Really loved the zoo lots of bits if info about the animals as you walked around. Was easy to get to by bus from Blackpool tower. Using the app just had to show tickets so was quicker. Only downside I paid for souvenir brochure but when I got there they had sold out. Not happy as I'd paid for it before hand. I'm still waiting for a refund on that.
by far the best zoo I have been too. loved the meal deal and food was good, tho we did have children with us and we got hamburgers we were never asked about salad or sauce on our burgers and that put the children off there food. apart from that the zoo itself was fantastic, far better that Edinburgh zoo and prices for tickets were worth the money. definitely recommend and will be back in future.
This app is requesting access to much more than it needs to. Change the app, at the minute it wants to know everything and it doesnt sit right for me! Be careful before you install this on your device, do you want it knowimg everything that is on your phone?
Was good day loved the Lions .... The weather was quite bad so not as much fun as it could of been. Elephants are amazing will come back another day.

Fantastic day out disbitte the bad weather but great animals I would put this zoo up there with Dudley zoo great to see wolves and big cats close up I would highly recommend to visit Blackpool zoo fun day out
This app is great for saving time and money. My grandparents, my daughter and myself visited Blackpool Zoo on the 16th January 2018 for my daughter's 1st birthday. She has a wonderful time! Only negatives was, most of the animals was locked in unable to go outside which meant we didn't get to see a few of them. I was also eating a sandwich and was attacked twice by seagulls. Just glad it wasn't my baby that they attacked. Also it was freezing, luckily we was all wrapped up snug as a bug in a rug :)
Urgent fix required. Date of birth only shows 1-9 so I can't login. No option of inputting manually as the only option is to select from scroll down.
Exactly what it says on the tin. Great to have tickets there on the app, saves having to print them out, thus saving paper 😀
Used the app to book my tickets and when we arrived instead of waiting a long time to get through the crowds we was through in no time. Fantastic app will definitely recommend it
Bought tickets two days ago, and have both a qr and code. Fails to sync either of them.
Was a great app when I downloaded it. I bought tickets for my little girls birthday, all family tickets were on app. Now they just not there anymore. So very annoyed. Can't find emails with them on. Why have they dissappeard from app. Very angry.

Not a bad app. Sync your online tickets so when you arrive only takes 2 mins to scan them and you're on your way!
This app hasn't been updated with any new information for about 12 months. The 'Today's Highlights' have never changed for me. The map doesn't include the new housing for the elephants. I am unable to set a profile picture or edit my profile. I think this app has great potential if it was kept on top of and some changes were made. E.g. a section where users could share their photos.
