good game but still think the house is counting cards

Multiplayer does not work, prompted with an error message advising Me to check my connection, even though I was still connected to the WiFi I used to download the damn game. Also dealer at one point stood on 12 right after I split a hand. Think it's a bug. Also had a true count of +7 with a 19 vs dealer 5, somehow dealer pulls 5 low cards to make 20, right after I max bet. Not sure the software uses random card ordering at all, might just be unlucky but seems very strange to me.
I was given the impression that I could play with my friends, but I can only play with strangers. Is there a way my friends can play at the same table as me? The dealer hit on a hard 18 and a hard 19 when I split cards. Funny right but not normal. How do you reset the statistics back to ZERO? I have learned from another internet BlackJack game that not much happens after something like 10000 hands of BlackJack the percentage point does not change. 5000 / 10000 is 50% and 5200 / 10200 is 51%. (You need to win 200 in a row to go from 50% to 51%).
3 aces of hearts on same deal ?! Obviously not a fair random shuffle. AND wheres the shuffle point ?? A big disadvantage to player. I've sent about 100 txt msg while playing but no one ever responds. Why have txt that only the sender can read ?? 2-3 decks ok but need shuffle point, too big dealer advantage.
At first it was okay, but then after awhile the Dealer cheats. I have to uninstall it.
Good blackjack game like single player alot multiplayer is a bit odd though how do i know when there has been a shuffle? Cant see the discard tray either. More CC options and Multiplayer with offline play would be great. Does multiplayer use a CSM?

I had a 4 and 2 Aces even though I knew what I wanted to I pressed advice just for look it told me I should stand on a soft 6 or 16 😨Needless to say I doubled against dealers 2 and won.

Truthfully, this the only game that has made the leap from device to device over the last 8 years which says a lot about the game and how picky I am. Personally I love it and think it's the best free blackjack game on google play.

Cannot play multi player, regardless of how you're connected - Wi-Fi or 4g.
They always ask for insurance when dealer will have 21.

Decent with minor flaw: Dealer Peak (US) doesn't seem to work properly. I have it set ON but several times, the dealer has had Blackjack (ace showing) but game allowed me to play as if it was any other hand.
