Blackjack Pizza

I just wasted over an hour just because of the app fails to accept my email...it let me sign up with the email, but rejected it when it was time to pay. It said incorrect email format. Bull. After trying to delete it and re-enter it multiple times, I opted to pay by cash, which I was offered...same thing, incorrect email format. So I can't get in the rewards club, or get a coupon on my birthday. Finally, I gave up and called in to order. I ordered the same thing, 2$ more. I'll be eating at 10PM!

Crashes on paste, including username or password manager password, but the website is worse (puts username and password under the logo). Probably will never return. Update, one year later, still sucks. Does not trigger auto fill and have to enter stuff manually.

Tip at end is sneaky. I would think it would be to split with store and driver. But after you make the purchase you give us the warning about tipping the driver separately. In these situations usually the delivery driver is the only one that gets tipped.

The pizza is great, the delivery is faster than a competitor. However, I would like a pizza tracker on the app because I thought I had time to get cash from an ATM for a tip. By the time I was walking home from the ATM just two blocks away, my pizza, salad and Pepsi were already delivered. For customers with digital cash versus cash, please add a digital tip at the time of ordering food so a driver may be tipped that way. When I am hungry, it will probably be Blackjack for speed in delivery.

I like the pizza but the app needs work. I often order Domino's instead of Blackjack just because of the tracker. And 32 characters is nowhere near enough for Special Instructions. Delivery people always struggle to find my apartment unit and there's no way for me to leave helpful instructions.

It's a good app. Easy to navigate and use. Has never crashed on me. Our order comes just how we asked every time. I have no complaints! PS - Thank you for adding cream cheese as a topping, it is the only way to have a Hawaiian pizza! I hope you never get rid of it. 😊

Worked perfectly, except for coupons. Hope the food comes as ordered. The app is very easy to use and understand. Make sure you get your coupon codes using a browser, they aren't available on the app or it would have gotten 5 stars!

Functional for ordering pizza, but it would be helpful if the special instructions could accommodate more than 32 characters. As someone who lives in an apartment complex where two units have the same number, being able to give specific special instructions is helpful for both me and the delivery person.

The app doesn't allow autofill for any data. The special delivery instructions are far too limited to give delivery drivers good direction. And I'm concerned that the payment system isn't secure.

Way easier than ordering from their website. I keep getting into some weird cycle with sign in but the app makes it easier. Plus they have great deals.

If you accidently switch apps, it will clear your order. Menu is still clunky and asks for prompts at every step. Only reason you should install this app is because they don't have a mobile friendly website.

Easy to navigate with no hiccups. Didn't offer all specials for specific location, so you'll have to go to the website to get the code and enter it manually if desired.

I love the food from blackjack although I've run into some hiccups when dealing with the app. Several times I've had to reenter my credit card information because they say that it couldn't be found or something. So I just have to back out and then go back and reenter the credit card information and usually it goes through but other than that I haven't had a problem with it it looks good it's easy to use and everything comes quickly

Extremely difficult to use. Non-responsive on a lot of selections. Needs serious improvement. Edit-getting better. Now usable, but still very buggy

So far so good! I've used it a couple of times so far & my biggest hang-up was the address... if you live in an apartment or trailer park you have to squeeze in the information or you get the "Hi, Where are you located at?" Phone calls!!

In my opinion, the best pizza in Colorado. The app however could use an overhaul. Selecting a location could be easier with just a list to select from instead of putting in your address and if you could save favorite locations. It would be great if you could edit once you have put something in the cart without having to delete it and start over. Also if there was a "special instructions" box before checkout, that would be great.

The app is a little rough around the edges. Sign-up and login do not handle errors well - if you make a mistake in creating an account (i.e. password requirements), you have to start all over again. Logging in, I never got a confirmation and so had to restart the app and hope for the best on a successful login. The actual ordering UI is nicely done and refreshingly uncomplicated. But then submitting the order and getting a confirmation is not straightforward. App is ok just dodgy UX is all.

The app didn't let me click my auto fill, every time I tried it clicked me out of the app. It didn't verify what was wrong with my info until after it was all inputted in and then when it would send me back to correct it then it wiped the whole thing clear. I finally got fed up with it and just put it in as a guest order. It did the same thing with my card info at the end. Buah!!! Super frustrating! I thought technology was supposed to make things quicker

You are forced to use the app because their website is designed badly for mobile. Then when you get to the app is isn't designed well either. There are areas that your screen won't scroll to and can be frustrating. When picking wings the pictures don't match what you are ordering and it looks confusing. If they hire someone to fix it then it would be 5 stars.

Not the worst app I've ever used. Probably the second-to-worst app I have used. There are basic features which are either not here or hard to find, such as a page listing previous orders or itemized receipts. The app easily loses progress mid-task. The app is just not very smart, so you can get your pizza (the pizza is good) but you end up taking about three times as long as you would on the Domino's app.

When ordering multiple items there is no where to make notes for each item. The only note box is limited to 32 characters, seriously? And certainly not least is the fact that after you fill in the credit card info, the on screen keyboard won't disappear so you can "submit" your order. You have to play around in the top of the screen to get the keyboard to go away so you can scroll to the "submit" button.

nice to have this app, love the food here. only a few issues that I encountered with some of the buttons not activating..like the 'appetizers' menu opens, but you can't select anything. same with the 'sides' button. sometimes just getting on the desktop version is easier to get those specific things.

Tried to order via the website on my phone. Their website was not formated for mobile devices so I had to download this app just to order carryout. Pizza was good though.

This app looks like it was made to be a desktop site. Images are rendered in weird sizes and positions. The password reset hides the text boxes behind an image. The credit card doesn't accept paypal or google pay. It also doesn't auto fill from my password manager (nordpass) like every other site i have used recently. Lots of room for improvement.

Everytime you hit the back button it restarts your order...super annoying. Good for placing orders otherwise.

Pretty good nice, and simple. Crashes sometimes and you have to restart order, but not a huge deal. Still good app

This app is functional, however certain annoyances make me prefer the web interface. The screen does not scroll when opening the keyboard. If you Google to find the address for the nearest location, the sign up page reloads. Further you cannot accurately pick the location in the sign up section because the relevant information gets truncated. How are you managing sdk versions?

When selecting the card information like the date it's difficult to hit some of the months. Other than that it's great.

Whenever I press the back button on my phone the app just crashes and when I come back to it everything in my cart is gone. It's alright but could use a lot of work.

App needs help, pictures dont match product, doesnt save items, glitchy interface, autofills in places, its tough to work it.
