After switching to S22 ultra the app wasn't working, just re installed it today everything is back up and accessible.
App won't open on new phone. Galaxy S22. Have checked settings, uninstalled, reinstalled. Used to open on my old phone fine. Will re-rate if fixed.
Upgraded my phone from a note 10 to the galaxy s22 and now this app won't even open. It just sits at a blank white screen.
Back to a 5 stars. Login fixed. Old... I used to use all the time, but with Android 12 upgrade I can't anymore. It just force closes now. Will change rating when fixed. Previous... Great improvements and easy to use. Not complicated like some others.
App was great and functional. Did an Android system update on my Google Pixel 5 last week and now it just closes immediately every time I try to open it. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Have restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing seems to work.
Not good! What is the point of this if it won't work? Worst app ever! Also the website is garbage. Really just don't understand. Is there a way to put zero?
App now only works about 30% of the time. Makes it hard to check your balance throughout the day. When you need to change your password the app just won't let you sign in and intead tells you that it is wrong. You don't find out until you go to the actual website that this is the issue. You cannot make bill payments.
New Galaxy S22 phone, app won't open or load now.
Android 12 bug has been fixed. Wasn't opening up at first but it seems to be working just fine now. Still as easy and as accessible as ever.
Very useful. I'm glad it doesn't connect to Google passwords, since I feel it would be less safe to have the password auto-fill like many other apps.
It's broken it won't load its been like this a few weeks now. It used to work just fine idk what happened
I've had very little problems with this app. The only reason Its not 5 is because I really would like a current balance column on each line. So Knew what it was as things change. Thanks
App, website and systems are extremely outdated. Processes are too stringent for us to effectively manage our business remotely.
Works great! Edit: until the latest phone update, it just won't open now. I'll change my review when they update the app
I've had little to no issues with this app. The fact I can set daily card limits put me at ease when i was trucking in bad neighborhoods. The service is great too. This is another reason I'm happy to be with this bank.
If you want a working Bank app that works all the time go with a different bank.
Trying to update just got the app installed less than 6 months ago needed an update when installed was at the bank to get it done correctly oh don't worry about it.. As always it never lasts long still can't download an update going back to the bank again
Constant error messages, can't get in, very frustrating! If it would work as it's supposed to, it would be great.
Does not work with Android 12. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone....nothing, just force closes. This is unacceptable.
fingerprint unlock doesn't work. App keeps running in the background when I close it.
I love how you can access your checking or savings and are able to transfer between accounts. It's very user friendly and I never have any issues with it.
Does mostly what you'd expect. Doesn't allow you to do basic things like view your account number or routing number.

I received a phone update and now the app doesn't work. Frustrating because I use the app almost daily.
I have had this app for years , all of a sudden it doesn't want to work!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still get nothing but a white screen. As of right now IT'S WORTHLESS!!
