This is an AWESOME app. I was thinking to add 2 things to it, but they're not really a big deal. The first would be an RC checker... Especially for beginners, who are just starting to count & apply BS simultaneously, every once in awhile it'd be nice to check the RC that they have in mind with the true one, to double check oneself. -Add a button ("check RC" or "RC") to the top-right side of the screen in BS drill mode (it would be on the felt). And also add a hands/hour stat at the en
The "Train" portion is fantastic. I've successfully used what I've learned on this app in real life. However, as many others have stated: I believe the "Play" portion is rigged . Once you run out of your free tokens, you must purchase more. There's no way a dealer would get a perfect hand each and every single time. This is the app's way of trying to make money. For the most part, I love the app though.
One of the best blackjack card counting apps in the store! Absolutely worth the upgrade to the pro version. It even teaches you the top 22 playing deviations (indexes)! Would be 5 stars if there was an option to train with 4 decks as well. At the moment you can only train with 2, 6, and 8 decks.
This is the single best blackjack strategy trainer that I have found on Play Store. I started off with the basic strategy training, which is free, and then pay to upgrade to the pro version in order to train with card counting. there are a lot of different functions in this app which allow you to practice just strategy, or practice playing the game and incorporating strategy. This is by far the best.
By far the best trainer to learn blackjack! Practice and dedication are all that is missing. Training can be broken into segments and practiced until you are ready. Soon the charts are as familiar as multiplication tables. After the running and true count, adding deviations is almost instant. When u r ready, you can even run sims. If you cant learn to count with this app, the app is not the problem. You just havent put the time into it. Been great tool for keeping on top of game, durin shutdown.
Really solid as a resource for learning and training. Haven't encountered any bugs yet and I use daily. Really clean and simple interface with basic but effective aesthetic. One thing I would hope to see down the line is the ability to play with the phone in the normal call position instead of having to always play in widescreen mode.
Great app, it really has everything. The only thing I'm wondering is there is a risk of ruin calculation on the simulator. Maybe I didn't see it but that would be a great addition. Highly considering buying the counting $4 and simulator $1 extension
Like others have said, the training portion is fantastic. Then why two stars? Because of the scam. The main game gives you $1000 to start. When you run out, you cannot play the game. You can get more: Watch an ad for $40, or pay them for hundreds more. Which is okay but... the dealer gets magical hands where he manages to just beat you most of the time. By stacking the odds in their favor--on top of rules which already favor the dealer. In other words, they make you lose until you cannot play.
Fun app that teaches at your own pace. When I downloaded this I was purely guessing every hand. But a week later I was averaging 80% accuracy. Now after a month I score 95-100%. I can't wait to use what I've learned, how many apps actually teach profitable skills?
The trainer and game play trainer (basic strategy and card counting) are the only good things this has. The game play is trash, like others have said. The app seems to magically win impossible hands and almost always hit 1 higher to win. Play the trainers and leave the game play for the floor...this app seems to win in order to force you to watch videos for coins or purchase them ... Not worth it to buy or watch...the apps game play won't let you win, so just use it to train.
Good for learning basic strategy and counting, but I can't be sure the gameplay is truly unbiased. You have to pay or watch ads to get chips so the developer technically does have an incentive for the player to lose... It's probably not rigged but it's a little sus.
Fantastic. For people who actually play IRL Blackjack, this is the real deal. This can help improve play. The best part is it leeps stats, shows what youre EV is, and what it can be depending on your play. One thing I wish it did was allow play with other app users, and had 6 spots instead of just 3.
Awesome for learning and practicing basic strategy and card counting! Update: I've been using this for practice since I got started counting and I 100% would recommend this app to anyone wanting to learn or practice. I've already told all of my friends and used this to train multiple people. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
Great training app. Actual gameplay seems rigged unless you play perfect card counting and basic strategy. Whenever dealer has a face card it seems almost magically they get another 10 on the flip and when they have a 6 showing even if I get a 10 dealer magically gets a 5 and a 10 after. Otherwise useful training app
Very good app, it has all the techniques you would want to learn. I just hope the devs would spend more time developing the graphics and the UI, this would take the app to the top of the charts, really
love the app until i hit the point that "fast" mode in counting was too slow, but "very fast" was way too fast. id like to see steps at 37 secs & 30 secs. 45 to 25 is too much of a leap for most of us. imo
All it needs is a Wong In/Out feature in the Simulator for it to be the perfect app. Like being able to bet 0 until a certain true count or being able to stop playing a shoe and start the next one when the true count is low enough. Other than that, it's by far one of the best training apps for blackjack advantage play. It's very detailed with lots of tools at your disposal for learning and practice.
