inadvertence. The app finally turn out to be pretty cool! It's easy to do transactions, easy to find everything you need withing the app, very understandble design.
Well the app is working now, they did fix the bug, but they are asking for way more information any other alternative (like revolut, monese, versa etc) are asking and require to upload documents that arent even easy to get. I do not believe that this is an actual scam app, but it truly is asking for information it doesnt legally need, so I'll stay away.
I can't express in words how difficult the document scanning process is. Really. Get ready to get a degree in photography because it will always say "Blurred Image". I gave up. Flowe is better.
Why so much negative feedback 'bout registration? IMHO, yes, it may couldn't accept the photos for the first attempt, but BCC support is the best I've had a conversation with. The app itself has a great UX/UI design, hot cryptowallet.
I didn't have problems verifying my identity like other reviewers claimed to have. Make sure the scan of your document ID doesn't show any reflection or is blurred. I think that's what made the trick for me. Other than that the only thing I can say is that I'm completely satisfied with this service.
Good. It is a functional crypto bank, can buy sell crypto, exchange them to euros. Also allows you order free debit card, there is no monthly for fee for card or account storing cost. Crypto withdrawal could be faster, usually they take from 20min to 2 hours. Once blackcat held my withdrawal for 2 days, it was really fustrating. Thats why I am giving 4 stars.
Trying to register with app faced with a lot issues related to lags of UI, erasing of data when you try to fill fields. App fills like web site but with poor quality. After third try i have issue with erasing data. With agngry mood i just quit app and try calm down. If all this issue will fix in next versions i will try again if not i will delete app. PS: Its really poorly made app, all issue related to technical part. Need think twice to decide use this app.
