Used to work just fine. For several months it gives me a message saying I'm offline and to connect to wifi when I definitely am. Read in other reviews shows others in the same boat. Needs repair.
Keeps me up to date with balances. Love mobile deposit if checks.

I used to use this app all the time, but since the most recent update I always get an error that says I'm offline, even though I am always on Wi-Fi or 4G. I now have to use Chrome to view my information and the mobile site is not as intuitive as the app was. Disappointed.
Does not let you set up alerts on app, does not show correct balance and does not show balances pending when I ran as a debit, also horrible horrible horrible . can't even notify you when u make a transaction what whoreshit
I installed the ap, could see multiple accounts, transfer funds, works as I expected. Good time saver for me. Android Phone.
Always some problem "not connected to a network" clearly I am and offline messages...Not a good app! For people to have to deal with issues regarding their money is not a good look for the bank
8/1 can't even log in. It says my account isn't active. It is, and I log in at least 3 times per week on my desktop. Zero stars. Update 10/14 tried again. Still won't let me log in. Useless. Update 4/3 finally let me log in. 6/2 hasn't let me log on for a week. Done with this app.
We have four accounts, and we can only see two of them on the app. If that was in the next update then it would be a 5 star app.
The new interface is much nicer and still quite simple. Gets the job done.
Still cannot deposit a check via app. Only good for checking balances and transferring funds.

Doesn't show multiple accounts; only for transfers. I own a business and need access to all accounts. I'll stick with the regular site.
Great for a person on the go , if need to see your checking accounts while out, or move money around, and to see what charges cleared. Love it.
App needs more features to really benefit it's customers
It's a good app like many other banking apps. However some of the newer phones, like my Google Pixel 4xl, don't have fingerprint readers, they've advanced to face detection. Most apps have updated to allow facial biometrics, but this app does not. It needs to be updated! I hope whomever supplied you with the app is working on that now! :)
