In addition to the core helicopter fleet owned and operated by Liberty Helicopters, Inc BLADE has expanded its accessible fleet to include amphibious seaplanes (BLADE Aqua), a PC-12 Pilatus (BLADE Turbo PC-12). BLADE customers can now access this new fixed-wing equipment for full-charter service via the BLADE Anywhere offering. BLADE customers will launch and return from all New York flights from one of the three BLADE Lounges located at the East 34th Street Heliport, the West 30th Street Heliport or the East 23rd Street Marina.
Fly BLADE, Inc. is not a direct or indirect air carrier. BLADE arranges flights as agent of the customer or agent of DOT and FAA licensed air carriers. BLADE works with several Part 135 charter operators including: Liberty Helicopters, Inc., Lima NY Corp. and Analar Co.

Seems app with bugs but never mind they have got good relationship mgs when it comes to booking..on call. So big thumsup..
Reminds me of Magnises. I had a 7am Blade to JFK. Arrived 620 at W30th for my shuttle to JFK 7am flight. Sent my suitcase FedEx yesterday since you can only have one 25lb bag...was told 40 min before my flight it was cancelled and the email said they were refunding me "As a one-time courtesy"...that is it. Last min Uber to JFK to miss my flight. Blade is not the professional company I thought they were (as a Delta 6 year Diamond member). Blade's customer service is even worse.
App won't open on s21. Reinstalled and just get a black screen.
Won't even load or open for me I'll just use talon air at least they have s76's which is my preferred chopper of choice!! Never again!!

I have notifications turned off in the blade app settings but still receive them ...
Looks cool but they didn't have prices available for any trips in LA. I tried trying in a month full of dates and I got nothing
App doesn't work on android. Keeps flashing and doesn't allow to select destinations.
Much faster than siting in traffic in my limo.
Too many hurdles at startup.
Speed that oozes class. Too much fun. Definitely worth trying.

There is a MAJOR bug with this app. It recycles itself to it's home screen after anytype of input.
Would love to see this fixed. I get a beautiful blank white screen for minutes after entering CC info (AmX). Card info's correct, app breaks when I submit. Too bad. I'm running Android 4.4.2. As an aside - the barriers to getting to a point where I can just look at available flights (as a new user) are pretty ridiculous. Why do I have to register both an account and a credit card (which I can't) to look at available seats? I understand it may make sense from the business' POV, but from the user's viewpoint, it's overwhelming (full disclosure - I'm a digital product manager). Anyway, would love to see this work, I've been excited about it since I heard it was in the works, and right now, I'm very disappointed I can't access this very promising service.
Downloaded this because of a media article in New Jersey stating they had flights out of Monmouth Airport, but according to the website and the app, they don't. Pity.
Very impressed by efficiency of app and the staff throughout experience. Their lounge reminds me of flying back in the golden days.
Cannot input the expiration date for credit cards
Please add European countries as well, and allow registration with non US mobile number

Blade one was the best flight of my life
Same problem...worked fine for years. Now just an empty gray/black screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail.
