Blackfeet Word of the Day
The Blackfeet Word of the Day Calendar App allows a user to get a new word every day of the year. In order to build your vocabulary, a new word and it's translation will be give daily. By swiping backward you can see prior words and by dragging downward you can translate the application.
This software project was made possible by the state of Montana through the Montana Indian Language Program, produced by Native Teaching Aids and created by the Piikani Studies program at the Blackfeet Community College.

Really cool app
This app is terrific, and useful for learning to read and write in Blackfeet language. But for a regular White girl like me who has limited to zero access to Native Blackfeet speakers, it is impossible to know how to pronounce the words. I look forward to a future version that includes audio so I can learn the pronunciation and how to speak it.
